This is the cleanest, most organized Walmart I have ever been to and all of the employees are helpful! My preferred Walmart in the area 100%

I write the review regarding bathrooms. They offer a handicap stall and a regular. There are a lot of older people that shop at Walmart. The problem is the handicap is usually in use and if someone has to use the other stall, the toilet is about 1 to 1 1/2 ft off the floor. That is great for a four year old but a 74+ year old make it difficult to stand up. No handicap handle to assist standing up. Easy to fall if you are older. No way that a toilet should be this short and not have an assist bar to help older people. Shame on Walmart. Sam Walton would be turning in his grave. read more

This review is for all Walmart stores. If customer service is important to you then avoid Walmart. It is nonexistent. You will be better served elsewhere. If you purchase an item online they will be happy to take your money. But do not be surprised if they don't have it when you go to pick it up. Their system is so antiquated they sell items they don't even have and then they can't understand why you are mad when offered a refund. You may have to pay a little more elsewhere but you are more likely to get it. And you don't have to deal with rude people. read more

Went to the Walmart in Wylie for bananas and oranges. Grabbed 2 of the 4lb bags. And 2 bunches of bananas. I got to the counter and found out one of the bags of oranges had a very rotten one in there. read more

A man working the carts this morning was so friendly and offered me a car and showed me where I could put my coffee cup and my phone. I also was rung up by my very nice lady. Both of these employees are older and it's just so refreshing to have kind people not on their cell phones, thank you so much and it was a very good experience this morning. Well done Walmart!! If you want to be treated as a criminal walk into the Wylie TX Walmart. They rush you through your purchase and give you a hassle for wanting to pay with cash. My husband and me came in for a few supplies for fishing and to get a replacement remote for $30 and they act like you're trying to rob the store. They literally walk you to the front and stand there until they've seen you pay for it your entire purchase before the remove the spider wire. The Walmart employees have poor customer service skills meaning the point to where the item is instead of walking the customer to where it's supposed to be and its obviously they really don't care about the customers who pay their paychecks. If I have to check myself out I feel you should trust me to walk myself to the register to check out not assume I am a criminal. read more

The prices are good and they do have everything. But it is so huge unless you run marathons it's hard to get from one side of the store to the other pushing a heavy cart. There are never enough checkers, so you wait forever. Basic things are sometimes not in stock. It's always crazy crowded. I like kids, but there is a limit on screaming misbehaving children. Main problems are stocking and checking. And isn't that the whole point? read more

I do not know whose idea it was to remove the old self checkout registers and place these new ones but they messed up. This new registers are not customer friendly and they are poorly designed. For example: the scanning screen was right below the display in the old ones and the scale was adapted within the scanning screen area. Now, they made a mess and it you want to scan something, you have to move back and forth bc the display is not aligned to the scale and the scanner is not a hand held device which you have to be handling around while placing your groceries on the table. AND there's not enough room to place your bagged goods (the old registers had plenty) read more

Came here because they had a clearance item listed as in stock, and I was only a couple of miles away. When I began to ask the associate in lawn and garden about it, she cut me off mid sentence to tell me it was gone since last week. I wasn't really expecting the inventory system to be accurate, but I was expecting a more courteous answer. I was about to walk out, but my wife had a couple of items that she needed. They were in stock, and checkout was quick. Otherwise, it was a 1-star visit for the lack of even close to polite customer service. read more

I have shopped here for years. I really like this Walmart and the employees are very nice. However lately so many of the carts are in disrepair. It takes a lot of looking to find a clean cart that also still has an intact child safety strap. This is unacceptable to me as I have two small children and one that still needs to be strapped in a cart. I called the manager that day and the carts with missing (or broken) straps were all replaced with new ones. read more

Because on Thanksgiving Day they kick my good friend off there lot with his semi truck saying he can longer park there anymore. Even though tons of trucks have been parking there forever now!!!Saying if he stays that he will be towed. What dicks have some compassion. read more

Customer service closes at 10 PM--if you are overcharged (Wal-Mart's fault), they say that there is nothing they can do (not even cancel and rering). "Its our policy" "Nothing we can do" The solution? you have to come back tomorrow and stand in line at customer service, your own time, your own expense, even though the mistake was 100% Wal-Mart. I like Wal-Mart but this store is completely broken--if the Manager can't resolve minor customer issues, best to go elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give no stars at all. I guess you could call me an ex angry employee. I use to LOOOVE Wal-Mart. I shopped there for everything. So, after my youngest finally went to kindergarten, I decided to go back to work. After almost 5 months of working there, I realized and saw first hand of what Wal-Mart was all about. The favoritism, unreliable employees that NEVER got fired. Employees taking merchandise off shelves, not reporting it and selling stuff off Craigslist. I have lost all respect from that company. I got fired for 1.) Unauthorized over rides at the register (which I was TOLD to do on after Christmas items) and giving a little girl a gift bag. Asset Protection called it the "Robin Hood syndrome" I never stole, my customers love me....I guess working 36 hours a week and not wanting to give me medical and dental was too important for them. They are shady, and fake. Don't work there if your not friends of family, you'll be cast out like an outsider. I miss my customers ALOT. It's heartbreaking that a company has such deep pockets that they can treat their employees like garbage...then they can wonder why Walmart has to pay out over 300 million in bribe payoffs....don't work there if u can help it...I was told by someone I know to not work there....and I didn't listen. read more

This Walmart has basics only. If you need something special forget it. They have limited flavors! It's like the people who order like bland basic things! They almost never have produce, salads or different types of apples! Seriously! I have NEVER been to a Wal-Mart super center that is SO limited on their products! I would recommend driving onto the Sachse Walmart if you need anything special! I've been to many Walmarts, but the super center in Wylie is a joke. Most of the cashiers are visibly miserable. The store is dirty, (most of the time). If you need to find an associate, they all seem to vanish, or pretend not to see you. They don't do a good job of keeping the shelves stocked during the day. (If you wait until later in the day, the better the chance item shelves are empty). There are price scanners that don't work and haven't for years. My biggest complaint is the poor customer service that I've received by the cashiers and associates on the floor. The managers (C.S.R's) seem to be the only ones that do care, but are hard to find because they are running around trying to fix other problems. Was a nice store when it opened, but now their attitude is, "Get your stuff and GET OUT". read more
