Sal and Pats is normally good however today they accidentally delivered me a broccoli pizza instead of spinach. I called and they resolved the issue nicely by sending me a new pizza. But, both the spinach and broccoli pizza tasted like it was drenched in vinegar. i'm not sure if it's supposed to taste like that but the times before i've had their pizza it never tasted like that. read more

I went in about 45 minutes before closing and asked if I could still place an order. No problem. Ordered a medium sized cheesesteak stromboli and 10 wings garlic hot. I was told it would be about 25 minutes. Since they are mostly for to go orders and only have 1 table, I went and sat in my car. About 20 minutes later I went back in and was told it would be just a few more minutes. No problem. Once my food was done, I left. They could have easily denied my order or had attitude since it was so close to closing, but they didn't. They were great. I got my food home and it was great. Hot and tasty. I really wanted wings but have had their stromboli in the past and couldn't resist. I ate half of each. I love this place and will continue to go back. read more

Their pizza is solid and reliable, but what goes a long way is their customer service. When we were left in a pinch by another local business's poor service, Sal & Pats were able to save the day! They were able to accommodate for feeding a large crowd on extremely short notice. We are grateful for their quick response and ability to work with us when we were left without lunch. Food is great online prices are totally wrong. Was charged an additional $4 more than what was listed online. Asked about it& was placed on a long hold I eventually hung up. If I ask YOU to repeat my order back to me and you repeat it back perfectly after a sigh from the gods like I just asked you to run me through your entire life story; I expect to at least get my order the way YOU repeated it back to me. The people on the phone might as well just say "YEAH YEAH WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT" after every item. I love pizza and was recently told about this place by a coworker. I have eaten here twice in 2 days! Thats how good it is! Both times I picked up in store. The veggie pizza was loaded with fresh delicious vegetables. The next day my cheese pizza was just as good! My coworker got one of their hot hoagies and loves it. Drink/snack options in the store. Prices were very reasonable for especially with the amount of food you are given. Only draw back is parking can be tough depending on the time of day you come by. ** Bellmawr location** I have always orders placed orders from here for parties and lunch as my job. Today I ordered the special which was a bacon cheddar cheeseburger. When I received the order the burger had salty chez wiz on top of it. I called and the young lady put a gentleman on the phone who stated that they don't have cheddar cheese there and chez wiz is what comes on the burger and that cheese melts when you put it on a burger anyway . He further started that he was not going to eat 3 specials and go somewhere else and get a special for $5.95. I explained that I would not be ordering from them again and I would not find a special that cheap but it won't be a special I would throw in the trash. read more

We have never had a meal from Sal and Pats that wasn't good! We've only ordered from their Nicholson Road location so I don't know about the Bellmawr location. They are always really nice on the phone and delivery is pretty decent. The food is definitely worth more than what they charge. Keep up the great work!! read more

I came to know Sal & Pat's decades ago. My in-laws live/lived in Gloucester and Sal & Pat's stromboli always awaited us when we arrived. Our visits always ended with taking something from Sal & Pat's on our drive home to Massachusetts or Maryland. The tradition continues even though there are far fewer in-laws left in the area. We live in Maryland and have a summer home in Canada. I make every effort to time trips back and forth so I can pick up a hoagie or stromboli on the way. I leave Maryland for Canada early tomorrow (Sunday) and was disappointed to see that they don't open until noon. I'll be long past Gloucester by then. I was already tasting the hoagie on the long trip. But, I will catch them on the way back in the fall. I clearly am a fan and have been for decades. read more

I was turned on to Sal & Pats when I told someone in conversation that Rexy's had the best hot sausage pizza, they said no your wrong, so I tried Sal &Pats and I've never looked back! Every time I order from here and I arrive my order isn't done yet. I'm here now and I ordered 20-25 mins ago. Order wasn't even started yet. I don't get it. I order online so I don't have to sit here and wait for my food. Speaking of, there's no ac on in here. It's hotter in here than outside. Which is to be expected considering the kitchen is right there. Still though, why no ac? I see two ceiling fans and they're not even on. I feel bad for these employees. I've only been here 5 minutes and my shirt is drenched. Idk why it takes 45 minutes to make an order that I made ahead of time but it always does here. Even though we have moved out of the area, had to rate the food here. Never dined in but always received fast, friendly delivery service. Pizza was truly THE BEST in Jersey. OMG I absolutely love this place...the food is Great! they always have something new to offer also like the new pesto pasta salad OMG so Yummy and is enough to feed the whole family if you want to have as a side dish just an idea. what I also love is the order online process it really helps with your order being correct and you can track your whole order process its truly amazing they are fast with the delivery the drivers are so kind. I do think its a little on the high side with cost but if you want good food and great service you get what you pay for that's for sure. I've been a Very long customer of Pats and it just gets better and better. I always order the sausage pizza from sal and pat's. It is ground and spiced as opposed to sliced pieces. The prices are great and portions are large. Ordering by phone can be difficult at times because you dont always get a native english speaker. read more

Me and my boyfriend got a small pizza and some cheese fries later that night/the next day, he was throwing up really bad and i went to work feel really dizzy and felt really sick. i ended up throwing up at work and being sent home. both of our doctors told us we have food poisoning. my boyfriend even said the food tasted weird. now we will never go to the one in gloucester. read more

It had been a very long time since I'd ordered anything from here, around a decade or so. After a long time away from the area or just bad timing with work I decided to see if they were as good as they used to be, and I wasn't disappointed. Steaks are great, strombolis, pizza (my favorite being the sausage) all of it just as good as I remember. The prices are great, especially given the size of the portions you get, I've had no issues with ordering over the phone and the driver is always on time for the estimated wait at the latest.
