Great place, easy to get to. Amazing trainers with so much knowledge and experience. I've been a member of other gyms but have never attended because they were not geared for a person without experience or age. A person of 64 or above can at times not keep up with a person who is younger, yet here they actually have a class for those 50 years and above, Bravo. They're amazing. Luckey fitness and it's trainers care and take their time to get to know you. Their friendly and welcoming attitudes make you want to come back over and over again. They hold you accountable, but do not judge and this is something that perhaps people my age fear when becoming members of a gym. I've been a member here for over 2 years now. I love it! The coaches are awesome! The workouts are always changing and never get boring. If you have an injury or are unable to do specific move the coaches are great at modifying it to work for you. My second day at Lucky Fitness and I got to say is WOW!!! A 30 minute circuit training workout is tougher than it sounds. It works every body part. The trainer Bryce is fun and so helpful. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Temecula. I used to be a member of EOS fitness for over 15 years but now with this pandemic I have not stepped foot in there and I have canceled my membership with them. I can't wear a mask and work out., So a friend of mine recommended lucky fitness because you don't have to wear a mask while you're working out and it has been amazing. My first day was the hardest, then by week 2 of the 6 week 25 pound challenge I was losing the weight like melting butter in a hot pan. I followed the coaches advice about meal prepping and went to all me sessions (3 times a week). I completed the challenge and lost a total of 25.7 pounds within the 6 week period. It was not easy nor was it fun, but if you ask me if I would do it again my answer is absolutely! The coaches are awesome, they know about nutrition and what it takes to meet your goals. I found out about luckey fitness during the corona virus shut down. I was amazed to find that even though their gym was shut down they were still offering online training. I signed up for a 21 day challenge and was not disappointed! They offer multiple online sessions, 6 days a week and even have a replay option if you can't make it to a live session.
