First time there today. I ordered L-13, the pork egg foo young with fried rice and chicken fingers. I also, got an order of 10 fried wantons. Let's say that the chicken fingers were pretty good, but three extremely small pieces. The fried rice tasted like it had nutmeg in it and was pasty tasting. Good location! Very small inside but they make the best use of space they can with about 5 tables. Good selection of your typical American Chinese meals, I got the chicken with cashew nuts and thought it was pretty good. Everything is very salty here, so take note of that if you don't want to add extra salt to your diet or don't like salty food. I didn't love that the chicken was breaded, I wish they had descriptions of the meals before you ordered them (or I wished I had asked). But other than that, it still tasted good. The real highlights for me were the egg roll and the fried rice. The egg roll is one of the best I've had, filled with pork and lots of veggies. Very tasty! The fried rice also came with pork and onions, giving it a nice unique flavor. I wouldn't call this place mind-blowing but they have something they do and they do it well. Located in the Raymond Shopping Center, Lucky Corner is the "new kid on the block" which serves up a basic Chinese menu plus Hunan, Szechuan, and Curry specialties. 25 Luncheon Specials ($5.15-$5.50) and 25 Special Combinations ($7.25-$7.50) are offered. Funny thing, they have very similar/identical prices and offerings as their competition (China One) around the corner. The bright place has an open kitchen and there are four shiny wood tables (for 4) for eat-in customers. The staff here is 20/30 something Chinese guys and they really hustle to get those large orders ready for pickup. Last night, I saw a lot of people stopping here to pick up large orders of food before the big snowstorm. I've stopped here for takeout and ordered a bunch of appetizers (Pu Pu Platter) including teriyakis, egg rolls, crab rangoons, chicken fingers, chicken wings, spareribs with an order of pork fried rice, overall greasy, but decent tasting food, priced right. read more

The food here used to be the best in around the last five towns. It was so good I had it sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. Prices were good the food was amazing. The last time I ordered they must have changed their cook their egg rolls are absolutely disgusting now their food was not good the portions were a lot smaller and the taste of everything was just awful I hate to say it but it is now probably a number one out of 10 for me now literally that bad now I missed the old cook the old menu whatever it was because their food was so good I don't know what they did but they ruined . Which is such a shame because I told so many people to eat there all my employees cuz we work right in the same complex we would always all go get lunch and everything else and now nobody orders there too bad they lost a lot of business.. read more

Found myself solo for dinner on the way home from camp. Families away, so Chinese for me but I had the dog so I had to think of a place on the way home because I didn't want to go back out. Checked out the standard Chinese food menu online and called and placed an order. Man they have COVID figured out the entire back area is "protected" by what appears to be massive sheets of plastic, and they are paranoid because they put your food into an airlock type container from the kitchen, and only once the rear door is closed are you authorized to open the customer door and retrieve your to go food. When I got home I was very surprised. C22 or C23 can't remember now, and a small hot and sour soup. Everything was delicious and fresh. We may of found a new takeout Chinese place. Soup was good, chicken fingers, rice, beef teriyaki, eggroll, all very good. It's standard Chinese American food but they do a good job. read more

Been going there for years drive from Sandown because there food was always fresh. Went there on Sunday and food was not fresh chicken fingers which is a favorite in my household were chewy and grease soaked (from sitting) Lobster sauce was tasty but the shrimp was also chewy and never has been. Crab rangoons not crunchy (kids were very disappointed). I do know there web site was down but that's no excuse for selling food that has been sitting all day. read more

We tried this place based on a bunch of Facebook recommendations. It was the best we have had in the area yet. Fresh ginger in the ginger chicken, actual crab chunks (imitation I'm sure) in the crab rangoons and all the veggies were cooked just right, the green beans even had a little crispness too them, unlike most places that way over cook the veggies. We picked up take out on New Year's Day. We expected them to be busy. When I placed the order they told us an hour and the food was ready almost exactly as they indicated. They have also done a great job with Covid restrictions ensuring contactless payment and pickup. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sweet and sour chicken was fried chicken with very sweet sauce for dipping. We had expected something different. Tried the Lucky Corner Sunday for the first time, got a fairly simple take out order of Chicken Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Process was smooth and efficient, order was ready in 10 minutes, pickup (which thankfully does not require a mask!) procedure while not curbside did seem to follow or exceed all Covid guidelines for no contact, and the food might just be the best Chinese in the Epping/Raymond area! I will definitely be going back the next time I'm craving Chinese!! read more

We moved to NH 5 yrs ago and still drive down to MA to get Chinese food in Lowell. We've tried multiple places in Manchester and Raymond and this is our number 1 spot now. Singapore Mai Fun is very good usually but last time it had a lot of egg shells in it so we had to throw it out. My suggestion to the cook is to break the eggs into a separate bowl before adding to wok. Another suggestion is to throw out everything if eggshells fall into the batch-- better you than me. This place is great! I'm honestly shocked to see how many negative reviews it has received. I grew up in the suburbs or Boston and have lived in New Hampshire for a few years. I had yet to find anything even close to comparable to the Chinese food down in Boston, until I found this place. Not only is the food great (Yes, it is greasy but so is ANY Chinese place! You're not ordering a salad here...) but the prices are also much more reasonable than other local competitors. We've tried countless other establishments in this area, including some in the Haverhill/Plaistow area and this is by far the best! Definitely would recommend to anyone. read more

There's not much to say here. It's the only place to get Chinese In Raymond so, you either go here or drive to another town. It's not great, but it's edible. It's nothing but standard, greasy Chinese. We waited forever at the counter and the service was achingly slow and they didn't care. Why would they? Let me start by saying that I've ordered take out here before and it's been okay. We placed our order at 2pm in the afternoon for New Years Eve takeout and asked to pick it up for 7pm. We arrived at 6:45pm. It was rainy so I stayed in the car...FOR 1 Hour and 45 Minutes while my husband waited inside the restaurant and exchanged banter with other Patrons whose meal orders were not ready on time. I think LC got in over their heads. Even though they took a phone order they wouldn't start cooking it until you got there! And that added to extending the wait. Our food was cold. I will say that normally they have some of the best Beef Teriyaki but not tonight. Portions on the stick were reduced by 50%. The Chicken Wings were cold. The Pork Fried Rice was so-so. The Vegetable Delight was less than...delightful. The Lo Mein was just okay and cold also. They've gotta step it up next year as the performance from New Years Eve 2018 was less than stellar. However this time we got our order home and they had made a mistake and to add insult to injury my husband and I got some pretty nasty food poisoning from what we can only guess we the chicken fingers.
