After being a wine club member for last few years we were finally able to get up and visit LucidWild in person this past weekend. We were with 4 couples that were amazed by the Lucid Wild Experience. First off we leveraged their Lucid Van all Mercedes Sprinter Bus which just hit a home run with the comfort and ease that the shuttle provided us. Marc our driver was prompt and provided such a great vibe. The van had two flat screens and nice cold water and very amenity you can think of they thought off when designing this special van. We went to two wineries prior to stopping at Lucid for the beautiful vineyard and new tasting room building that was recently built. The architecture and aesthetics no detail was missed in the story and Berger wanted to achieve. Upstairs on the main deck with our table in the big man room was gorgeous. We reserved the wine flight experience with the tasting bird plus additional food flights like the gilt mignon and charcuterie presentation. The wine experience and wine flights hit home in the taste with the food pairings and the tour after downstairs to the special rooms and a port tasting in the cellar was special. One of our favorite parts was being a wine club member to be able to access the speak easy bar with our guests who also became wine club members was just unique and triggered flashback memories of old school records spinning at the guests choice manner the record players. The jelly fish aquarium one of kind and the cocktail drinks beyond their wine being poured and served by John the president of the winery send Christine one of the leadership team members was so fun and special. Beyond a worthwhile epic adventure will be bringing more friends up just to experience what LucidWilde has curated into is well worth the visit! This winery was absolutely gorgeous! We got to see the adorable newborn baby sheep and the views were amazing. I loved the bites that paired with the wine tasting, and the staff did such a great job of introducing the wine and explaining what elements to look for in each one. If you get the chance, their espresso martini was the best I've ever had. read more

I'm not really sure how I feel about Lucid Wild. We booked a tasting so I knew the price. I do think they need to rethink the requirement to have a tasting or bottle per person. Someone has to drive . The actual tasting was great. We enjoyed the bites and Lindsey our server was awesome. Where it went sideways for me was the tour. It is a cool property and lots of intriguing areas to explore but we're were ushered through and it was clear we were not welcome to linger. Joey was our "handler" and to end at the check out felt like a Disneyland ride when you exit through the gift shop. That made it feel gimmicky and cheap. I loved both the fusion and the renegade Pinot noir at Lucid Wild ! They also have a beautiful facility that has a breathtaking view. This location also added so much excitement to my trip, every area having a different vibe that added so much novelty and excitement! It definitely has a wow factor! This was by far the best winery experience I have ever had. The knowledge the employees have, the atmosphere and everything in between was nothing short of amazing. I loved that the small eats and wine perfectly paired to really accentuate the undertones in the wine and you can truly see that Lucid knows what they are doing. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill winery! LucidWild is EPIC. Blair and LJ really went above and beyond with this estate. I've been to a lot of wineries but this may take the cake. From the staff, the views, the wines, the establishment itself, everything stands out... in a hugely positive way. LucidWild Estate is in a class of its own. In terms of venue and experience, there is no comparison in the Valley. I enjoyed every wine I was poured and Lilly couldn't have been more hospitable. We had a great server and a beautiful view. We are not members and wanted to try something different from the wineries we are members of. Someone here said "Vegas has come to Dundee" and I had to laugh a little because I felt this place was just a hair too pretentious. Screams Nouveau Riche. They appear to be aiming for a younger crowd luring with social media and loud music. Over the top expensive for just decent wine but not justifiably this expensive. The coolest part for me was seeing the lama and his sheep. Overall very nice establishment and will be a good fit for many. We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary at Lucid Wild Estate's Harvest Celebration in September, and it was absolutely magical! From tasting honey straight from their hives to savoring a decadent local chocolate and port pairing (with chocolate from an Ecuadorian chocolatier), every detail was unique and beautifully curated. We loved meeting their charming Valais Blacknose sheep from France--protected by a gentle llama--before sitting down to a multi-course, farm-to-table dinner overlooking the Willamette valley. Guests from near and far (Australia, Santa Barbara, Portland) shared lively conversation as a jazzy ensemble played in the background. The estate itself is breathtaking--like Architectural Digest meets sustainable farming. Sky lounge views, incredible art, a cozy speakeasy, owl boxes, bee hives, and impeccable design everywhere. Elegant, playful, and welcoming--never pretentious. We spent five unforgettable hours there, and not once did anyone try to sell us anything. That alone was so refreshing. Came here with my wife, son and parents. Three generations :) Loved the place, wine and experience. Visiting from San Francisco; wanted to try a place with good Pinots. Checked out my usual places for reviews about wines and found this place. Essentially, found this place because of the quality of their wines. And the wines held up!!! Loved the Pinots. The Renegade was my favorite. It was more structured; so, more to my liking as I'm more used to robust cabs. The place is exquisite. If I lived in Portland, I would instantly become a member so that I could visit regularly! That's how awesome the facilities are ... beautifully done. Can't believe this place has been open for only 7 weeks. Can't wait to return to Portland so that I can come here again. read more

Honestly, me and my friends were super excited to try this place with all the amazing reels and videos that it showed we couldnt wait , but after arriving, we were a party of four they said we either had to pay 75 per person no sharing or when we ask to buy a bottle of wine to hang out downstairs they said it would be a 4 bottle purchase in order to enjoy the beautiful property. This place was not super welcoming we felt it was very pretentious, and over price for something that is so new. For wine country Pacific Northwest this place should've been a lot more inviting and welcoming to the new wine and new experiences in this area. read more

Vegas has arrived in Dundee! I should have just got back in the car and called it. The loud club music pumping from outdoor speakers should have been enough. We were curious so stepped inside to the same loud club music. The only tasting offered food which we weren't interested in eating, having just finished lunch. No other tasting options. No wines by the glass. Bottle service is available but a bottle must be purchased for each person in your party! The property is pretty and the views were great. What a disappointment to get to the winery with high expectations and be disappointed at the door by the greeting staff. $75 for a wine and food tasting, we had lunch at a different location, we only wanted to try the wine, and the other option was to pay for a bottle of wine per person in our group (6). We were greeted and the lady told us we have to pay $75 for a wine tasting that has a food pairing, or go to the down stairs floor for a 1 bottle per person, we were 4. That's not a way to greet new customers that are curious about a new winery in the area. Didn't have us any other options so we left. Theres other wineries down the road that will definitely want my business and want customers to keep coming back. This definitely is not the place. Stay away from this pretentious winery. They have a lot of social media showing how nice it is, but when you walk in they will hit you with $75 tasting paired with food, or you'll have to buy 1 bottle per person in your group just to walk in. Celebrating longtime friends, with old and new acquaintances, made LucidWild Estate the perfect location. It was breathtaking the moment we made the turn onto the one-mile paved road. As you pass the barns, with the llamas, sheet, and the new Hyland Coos, you eventually start to see the amazing greenery of the vineyards. The owners were so welcoming that I felt like I was family. The grand entrance with the "fall leaves" on the chandelier, to the breathtaking views --it was nothing but spectacular from the beginning. The wine was sensational. Although I like white wine way better than red wine, the pours were fantastic. We were also delighted with the food pairings for each tasting. This was he beginning. We then had the grand tour of the property, including the upper viewing deck with a large TV. This space is perfect for business meetings or medium-sized gatherings, with jaw-dropping views of the Dundee hills and surrounding vineyards. Next we had the wine cave tour. This cavernous space was much cooler than the rest of the property as it is cut into the hill, while here, we were treated with a sacery port and some dark chocolate. The wine cave has space for a family dinner and also a lounging area. The final locale visited was the "speakeasy" with the jelleyfish tank. The vibe of the speakeasy was very nostalgic yet modern, must be a LucidWild member to enter... Overall, we had a fantastic time, the staff were so friendly, polite, and accommodating.
