It looks like they are starting to update their signs for the bathrooms to make them unisex. They also have a charging station for your heart rate monitor, which is a great use of their large lobby--plus you don't have to bother a staff member to help you with it. I was invited for a special event and was asked to fill out a form via email before attending the free session. I got there 10 mins before the class started & it seemed a little unorganized... there was some late comers so I was overlooked and did not receive a arm monitor for the class bc some of them were not charged ?? I did like the vibe of the class although the instruction could of used a little more explaining as this was my first time attending an OT. THe class was about an hour long and it was broke up into a 3 part session of rowing, & free weight conditioning, & treadmill. The female instructor gave some input for motivation & the music was loud and encouraging! Overall, it was fun but could have been more organized at the front desk & communication about the class offering "FREE" to first timers... This part was untrue as I received an email that my daughter (the member) was charged for all those attending a cost of $12 each @ 12-15 people that did not live in the Temecula area. This was an out of town prewedding celebration event.... so that was a little discouraging. I don't believe I will be returning to an OT. read more

For the short period I was a member there, I enjoyed the classes and the instructors. I didn't care for the front desk staff, without airing out all the dirty laundry I had some issues and I tried to resolve them before escalating to management. I just seemed like another number rather than a true community member as they advertise. I ended up working with the studio manager Lindsey and was able to get to squared away, but how it was handled by front desk staff left me a big sour taste in my mouth. Coaches Kyle, Ari, and Priscilla are definitely what made this experience, and why I continued coming for the short time before canceling. read more

I just signed up at OTF in November of last year. I signed up for the unlimited package and absolutely love it. I consistently go four days a week, and have made really great changes in my strength and endurance. All of the trainers are amazing and bring something special to each class. It is honestly like having a personal trainer and doing a full body plus cardio workout each time. Additionally, if you have any limitations or previous injuries, the trainers will tailor your work out and make accommodations for any previous injuries you might have. The front desk staff is really nice and they greet all the members by name when they walk in. They do special events outside of the gym with members that really make you feel like you are part of a family. I joined OTF in July 2023 to try something new since I'd never participated in group fitness classes like this before. In the last several months, I've lost weight, started running again, and most importantly found a workout that I have integrated into my life. I consistently get a good workout and genuinely enjoy everyone who works at this location. I appreciated that many of the coaches and studio assistants knew me by name and remembered what station I preferred. I also have really appreciated that you can very much work out at your own pace. Coaches will encourage you to challenge yourself but never push you beyond your limits. One of my new favorite places to go to and get my workout in! If you are new to orange theory don't worry they will walk you through everything! I was a little nervous but surprised myself at the end! If you are not a runner don't worry you can start at walking or jogging! I love how they switch up the classes each time. My first class I was on the treadmill for 30 mins or so, changing speed and incline. After I was in the weight room and rowing. So fun and went by fast! I recommend this for anyone! We visit this gym when we are in town visiting family stationed at Camp Pendleton; we even signed up with Orangetheory at this gym 2 years ago. The coaches are great, unfortunately, the front staff is a different story. Called today to let them know i would be late for class. They checked with Coach Tyler and he said it was okay for me to come in late. I got there and the message wasn't passed on to the woman at the desk; she wouldn't let me in even though I said I called. She is the same older woman that never greets us even though we are visiting from another state. There have been issues in the past with the front staff acting like we didn't sign up, etc, but today was the final straw. I think we will just use the gym at the hotel instead of bothering with these guys. It's really a shame as we signed up with Orangetheory because we travel so much and wanted a consistent experience. read more
