As a loyal, long-term customer who has spent hundreds of dollars here, I was deeply disappointed by a recent interaction. When picking up a to-go order, I was informed I would be charged for small containers of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. When I questioned this policy--given that these are complimentary condiments for dine-in customers--the employee responded dismissively, saying, "What do you think? This stuff is free?" This logic is baffling and the attitude was uncalled for. It's disheartening when a minor upcharge for standard condiments undermines years of goodwill and makes a loyal customer reconsider future patronage. The best pizza in the area by far. I wish they had the bacon chicken ranch slice more often but if not I always go with pepperoni. They give a huge portion when you order a Stromboli or calzone. I never really order to dine in but they have good wings and you need to eat them while they are still hot! If they are delivered they are not good. So make sure you eat in because delivery can take a long time. read more

I ordered from here while my boyfriend was doing solar pannel work on a house 8 minutes down the street from him. I ordered his lunch, a burger and fries. The man on the phone told me it would be a 45 minute wait and I called back after waiting an entire hour and asked how soon? He told me the delivery driver left 10 minutes ago and was on his way. The food didn't arrive until an hour and 23 minutes went by and I called back to explain how that messed up my boyfriends lunch break because he didn't have his food in time or even close to on time. The man responded by yelling at me that they are busy instead of offering some type of condolence. Will not be ordering again due to the lack in TIME MANAGEMENT and the rude response. I hesitated to actually waste my time writing this and leaving a review on Yelp but I feel moved to do it. We ordered dinner from your establishment on Tues night 12/06. I ordered a crispy chicken panini wrap. My mistake was I didn't see it had lettuce and tomato on it. What I received was 3 chicken tenders in a tortilla shell with wet hot lettuce and mushy tomatoes, wrapped in thirds in such a way that it was impossible to pick up and eat. My 8 yr old autistic , lactose intolerant, granddaughter very specifically ordered a ham hoagie with pickles lettuce and mayo - NO CHEESE. Of course it came with cheese. The French fries that came with my Panini were cold and rubbery. There were not even edible. Completely disgusting. I am really not that picky, food is food. But when I am paying $40 for garbage I have to say something. I literally live across the street and waited an hour for food I couldn't eat. It was a TUESDAY. I am not thinking that you were so busy that it took an hour to throw that slop together and cross the street. I dont think I would ever take the chance of that service and food again. I will not be a returning customer, and I will tell all my friends. I am seriously disappointed. Normally not that serious about fast food but this just upset me on so many levels. The absolute worst service and food in Bellmawr. They are 3 minutes away and took an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. Did not deliver the entire order and had to be called back. When called they were also told about an item made not as advertised on the menu which they were fully aware of and sent it incorrectly any way. I can't believe this!! First you serve me my spaghetti and meat sauce with the container opened so it leaks on the bag and all over my car then I pick it up and the bag rips and it gets all over me. Then you can't take accountability for it even though I paid $20 on a meal that cost you $10 tops! Just told it has to stay flat. It was flat on the seat!! I've had their menu for a while and figured I'd give them a shot. Used grub hub to order and stated in the comments section that I had a $5 off coupon. I arrive and there are three people behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me. No hello. Nothing. I stood there for a while before a female employee said anything. Finally she grabs my order then informs me that I can't use the coupon since I ordered online. Why not? Because "sometimes" grub hub gives their own discounts. Uh, so what? Also, if this is the actual case why not give me a call to let me know this? Just completely terrible customer service all around. The food wasn't bad, to be honest. The food is delicious. The service was correct and fast. I'm an adult that loves chicken fingers and fries. The wrong honey mustard can ruin everything for me. The chicken fingers fries and honey mustard is perfect. We also ordered a pizza. Very fresh and tasty. You can tell the ingredients are homemade and very flavorful. I usually like Gaetanos pizza and baby Luna pizza. This could be my new favorite. read more
