The problem is the handicap is usually in use and if someone has to use the other stall, the toilet is about 1 to 1 1/2 ft off the floor. That is great for a four year old but a 74+ year old make it difficult to stand up. No handicap handle to assist standing up. Easy to fall if you are older. No way that a toilet should be this short and not have an assist bar to help older people. Shame on Walmart. Sam Walton would be turning in his grave.

But for some reason, they wouldn't let her sit in one, even though there were carts available. No clear explanation, just a flat "no." Shopping can already be challenging for her, and taking away something that helps her feel comfortable and safe made the situation so much harder than it needed to be. It honestly felt unnecessary and really lacking in understanding. I get that stores have policies, but this one felt unreasonable and poorly handled. Definitely disappointed. I'll be thinking twice before coming back.

Though I now live elsewhere, I have been to this store on occasion and found it to be clean and well stocked and even though they only have 4 employees working at any given time, I was checked out pretty quickly. Side Note - During Christmas, they will put out German confections and pastry that are quite hard to find elsewhere and the quality is excellent!
