Having never used Silco I was reluctant not knowing what to expect from a new company. I found Silco and from the very start was pleased! Travis spoke with me and explained what he thought the problem might be from my description. He sent out technicians the following day and they reassured me that they would repair the issue. The technicians were both professional, knowledgeable and also personable. I was quickly put at ease. My gate is now repaired as promised and the cost was very reasonable! From the receptionist that answers the phone, Travis dealing with the customers to the technicians, this is a five star business!! Should I ever have issues with my gate again I will call Silco! Looking at the unit, he let me know that the extinguisher I had was on recall, and sold me a new extinguisher at a real good price. He also was knowledgeable and let me know if I have the correct equipment for my mother's house, and I did, didn't recommend to get a larger one. Polite and honest and enjoyed talking with him.
