The inside is absurdly small. You can barely pass by someone in line leaving the counter. The employee I felt with was very kind and efficient which is rare these days. I had sweet chili wings. Their wings are randomly awesome. Probably the best traditional wings in town that are reasonably priced. The pizza was pepperoni. Attempting to order via text message as the website gives incentives to do so. I keep getting back an automated response that says they can not deliver to my address. I tried it 5 or 6 times and worded it different ways but couldn't get the service to work as stated on the website so I called the store to see if they could help. Matt answered and said he didn't know what I was talking about and would have to get the manager on duty tonight, June 22, 2024 to see what he could do. The manager came on the phone, I explained the issue and asked for assistance. He told me that they don't deal with text orders and he can't help me. I asked if he could take my order over the phone and match the discount, he refused. I asked again if he could assist me in some way and he told me he didn't have the time right now because they were kind of busy. We likes the deep dish pizza, but we are done with Jet's. Never order by text. They sometimes use DoorDash to deliver when they're "busy," which is totally ridiculous. Your order will then arrive cold and late. The DD driver this evening called from somewhere to say hello. I asked if he was delivering a pizza. All he said was "yes." And then he stayed on the line, not talking, for about 30 seconds. I finally hung up. 20 minutes later, the DD guy shows up with a cold pizza without a word to say. As far as I know, this is one of only two places that you can get a cauliflower pizza crust in Lafayette/West Lafayette, the other being Noble Roman's Pizza. This is relevant to those on an autoimmune protocol diet, low-carbers, or keto dieters who love pizza but can no longer touch the regular stuff. Looking at their menu online, I wish I had noticed them before going on the strict diet, as this is pretty much the only place you can get New York style pizza in the area, something I absolutely loved of yore. In any event, I tried out their cauliflower crust pizza today which only came in "small." And when they say small, they mean small -- I was a bit taken aback to see it was the about the size of a Pizza Hut "personal pan" pizza. The flavour was good, but some of the cheese wasn't cooked all the way and there was uncooked mozzarella shreds inexplicably wreathing the pizza in its box as well. I am guessing either they messed up the cooking time because of the non-standard crust and/or because I ordered extra cheese...or maybe extra cheese means they throw on the extra stuff after it is done cooking and letting it melt on the remnant heat, which would be sort of horrifying if so. Whatever the case, I wasn't too pleased at that point, but past that, the flavour was decent. I would however recommend Noble Roman's iteration of cauliflower crust pizza over this. Their cauliflower crust comes in "medium" which is nearly twice the size as Jet's, the cheese is thoroughly melted, and it costs exactly the same as Jet's itty bitty pizza. Again, I like the look of the rest of their menu -- but based on what I got, I probably wouldn't be back for that. read more

I really like Jets Pizza. I can't have any grains now. So I called to see if they make no-crust pizza. They DO! ordered my boyfriends pizza and mine. It was so good. Terrible terrible customer service. Spend 80 dollars worth of pizza and wings. They missed 6 items on my order. I called to try to remedy the situation and they said they would be there within 30 min to bring the missing items. Over 1 hour since I called about missing items. Spoke to a manager and said she had nothing to do with the previous order. At that point said take a refund or wait another 30 min for your items. Ordered takeout tonight with a super simple and small order. Deep dish pepperoni and an order of breadsticks. They said my order would be ready at 6:50. I'm actually writing this review inside of the business as I'm still waiting for my order. It's now 7:40. As I've been sitting here the past 50 minutes I've heard the cashier lady scream numerous times at numerous customers when they just simply asked when there order would be ready. I have found that most if not all of my reviews are about service, the quality of service workers has declined for several years now but after covid the service at most fast food services is at a all time low, I called and ordered a pizza from here and everything was going fine, I ordered a pizza and some mountain dew, a large meats, I mean meaty pizza as the guy on the corrected me on more then one occasion, I live off creasy and the store is off creasy about 2 miles away, i placed the order which came to over 28 dollars which is to be expected now days, but then they said it would be 40 minutes, I get they are probably busy but it shouldn't take 40 minutes to bake a pizza and drive it 2 miles, so after I placed the order and I told the guy who took the order that my apartment is hard to GPS and told the guy several time to have the driver call upon arival so I can either explain how to get hear or at least make sure I am aware he is here in case I couldn't hear him knock, which is exactly what I explained to the guy who took the call several times, at least 4, so I made sure I was available in 40 minutes no matter what else I was doing, I went down to throw some laudry in after the call and came back to my apartment to find that jets called back, evidently my card was keyed in wrong and didn't go through, so I called back immediately but the manager called once and just canceled the order, they really tried hard, how I know the order taker keyed it in wrong is because it went through the second or third time however many it was to many, I had to give him my card number 3 times and reorder because it was canceled by the manager, so again I told the order taker several times to have the driver call, and so after all that it was still going to take 40 minutes I went back to doing laundry which is in another part of the building, I took my phone fully expecting a call from the driver but made it back upstairs before he got here but almost right after I got back up to my apartment he finally got here buy didn't bother to call and just knocked, so I told him that I told the order taker to have the driver several times and either he didn't tell the driver or the driver just decided not to call, either way I told him he was lucky that I just walked back up to my apartment, but I actually I was lucky because I made a huge mistake and paid with a credit card up front, so do to Jets negligence I probably either wouldn't have got my pizza or it would have taken another 20 to 30 minutes on top of the 50 they already took to get my pizza, there pizza is just alright and I rarely order jets anyway but there is no way there pizza is worth ordering and dealing with a incompetent order taker and manager amd driver. I will never order delivery from jets again and don't so any reason to even order and pick it up due to the incompetent inside staff read more

Everyone says it's really good or really bad, so I gave it a chance. After it got delivered I tour into a large pizza and wings. 1st I was like yeah this is pretty good but that was short lived. I got a supreme pizza or whatever they call theirs. The toppings were weak, skimpy, it was like one big bread stick with some ingredients sprinkled on top. I love mushrooms but these mushrooms were like the ones people describe who don't like mushrooms. After a couple of slices of the not so great pizza I hit the wings, wings weren't horrible but they don't come with ranch you have to order it separately. Tonight was my first time trying Jet's. I was really pleased with the pizza. We tried the Super Special deep dish. The crust was spot on! Crispy and buttery. It also had enough toppings, but wasn't loaded and heavy. The breadsticks were good and I would definitely recommend the pizza dipping sauce over the cheese. You can certainly get a better deal at other pizza chains, but if you are looking for something new and like deep dish, this place is for you. read more

This place is so good it was worth writing about! The deep dish is fantastic. If you liked the old fashioned Noble Romans deep dish--give this a try--it is really great with high quality ingredients. It is carry out only and not super cheap but totally worth it. Also the sauce is rather sweet and not tomato pastey like many places around here. I haven't ordered Jets in a long time, and I shouldn't have, but I thought I'd give it another try, it been probably three four years. I ordered a thin crust pizza and added a couple items which are $2 a piece got my pizza why don't why don't I have ordered was bacon there wasn't enough bacon on there in the size of it wasn't was smaller than bacon bits but my biggest complaint is I ordered a caesar salad everyone knows that roof Caesar salads are made with romaine lettuce plus they ask you if you want Caesar dressing which I didn't understand that but anyways they use iceberg lettuce there's like three tomatoes on it croutons and the worst thing about it is the parmesan cheese is like this weird parmesan cheese that doesn't taste like parmesan and the Caesar salad dressing is so disgusting it tastes like pure salt that has no good flavor at all they did bring me another pizza because I complained about the bacon that's the only thing I can say it but I had to give him the old Pizza back which I thought was pretty cheesy no pun intended lol read more

Pizza is great- and this would be a 5 except for every time we call for delivery - there is issues with finding our address- because they are new construction apartments, and every time after a 10 min conversation about location (even after the 5th time to order) we are told a note will be made to our phone #/ address so they don't keep going through this, and every time we have to go through it again. This in itself makes us think twice before ordering just because of the hassle. read more

Very pleased with Jet's Pizza. Not only was the pizza great, but I was blown away by the customer service. Tierra helped us out and she was so amazing! I could tell the pizza was made with the best ingredients, but also made with unconditional love. She had a bit of a stank face when we first went in to Jet's, but I could tell there was a genuine sweetheart to go along with that red polo and long ponytail. I don't know if she is just an employee, a manager, or whatever... but she should be the CEO. Maybe this was the newest season of undercover boss or something, who really knows... all I know is that we will be back for bomb pizza, and amazing customer service! read more
