Lube2Go was a great experience. Any family that is on the go during the week with small children will understand why we used Lube2Go. Our backseat turns in to a minefield of toys, food, crackers, and snacks by the end of the week. As much as I would like to clean myself, I want to spend time with the family. Lube2Go was the perfect option. Called the office, spoke to the owner, scheduled appt 2 days later. The car looked like showroom condition after they cleaned. They told me it would be ready by noon, it was ready early. The price was fair, and the service was excellent. Was given the wrong address for the Manchester, NH site. By the time I found them, they were too backed up. No one answering the phone when I called for help. Was told to come back on Friday at 9 AM & they'd have me done by 11:30. Was there at 8:55. No one showed until 10:30, & wasn't on my way until 12:30. Messed up not one, but 2 days. VERY frustrating experience overall. Gave the 2 stars instead of one because, in the end, my car was thoroughly cleaned to my satisfaction, but not worth the time, money, frustration & hassle involved. read more

I am thrilled with my cars cleanliness and the attitudes of the employees. I purchased a Groupon. My SUV was VERY dirty, as I cart around my 3 kids and my German Shepherd. It took them 3.5 hours, 2 men worked on it at the same time. They did not charge me anything extra because he did not forewarn me of this. I was able to access the mall at 9:00am, free wi/fi. Don't bother buying a Groupon for the auto detailing at the Marlborough, MA site. I've made 3 appointments over the last 3 weeks and each time the manager contacted me via text or email to tell me that they needed to cancel my appointment because they were short-staffed, someone called in sick. Once, is a minor inconvenience but I can be flexible. Twice, seems a little suspicious that the exact same thing happened. But a third time?! Seriously?! I think I'll take my business to a company that wants it...and hopefully I can get a refund on the Groupon. read more

I bought a full interior and exterior detail for my car. I have done this before with several of my cars and received it back in clean condition. This past detail that I received was HORRIBLE!! First off, I just wanted to say that they had to cancel the first 2 times due to "short staff". When I did get an appointment in, they did not vacuum nor steam washed anything. I received my car back in the same condition it was brought in with. The 2 young ladies there were on their cellphones the whole time. I was contacted later that they would redo the car. I have been trying to schedule a time to bring the car back in, but have yet to receive a call/text of an appointment! Such a disappointment!!! read more

I found a great deal on Groupon for a full interior/exterior detailing which was originally around $220 and I got it for $99. I followed the directions on Groupon and went on to the company's website and made an appointment for 11am on this past Sunday. The location was at the Mall of NH in Manchester. There were no specific instructions as to where at the mall and what I should've been looking for, but I had read reviews and found that people had met up with the representatives outside of Sears. I got there ten minutes early, went into the Sears Auto Center (there was a sign for detailing hanging on the building right by the auto center entrance) and asked a gentleman there if I was in the right spot. He told me that "the kid works around the back of the building" and to "look for the kid with a bunch of tattoos". So I drove around the back of the Sears Auto Center and proceeded to wait....and wait...and wait...and wait. I started to think I was waiting in the wrong area, as it had now been 20-25 minutes!! I drove around the mall a few times, looking for any sign of a van/truck or this man I was supposed to be looking for. No sign of anything. I called the number for the Manchester location that was on my Groupon printout. The number was disconnected. I went onto the website and called a few of the numbers listed. All voicemails. I left messages at all numbers. I went onto their Facebook page and sent a message. Nobody contacted me. I waited until about 11:50 and I was very angry at this point. I had been looking forward to having my car done! I had taken everything out of it the night before to help with the process. I was now $99 out and nothing done to my car! I got a text about 12:30 from the man, Joe, that he was very sorry he didn't make it to the appointment but that his girlfriend is pregnant and they were at the hospital where she was getting some IV fluids. He said he could do it the following day (a Monday). Ok...so I understand things happen. I'm not heartless by any means. Things come up. That's life. But if you aren't going to make it to meet with a client that is expecting you, you should call them! Or the company should've contacted me. I sent him a text back saying I could NOT meet with him Monday. I have to work all day. I said I was going to be asking for a refund and that I had already emailed Groupon. I said I understand that things happen and I hoped she is ok, but someone should've called me before I waited an hour at the mall!! In my opinion, this is VERY poor business practice! Groupon is going to let me trade in the amount I paid for something else, but I was expecting a service to be done and now I have nothing to show for it. SUPER DISAPPOINTED read more

This service is awesome. I work a lot, so by the time I get home, the last thing I want to do (or even have time for) is to go get my oil changed. These guys come TO YOUR HOUSE and change your oil in your driveway! Seriously, what could be more convenient than that. Their prices are great too (under $40), which is well worth not having to deal with car shop guys trying to sell you a million services you don't need every time you take your car in. The guy who did the service (Jordan) was awesome too. Do yourself a favor, and make an appointment. They do not dissapoint. read more

I brought my seriously disgusting car in to the Marlboro location today for an interior and exterior detail. I had made a 7 am appointment and Ugur was so nice to contact me to let me know that he thought I should change my appointment to later in the morning so I wouldn't be cold waiting outside while the mall was closed and scheduled a new appointment time for me. When I came back when they were done, the car looked brand new, inside and out. I didn't want to get in and mess it up because it looked so great. They did an amazing job. ***** DO NOT GO TO MANCHESTER/NH****** I cannot give less than 1 star, if I could, I would give it -100 stars. In one line, the $200+ full detail is not worth $50. The guy who did the detailing did not even stay long enough for me to see it (2 mins or so) and take feedback right there. Full details ahead: I purchased a full detail for Large Sedav($275) on Groupon for $95 in May. I finally got an appointment last saturday after multiple rescheduling due to licensing issue. 1. The car exterior was waxed. The wax job was not the best (I could have spent $100 at Simoniz for a full detail) but as a part of a complete detail, I think it was ok. This is the upside of the entire experience 2. The interior was a different story. The carperts looked like they got a vaccuming, but a bad one at that. There were small twigs and leaves left behind. The carpet still looks like what it was, just the sand is gone. It doesnt feel clean or different in anyways. 3. The dash had a lot of dust that I came in with. Smudges of whatever treatment was used with a wipe on the stereo and display. 4. The interior of windshield had water stains on it, like what is left behind when I wipe with a wet cloth 5. The cup holder was broken (I dont remember if that was broken before, but this is the first time I saw it in this bad of a shape) All in all, what I got was a average wax job, vaccuming and a wipe with chemical treatment on the dash and seats. I should have just gone to a local shop. The worse part was when the guy (I forget the name) walked out without waiting for me to see the output. He asked me to wait in the McD next doors. When he called me about the service being complete, I promptly walked back in less than 2 mins. He left the keys with someone else. If you do a bad job, have the decency to face the feedback in person, else it comes on yelp and google for everyone else to know. I bought a Groupon for $99 for a $220 detail and I didn't have a good experience with this company. My first appointment I made was canceled after I drove there and had the hardest time finding the place. The girl told me it would be a few hours and found my info scribbled on a notebook. I then got a call about 10 minutes later and the girl told me that a customer came in and his car is very dirty and she needs to reschedule me. Great! I made the appointment and show up and I have to come back??? I was not happy. I made my second appointment on Friday the 22nd and when I got there they were nice to me and told me it would be about 2 hours. I was fine with that and gave them my keys and walked into the mall. I get a text around 1:10 telling me that they are now going to wash my car and it will be done in 20 minutes. I walked over to my car 20 minutes later and the girl was still working on it and I told her not to rush. About 30 minutes later my car was done. Not the greatest detail job, windows were very streaky, missed some spots on the interior of the car. I drive home and I get a text from Tara telling me that they forgot to put my car mats back in my car, can I pick them up or she will drop them off to me. I am STILL waiting for her to drop my mats off and she hasn't returned my text Friday afternoon! I just want my mats back so I can end this nightmare!! read more

I bought group on coupon for the deluxe car detailing. Today I had an appointment for this@10 AM in Marlborough location. I waited in the parking area till 1:15 PM.No one shows up there from Lube2 Go.Only two truck were there in the parking area. I tried calling them several times. No response from them.Also all the time it is going to voice mail without any ring.Sent multiple text messages also but no response to the messages as well. It is frustrating not to get response from them at all after waiting long 3 hours. Other three guys came who also bought groupon for this deal and went back as no one was there from Lube2Go.Groupon shows great support and they refunded back my money immediately as soon as I informed them about my bad experience with Lube2 go today. Will never go for them in future. :( read more

Horrible service. Mind you I have 2 children. Came back to my car smelling like freshly burnt marijuana, and a smudged ash mark on my back seat. Had a new scratch on my door that was about 1/8 of an inch deep 5 inches across. Wouldn't recommend them wash my kids bicycles. read more

Don't waste your money, very disappointed, brought in two cars, one was fair and the second was not touched at all, there was popcorn on the car mat, car wax all over the rear window and pollen covering the roof of the car. By far the worst Groupon experience ever. Total waste of time and money. Don't even think of buying from the company. I bought a Groupon for a SUV detail. Made the appointment per their website. I received an instant confirmation of the appointment. The day before I received a reminder. The morning of I received a text message reminder. I showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled time and nobody was there. I waited a full hour and nobody showed up. I then left my key in the drop box and left. I came back 3 hours later to find my car not touched, no employees and my key still locked in the box. I proceeded to break open the lock box and get my key and leave. I wouldn't let these clowns touch a Matchbox Car. I was fortunate enough that they didn't redeem my Groupon code which they make you enter on their website. After non-stop insisting for a refund from Groupon Customer Service Chat they finally gave me back $119 in Groupon Bucks. read more

It should be obvious from the name, but know that this is a mobile (outdoor) service, they have no building. I went to the one in Marlboro which is in the parking lot behind Macy's under the garage-- hard to find if you are looking for a building. It was very cold outside, but the mall opens early even though the stores do not open until 11am.. They said it would take up to 2.5hrs but the car was done in 1.5 hrs. The key is that they use steam to clean everything. This is not the same job you get at the dealer, but it is very well worth the price with the Groupon coupon through Yelp. They missed a few spots on the inside front dashboard and they could not get a stain out from the carpet which they guessed was Coke and I am pretty sure they are correct. Overall I am happy with the service and as others have said, they go out of their way to be friendly. They call you when your car is done. I would use the service again with the coupon. read more
