I went here for lunch the other day. I had high hopes because Luca is similar to another place I go to, in Indy. I got the calzone combo, (panzerotti) with pepperoni bread sticks & a drink. I thought it was a little pricey ($14). The calzone was really salty & not full of the meats. The bread sticks & cheese were good, as was the drink (coke). I was also irked to find out a refill of my medium coke was $1. The staff were moderately attentive, but the guy at the counter seemed engrossed on his phone, so requests had to be made instead of assistance being offered. Was at the mall recently doing some shopping and wanted a slice of pizza. Pros Speed- Took less than 5 minutes Quality- Now let me make clear- this is NOT high end pizza, but for mall pizza, it wasn't too bad! The breadsticks were actually quite good Price- for the giant slice, two Stix, sauce, and drink, it was under $12. Cons Two guys working talked to themselves and didn't really interact with guests (a few of who were looking and ended up having qiestions questions Pizza Saice- this may be a little odd, butcthe sauce wasn't the best, had an odd taste, but since I didn't getcsick, it's all good! read more

Pizza was very large and it was hot and delivered on time. Price was good for amount of food. Garlic knots were great!! The cheese bread was ok but I've had better. read more

I downloaded Yelp just to leave a review here. The pizza was terrible. It looked like it was decades old and tasted like wallpaper paste. My friends and I left after eating only one slice per person and we immediately began feeling sick. The breadsticks were alright, same with the garlic sauce we got. But the pizza "sauce" was like pure liquid. Definitely not coming back here again. read more

I went here a couple months ago during my lunch break as a mall employee. A police officer had just had an issue with the teenage workers, and as I was walking in, he came up to their face to snap a picture of one of them. I tried to order, but all three of the guys were laughing, acting high. Honestly, I feel like they have issues with their parents at home or something, because they obviously really don't like authority and were acting like they were just there for the paycheck. They were all on their phones, ignoring me, and I was the only person in line. I tried to order and ask if they could apply my mall discount, and one of them replied, "Yeah." After I ordered, I looked at my receipt. Still, the main guy at the register hadn't looked at me once, only his phone, and I asked if they can apply my mall discount. They laughed more and said it's too late and try again next time. I was really angry. I found the owners email online and emailed him with the ticket, but he never responded. I tried calling, but never got a response. Oh, and the pizza tastes like it was frozen, so oily, and just bad. Ghetto ass mall. read more

Decent pizza and calzones, but they do not freshly prepare their dishes. Luca preemptively assembles the uncooked dough, pizza, breadsticks, and other food, then leaves it to sit behind the counter for some period of time. The food is then thrown into a very stained and dirty oven behind the counter. I am not a restaurant consultant, but I figure that freshly-prepared cook-to-order food is highly preferable to most than prefabricated and hours-old food. The food does taste okay, and it is well-seasoned, but the texture is somewhat unappetizing. Frankly, I would rather have Monicals, or even Pizza Hut, for that matter. read more

Real pizza! Tastes like home. This displaced New Yorker is so, so happy. It's less convenient than a place with its own storefront would be, but for me completely worth it to head into the mall just for this. I recommend "classic" slices like plain cheese or pepperoni. I haven't tried the garlic knots yet but in my experience if they're on the menu at all they're usually good. read more

Great pizza. Very much like what I grew up with back home on the east coast. Every time I eat there its a little taste of home. The service is good and the staff are polite and nice. I come here about once a week. The sausage pizza is my favorite. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants new york style pizza. read more

great pizza and a fun staff. this is a restaurant inside the local mall, so it is a little smaller of a restaurant. the pizza is phenomenal, but a little on the pricy side for a pizza restaurant. they also sell really good stuffed breadsticks and calzones and other pizza-type foods. would recommend to shoppers at the mall going for a lunch break or dinner break. read more

This is the closest you will find to New York/Brooklyn style pizza in the area. A little expensive for mall pizza - but worth the effort if you are from the east coast and miss 'real' pizza. read more
