She individualizes each person's procedure and listens to what end effect is desired. She noticed that I raise my eyebrows a lot in conversation, so adjusted my eyebrow design to work with it (so I wouldn't look shocked/crazy). 3. I'm not a stunner, but Yuriko has helped my face look like a put together version - AND I don't have to do my brows or eyeliner daily. Experience 1. When that day came around Lily numbed my lips and started. Everything was fine until she started talking about her personal life. It honestly started to get very annoying and awkward because she also talked about these old men that she was seeing and doing more with. I was disgusted wanting to walk out but couldn't. Also my lips has developed a severe reaction where it tingles and it keeps drying up. I'm awaiting on a test where they had to punch my lip to get skin. They say it may have been from filth which the place is cute but there's garbage, cotton tips everywhere! I'm now worried if the needle was clean! Save yourself and go somewhere else that's safe! It's not worth it especially when I paid in full. The vibe was okay at first but seriously too much information to a complete stranger! I'm glad I didn't pay to get my lashes done!

Her space is quiet and soothing and impeccably decorated. Tami quickly cleaned up and tinted my brows - I'm fair/blonde/blue-eyed so the color is always a bit tricky - too dark and I'm Clara Delevingne - too light and I'm, well, invisible brow woman. And I wear contacts so my attempts at "grooming" my brows is actually laughable. I've now got "brow style and color" that looks great all the time! I was so pleased with her brow work that I returned for the lash tint/perm - that's right - I went all out! It was definitely a new experience - lash perming! - who knew? But the end result is AMAZING. I've now got some dark long lashes, great brows and am really hoping she can tattoo my lips (just kidding - I think - is that a thing too?!)! Since leaving the workforce over ten years ago, I imagined waking up, rolling out of bed, not doing my make-up (although I minimally used eye and lip cosmetics due to the nature of my job), and looking decent. However, about seven years ago, I decided to try microblading my thinning and shortening eyebrows, and my husband lovingly teased me about having Rottweiler eyebrows. The painless semi-permanent microbladed eyebrows usually lasted two to three years, with proper annual to no maintenance. I was set for a maintenance appointment when I suddenly discovered that my usual artist had retired. I was left in a lurch because I planned to get the maintenance done before traveling domestically and abroad from late last year. I contacted Beauty Babe to inquire about her microblading and ombré powder tattooing services, appointment availability, and cost. Michele's friendliness and reassurance for assistance came through her voice. She also described the difference between microblading and ombré powder eyebrows, and I quickly agreed to book an appointment to see for myself. On the appointment day, Michele sent me a message regarding directions, parking lot availability, and security in her salon. I didn't take any interior photos for privacy because there were other clients and artists, even though the salon had privacy partitions and separate rooms for tattooing. After measuring my eyebrows, Michele applied makeup to my faded eyebrows to show me the difference between the microblading and ombré powder techniques. My only concern was having my eyebrows look natural and not dramatic. She did a few tweaks, which enhanced the shape, applied the topical anesthetic, and then did her magic. Within a couple of hours, I emerged from the salon with perfect and natural-looking eyebrows or, as they say, "eyebrows on fleek." She gave me an After Care package with instructions, mild liquid soap, tissues, a small tube of Vitamin A&D ointment, and yummy Ferrero Rocher candies. However, every time I have been here, I have had wonderful experiences. I came in today to get my brow done before the new year. I went into Hawaii Threading (Keʻeaumoku location) around 2:26 PM. The lady who took me (I didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself) finished my brows in 5 minutes, and that isn't an exaggeration. When I left, around my brows were very inflamed, which had happened before, so I thought nothing of it. However, I didn't notice until I got home that my brows were extremely uneven. First off, the shape of both brows is different. One of my brows has way more hair than the other but is shorter, and the other is very thin. She did "trim" my brows, but the hairs are uneven. I'm very disappointed with the results and wish I'd gotten her name, because this is unacceptable.
