When I was visiting, I found she couldn't sync one of her hearing aids to her phone. I called the business and they seem nice on the phone so I thought I'd give a try to see if they they could help. I told them we could only sync one of the two hearing aids and then went in to see if they could solve the situation. They told me it would be $40. This struck me as poor service for the very expensive product they provided but I decided it would be worth to make the hearing aids fully usefull. After 20 minutes they told me only one could be synced because she had lost one and replaced it (through the insurance she had paid for). They'd given her one that could not sync with the other. It strikes me that they had not fulfilled their contract at this point because they had not replaced the lost one with one that was as functional. In any case, though they had provided a faulty replacement product and couldn't help me they Informed me it was still their policy charge $40 for doing absolutely nothing to resolve problems with the faulty product they had provided.

Audiology Hearing Aid Center tried to collect the difference in the amount they billed and what the insurance paid. It's called balance billing the patient and not legal Fast forward to today. I lost one of my hearing aids so I pulled out my paperwork from Audiology Hearing Aid Center to see what the replacement warranty is. Per the written document from them, the warranty is 3 years for damage or loss and the deductible is $500. I spoke to another provider today and found out the actual deductible with Signia for loss of a hearing aid is $400; not $500 and the warranty is 4 years, not 3. If you have insurance, only agree to pay what your insurance says you owe.

It is clear to me that he is very knowledgeable in his field. I was medicated for the procedure and the person driving me home went to the car instead of staying in the waiting room. I got allergy tested and decided to do allergy drops. It's costly because insurance doesn't cover but I will eat the cost if it means I can breathe better. Doctor Mullins saw me on my initial visit. And she also gave treatment options. I went with drops because I couldn't do the shots weekly. They are taking precautious during pandemic. Wait in your car when you arrive and call them. Somebody will come out, take your temperature and let you in Update. Everything was fine. What I don't understand is why they sent my Epi pen prescription to a mail order pharmacist instead of my pharmacist at cvs. I gave them all the info to my cvs already.
