Me and my friends walked into your store today with no acknowledgment or customer service. We continued and looked around smelled some $75 perfumes and five dollar sample perfumes and we realized we were being followed and watched by these two women. Yeah after we tried using a make up sample, and my friend said that she didn't like it, one of the women came over and said oh it's just dried up. I continue to walk past my friends to look on my own and I have at least three women staring at me and my every move. I have never stolen anything and it is very stereotypical to think that when you see a teenage girl. Any customer counts as a customer and I shouldn't have to be discrimination based on my age or what I look like. **This isn't the first store this has happened in, and I'm sick and tired of being profiled with my friends as criminals. They base it on the date the gift was purchased (one month from that date), which has nothing to do when you receive the gift. I asked for a credit on a gift that was given to me recently but they turned me away because of the date of purchase, which was about two months ago. We were by the corner near the register looking at their COSTUME jewelry. The cabinet did not happen to be locked and there was no sign on the door explicitly asking customers not to go in. A guy who I now realize was her husband kept poking his head in between our shoulders. At that point I thought it was just a guy with no concept of personal space. I now understand he was checking to see what we were doing as if we could steal with all the cameras around. He did not say anything to us immediately and I think at that point he told his wife to say something so she proceeds to very loudly scold us in front of her staff and the other customer in the store. She did apologize to my sister, however, there was no reason to behave the way she did especially when you depend on other people to make a living. I put down the makeup I was holding and said I could bring a lot of business here but you ruined it and he laughed at me then I walked out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, very disappointing since I live in the area. By the way I'm a hair and makeup artist and do a lot of theatre, very disappointing. Half the items were very cheap anyway.
