Lucky Brand is located at the Kierland Commons. I was greeted upon entry and asked if she could offer help. I appreciated her vigor but I needed to look around first. I told her I would ask for help if I needed it. Lucky is known for their jeans and there was a great array of those available. They offered the regular jeans or the torn ones. All types of sizes, in narrow, boot leg, bells and torn. Whatever your fancy for jeans they probably had it. I didn't see any jeans with bling or designs on them. Just plain jeans, tops, shirt and sweaters. Very basic. The store was offering 30% off everything in the store. Free street, lot and valet parking. Wi-Fi in the larger stores. read more

Wow!!! Our visit to this store was impressive to say the least. My daughter originally ordered a shirt online for a wedding we were attending so we headed in to pick it up. We were immediately greeted when we came in with smiles and warm welcome. We were advised of the deals happening in the store and asked if there was anything they could be assistance with. Kristen, Cary and Chelsea all worked as a team to get us what we were looking for not only for the wedding but also for everyday wear. They searched for sizes, gave support when asked and most importantly made the entire family feel welcomed! This is an epic team and the impact is that anytime we are in Scottsdale we will be dropping by to receive stellar service and quality clothing! Nicole & Sofia were awesome they helped my big guy find jeans that fit his tall athletic stature. They suggested different styles of jeans and explained the different features. The manager Julie gave off very offsetting energy, racist. She was unhelpful and avoided my group plus one other minority in the store. While she was extremely helpful and even chatty with white people. I didn't buy anything and I'd rather buy online than feel out of place in person, hopefully she doesn't treat her staff with the same respect. read more

Went in to try on jeans and take advantage of the after Christmas sales. Upon checking out, we were asking to order a Jean not available in the store. The lady says, "i can't place the order for you because the IPad was not charged." She said it in a rude way, so I asked to speak with the manager. She said she was the manager, then proceeded to speak loudly to the customers in line saying, "Can you believe she is complaining that the IPad is not charged and she wants to speak with the manager?" She was speaking in a bullying manner. My family walked out the door calmly as she was still trying to humiliate us. Sadly, my 5 year old daughter had to witness this aggression. I am a business owner and having the IPad charged on a major sale day would have been required. Also, treating people in this manner and around children should not be tolerated by the Lucky Brand stores. We placed our own order online when we returned to our resort. I did escalate this issue and hope this reaches the highest leadership level. The customer service apologized for the experience we had and said the stores are suppose to assist with online orders and treat customers with the utmost respect. The rest of our shopping day went well, with other stores nearby in the Kierland Commons. I hope they continue to look into this incident. read more

I was on one of my multiple visits to Phoenix. I do yearly to see family. Due to the extreme summer heat. I needed some Venice Burnout t-shirts and Kristen knew exactly what I was looking. Kristen the manager is all over the place. Ordered a pair of long jeans from here before Christmas. Associate at register was having a hard time so Kristen the manager came over and rushed through it and confirmed everything was correct. Turns out she sent the wrong length which we confirmed multiple times it to be the long length. So we went back to return the jeans and re order in store and Kristen get again rushed through the process and her associate had no idea what she was doing ... she spelled our bame wrong terribly after spelling it out 3-4 times. Do not recommend ordering in store from this location, Kristen likely needs to do better training her team and confirming the order is actually right. read more

Return issue . The manager Kristen acted rudely on a return of a shirt that was 30 dollars . The tag was missing , no where in their policy is this a requirement except for under wear and swim wear. For a 30 dollar shirt she belittled us and shamed us . The store was packed with customers and she is a loud talker I'd be embarrassed to be her . Taking something back really hit a sore spot with her. I told her we can't use the item and told her to keep it . Never in my life have I been treated so rudely about returning something... After she read the receipt she said she'll grant the return because the no tag no return policy wasn't on the receipt . But ,as she made the point clear, " it is a policy. The Tshirts are awesome, but the shipping and customer service are a cluster. Lost the package. 1 month, 20 emails, 2 people saying they reshipped it expedited (when they didn't) and a thirty minute phone call later- I received most of my order. The clothes shipped to me 30 minutes from my house, and it took a month. From Walton, Ky to Union, Ky took a month.. Customer service is subpar at this location. I came to return a website order and pick up an order. The first associate walked away from me at the counter and ignored me. The next one said a manager would have to do the return. He was decent until I asked about my .com pick up order and returned and said it hasn't come through you will have to wait for the email saying it's ready. I walked away thinking wow. i don't typically leave reviews on chain clothing stores but i had such a wonderful experience with the assistant manager Brick at this location last week that i thought they should get some recognition!!! They were so charming and had great recommendations on jean styles based on what i told them i liked. They were super helpful getting me fitted and gave such thoughtful input on styling. It's rare to get compliments from someone in a setting like this that aren't objectifying or disingenuous but Brick was so sincere and thoughtful about what they said to make me feel confident and really listened to my concerns about fit and comfort. They brought me different styles to try in what felt like seconds and they never made me feel like a burden for needing different sizes. Seriously so efficient and friendly i felt like i was playing dress up with an old pal! Thank you, Brick! read more

Echoing what others have said, while the actual product is good, the service here is absolutely horrible. I came in with my friend Luke to buy some shorts and exchange a pair of jeans with a faulty zipper. The jeans were less than a month old. I picked five shirts and my friend Luke picked six shirts. We were at the counter when one of the two saleswomen in the store commented on Luke's hair being out of place and the fact he had a missing tooth. It is something you shouldn't mention to a stranger, especially a customer you've never met. After that unpleasantness, I tried to return the jeans but discovered I left the receipt in another bag in the car. The other saleswoman told me they couldn't exchange the pants without a recipe. News to me as they have done so in the past. I asked if they could look up my purchase since it was from less than four weeks ago. She rolled her eyes and said no, they were too busy. She said no. I couldn't believe it. There was no one else in the store besides Luke and I. And the eye roll? Seriously? We left our 11 shirts behind and walked out. As we were walking out she said, "Tata. Better luck next time." Later that day we were shopping at the Lucky store in the Scottsdale Fashion Square and they exchanged the jeans with no problem. I love Lucky Brand. They have this one type of jeans that make my butt look so good, but you won't find me at this store very often. Why? Because Lucky Brand is expensive! And this store is all about full price! Your better off finding great deals on Lucky Jeans or other clothing from Lucky on sale elsewhere. This is a great Lucky Store location - always a good selection, friendly staff and never a shortage of dressing rooms. Lucky is my favorite brand of jeans. They're expensive but far less so than most other high-end, long-lasting brands of jeans. I can always find something flattering and every single pair I've owned has lasted forever. I've worn only Lucky jeans for almost three years and nothing has even begun to wear out yet. Their tee-shirts are really cute and long-lasting as well (depending on the material), and my favorite belt came from their bargain bin - always worth a look for incredible buys! Love the clothes and always find several things to buy, been a fan for years. I have to ask though, is there some new initiative within the sales people? It seems like a literal transition overnight from nice polite and attentive staff to now at every location I visit they are intrusive and will not let anyone shop in peace. I cannot go in now without feeling so pressured and for a lack of a better term-bothered. I am a very social person and I consider this as over the top behavior. I visited the Scottsdale Fashion Park location this weekend already knowing whats in store from the sales people based on experiences I've already had there. My girlfriend and I reluctantly went into the store to within moments have a sales girl follow us around with her obviously forced small talk. I picked up a shirt as my girl browsed a separate rack trying to get her away from us, but she didn't take the hint. The sales girl then went on to try to convince me to purchase an item I already put back on the rack...seriously? She asked what I do for a living which is fine although bordering on personal. Among the onslaught of irritating interaction and unnecessary, obviously forced questioning she was pestering us about where we live and what we were doing . This continued as we were pulling the dressing room door shut. Seriously, take a hint and let us at least try things on in peace. I left some clothes at the register and we ran out of there with out the purchases we wanted to make, we couldn't deal with the awkward and annoying behavior any longer. (I'm serious, while I'm pulling the door shut she is like "so where you guys from!?") Now all of these questions might seems harmless and I get that some sales folks are generally trying to build a rapport, I have worked in retail and restaurant service in the past...I get it. Whatever Lucky Brand has come up with in these new changes is almost as though they are reading from a script with the line of questioning as it is identical at several locations. Your staff needs to be able to identify when people aren't interested in playing along. I am here to buy clothes, not for a speed dating event with your staff. People skills are not something you can really teach but social cues should be obvious when guests are bordering on anger trying to get away from being pestered by staff in a small shop. I hope this review finds its way to a senior staff member because I love the merchandise but we hate the idea of returning because of a recurring problem. read more

I haven't visited this store until today. So...I was walking across Scottsdale Rd and I see a really pretty girl and loved her top. We started talking and I asked where she got it and so there I was going into LB. They didn't have the top and I had to go to the Fashion Square location.
