I met a former colleague here for lunch at his suggestion. It's a solid middle-of-the-road Asian place. The lunch specials are well priced and a reasonable portion. The decor is exactly what you expect from most Asian restaurants and includes what looked to be a well-stocked bar. It looks like they could use some additional storage space since there are a number of boxes set in different places near the bathrooms. But the staff is friendly and.our food came out quickly. All in all - middle of the road.

Delicious and healthy! Not spicy the way I love it! Recommended!

I go to Sun Shui regularly, and service is great. Laura is a great lady, and service is always great. I love their Tuna Tataki, the garlic Chinese Broccoli, and the Laura special Sushi salad is excellent on a hot day.

You'd never expect it, but this place does the best sichuan food in New Hampshire. Service is friendly and the spice level is real, although they don't try to bowl you over for fun. I've only tried the "traditional chinese food" part of the menu and have no plans to look elsewhere.

Me and my family love this place. We came in for dinner time around 6.30pm, and it was packed! The service was a little bit slow, but understandable because they are under staffs that day. In return, the staffs are super friendly and quick, which helps the dinning experience go smoothly. The restaurant is very well decorated , and have a nice ambiance to it. They do have multiple tvs on the bar section. So you can either sit at the bar to watch some games while eating, or at the booth, and regular table. We ordered the dishes as family style, which mean shareable portion dishes and rice on the side. This is what we order: Dan Dan noodle Green bean with roasted tofu (semi spicy) Soup dumpling Hot pot (semi spicy) Stir fry pork ( side note: we have good spice tolerant ) The food's flavor is just chef kiss! I think this is the best place around New Hampshire area, that you can get the best/closet flavor of soup dumplings without having to drive to China Town in Boston. My friend order a Chinese vinegar instead of soy sauce for dipping, and it paired so well with Dan Dan noodle. We order hot tea instead of drinking, but considering that they have a very nice bar selection. I think we will try the drink menu next time.

Best meal I have enjoyed in years! For reals. The food was incredible. The service was fantastic. Everything was super clean. This place is a hidden gem!

Best Chinese food in NH. If you are looking for authentic Chinese food (especially spicy food), this is the place! The owner and staff are always nice, fast service too.

The go to take out Chinese place for Bedford. This time we ate in the dining area. They are very Covid conscious. The tangerine beef is a favorite. Having had it multiple times as takeout, it was amazing straight from the kitchen. The beef is tender and crispy. In the takeout box the crispiness softens.

Authentic Chinese restaurants in New Hampshire are rare...I was super delighted to find Sun Shui tucked away in Bedford. I love Szechuan/Sichuan cuisine and was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant up here that offers Chongqing chicken AKA "Crispy Chicken in Spicy Chili Sauce". While Sun Shui offers your typical Americanized Chinese food, they have a section in their menu with authentic offerings. Their Crispy Chicken in Spicy Chili Sauce is delicious! Super tasty fried pieces of chunky bite-sized pieces of chicken with chili peppers and peanuts. The Crispy Spicy Fish Fillets were also delicious - it's pretty much the same batter and flavors as the Crispy Chicken. Their Mapo Tofu (soft tofu and ground pork in a spicy sauce) is not too bad, it's not the best version I've had but I would order it again. Sun Shui puts peas and carrots in their rendition so I would order it without. The Szechuan Spicy Fish Fillet was on par with the ones you would find in Boston's Chinatown. Plus the portion size is HUGE. I had leftovers for days. The ratio of fish to cabbage is very reasonable. Sun Shui is great for your Szechuan cravings and I highly recommend them because not only is their food delicious, their portion sizes are ridiculous.

The best Chinese in the Manchester area right now IMHO. Get the boneless ribs (char sieu). Most other Chinese dishes are worth trying too.

We came at lunchtime so asked for the lunch menu, but reading through the reviews, it seems like we should've gone with the dinner menu if we wanted sashimi. The food was as generally good, but we didn't care for the chicken fried rice. We expected fried rice with veggies and egg, but got rice that was doused in soy sauce and fried. Not the best, but we ate it because we didn't want to be charged. The sunrise roll was pretty good but the snapper on top wasn't the best cut of fish which meant there were some chewy bits and part of it tasted odd. The real stand out items were the tempura veggies, tempura chicken, beef teriyaki, and salmon cucumber roll. The plum mule was the best cocktail we tried, but the cocktails were generally good. The dessert mochi was a solid way to finish the meal. $5 per two piece order or free if you pay cash.

Our server was excellent, very friendly and answered all of our questions. The food, however, was quite disappointing. The sashimi was good and our daughter definitely ate our money's worth of the sweet egg (tomago). My husband also enjoyed the shumai. But the salmon skin roll was tough instead of crispy and the spider roll was mushy. The shrimp tempura was bland and the sweet potato tempura was cut so thin that it was practically a chip. Given the price of their all-you-can-eat option, we would not recommend eating here.

You're greeted by a guy who looks like he raided some Thai tourist trap gift shop, but things don't get really weird until you go to the restroom and travel down a hallway that's lined by framed, completed, jigsaw puzzles. The place is pretty tired, I suspect that their cook is really good and held back by management. After a long flight I had a long drive ahead of me and saw they had positive Yelp reviews, so I went. It just wasn't a very good food, and the dude serving us in the Thai tourist costume seemed like he had issues. But this place gets a bunch of good reviews so perhaps I was just in a bad mood. I'm sure that there has to be Thai food in this area that's good, this really didn't do it for me.
