I'm giving J.Bradley a "5" star review, because the patio that they built for my husband and I came out absolutely amazing! The "5" stars actually belong to the guys that came out and did the actual work. With that said, if I had to give a 'star' rating on communication between our salesperson, my husband or myself, I would only be able to give "3" stars. When we started the whole process, it was going to be a pool and a patio build. In the end, we chose the patio to be Part 1, with the pool coming in 2022. But the lack of communication from the salesman was quite aggravating. Our pool was completed July 2022. I feel that we have given ample opportunities for our pool company to fix the issues that we have with our pool. However, they seem to say what we want to hear, yet never follow through with fixing the issues. I have photos of everything and many text messages proving that I am reaching out, yet they are refusing to acknowledge me. During the process of building our pool, J Bradly was using new contractors. These guys had no respect for our property. They never built a trash can, they just left it everywhere in the yard. I complained multiple times, yet it was not cleaned until the final cleaning. Even after that, we were picking up cigarettes, coke cans, and more. We complained many times about the poor quality of the craftsmanship. They redid several items, some more than once. The only thing that the company seemed to want was a 5-star review. We gave them almost a year to earn that review. Yet J Bradley has failed to fully fix anything. The following is a list of everything that as been poorly completed by J Bradley Near the pool equipment area failed to fill the trench by the equipment. Poor cable management -Internet wire on the wall not secure -cable by return/ spa jets under extreme tension - cable by the sheer loose in the way of weed eating booster pump - corroded and rusted connections Heater - Heater access blocked by pipes - We were told this was normal. Yet the people at the pool store say it is inappropriately done. The heater was scratched and dinged upon installation we were also told this was normal. - Our Freeze protection does not work it did not work during the freeze we had this year we had to take space heaters and set up a tent around the equipment to thaw out the pipes as the pool The company said they fixed it, however, gave us no proof and we never saw them out here. (I work from home) Decking near the hot tub and septic - The half wall is still not straight after it was torn down and" fixed" multiple times - There is residue from the mortar from previous wall attempts exposed next to the half wall - They left tile spacers in place and we cannot get them out as they are stuck. - Finish of tile work is done very poorly. - the steps by the hot tub are crooked. Back of the pool - We asked that the pool company cover a grounding wire that was sticking out of the ground right next to the pool so they did this with what they said was out of the kindness of their heart as they did not have to fix and cover the grounding wire. When I pointed out that it was an impalement hazard they decided they would fix it. However the material that they use was not meant to go where they put it it immediately started to crack and chip away. - Rusty nails are holding up the tile on the shear wall and sticking out Pool spillover - the pool spillover was never discussed with us they placed it very close to the pool and it drains into a large muddy puddle next to our pool why would you put it so close Sheer wall - Back of the sheer wall has rusty nails - the finish and fit of the tile is just bad the whole wall is crooked compared to the decking if it's not cooking then the decking is. Decking - Seating area - loose tiles throughout - decking is not sealed; we were never given the option to seal the decking and where we were never informed that it would need to be sealed so now it has several stains. I was informed that "most people" don't want to seal it that's why they didn't say anything. Main steps to the pool - The bottom step is 3/8 inches off from side to side - the top step is 16 inches at the hot tub and less than 14 inches at the sheer wall it is over two inches off inside the pool - the waterline tile is discoloring, and it looks like it's coming from behind the tile itself. Equipment - The Polaris vacuum only works half the time when we first got it it didn't even turn on it had to be fixed immediately it has been fixed multiple times since then.
