Pretty great experience. Came in for a facial and Fiona was very thorough, talking me to each step. I changed my face routine and my skin has been alot healthier and better feeling. They open late which is night, you can call in and they always have openings, never super busy with multiple rooms. Nice you can do last minute appointments or just when you feel like it. My brother and his gf come often for strictly the massages. I'll probably try soon too. The value is great they dont waste a single minute. read more

Wanted to take my bro for a facial and decided to try this place my coworker recommended. We made appointments 1.5 hours before showing up. They're mainly chinese speaking with minimal english. Their basic facial was an hour long and offered cleaning, extractions, and a mask. My usual facials are 75 minutes long and I usually fall asleep during the mask session but this one was not long enough for me take a nap. Not bad for $60 and my bro said there was minimal pain for a decently deep clean. Wouldn't mind returning for a economical facial between sessions with my usual facial lady. read more

I called on Mother's Day, and got an appointment in the next fifteen minutes! Great! The woman was so kind and accommodating. I was told up front that there is a $2 charge for credit card, so watch out! I would bring cash, including for tip. I got an hour long facial (cleansing) and I think I fell asleep, it was so nice and relaxing. Next time, I will come for the combo (body massage and facial). They offer packages too. I liked the smells of the facial cleansing products. The woman was nice and quiet, she said I started snoring! LOL. Took my best friend for her bday bc of the good reviews. They took us to a room with 2 beds as requested. We didn't know where to put our stuff/clothes so we had to put it on the floor which I thought was gross. So as we were taking our clothes off the lady would come in several times not even giving us a moment to settle in despite saying we weren't ready. Literally had to throw the blanket around me bc the door flung open and I was in just underwear. Not even a minute between checks. Rushing us to get down already. The linen had stains on it. They would leave the door open too open for our comfort despite us being undressed & other clients would walk by. I called in advance if they took card. They said they did. But their card reader "wasn't working". I offered to zelle, verified the number with the lady, and it said it went through (taken from my bank account). I showed her, but she wouldn't let me leave bc she didn't receive it even though we verified all the information. I told her just try my card again. All of a sudden the card worked.?!?! That's $460 taken from me. Not the $220 initial total! Honestly surprised about the good reviews. I had a terrible experience and was basically robbed. read more

Excellent massage at this smallish, but very clean and comfortable shop in San Gabriel. Cici is technically very skilled, but even more so, her level of expertise really shines when it comes to her ability to sense and feel the right spots to target, along with the correspondingly right amount of pressure to provide. Great massage and facial. Definitely wanted me to advocate for myself. I thought I didn't need a neck massage, and they respected it, but they were right! Then they did it wonderfully. I had tightness in my IT bands and they really worked on my legs and appreciated that I communicated. Great place great prices will be coming back again! I had the best massage of my life here. The shop is clean and I got one hour massage that helps with my swollen feet. Even thought I paid for one hour she work on me for 70 mins. My only regret is why didn't I do it longer. I work in healthcare and we have to walk and stand for hours on ends. The lady listen to my concern and focus on the spots that needs attention. I told her I was on my last trimester and if it's ok. Annie said that's ok. Will for sure come back. Prices are cheap and I tip 25% for her hard work. What I like about Annie is even though I told her I was pregnant she gave me the best deep tissue massage. Other places are scared to even do deep tissue on pregnant women. When a woman goes in to massage place they want to feel healed and relax so thank you to Annie for using all the right pressure. I came out feeling good and relax. I wish I found this place sooner. Only bad thing is I can hear people talk but that's a very minor thing. I still fell asleep. read more

Been here twice now and got a massage both times with CiCi and she is great! The pressure she applies and her techniques are amazing. I also like how she checks in on me during the massage to make sure the pressure is to my liking. The prices are reasonable and actually affordable imo compared to other places I've been to. The place is clean , and everyone is nice/welcoming. BEWARE THAT THEY WANT YOU TO TIP 50%. I got the 60 minute body massage for $40 and I tipped $10 which is 25%. Then, they had the audacity to look at my cash disgusted and say the standard is $20 tip. Like??? Also the massage was not enjoyable. IT WAS SO COLD AND THEY LEFT THE ROOM DOOR OPEN SO ANYONE WALKING BY CAN SEE ME. There's no soundproof so everything can be heard. I came in at 12:30 on a Saturday and Hank greeted me and asked if it was okay that he was my masseuse. I selected the combo option for body and feet and it was fantastic! Hank was mindful of the pressure and really getting into my knots. The place was very clean as well. I would and will recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I want to comment about is that you can hear people talking even if they are way in the front. The five stars is absolutely because of Hank! He's an expert masseuse: great at dialing up or down the pressure; no uncomfortable elbows or "bone massaging; and just a general positive aura about him, like he's really trying to help you! Now for the space: because this is theoretically also a skin care/facial store, the environment is clean, very white, and clinical - there is no attempt to create mood lighting, no Himalayan candles or bubbling water, no dolphin noises soundtrack! And note: while they have individual private rooms (with heated tables!), there are clear windows on the front of each room. This can be distracting (probably more so for women), because even if folks have no reason to look in, psychologically, you think they might. This is a simple fix by the owner (shades or curtains), but not a dealbreaker for me. All in all, this is a fantastic place for a true, therapeutic massage at incredible prices. read more

Just had an amazing massage with Jenny! There are so many massage places in the area, but this one takes the cake. She knew what she was doing, and the massage was a good mixture of relaxing and therapeutic. Massage takes place in a private room and the bed was heated, which was a nice touch. Booking online was really easy and convenient. You can choose which masseuse you want, and the time that is convenient for you. They also offer facial services, as the name states, but they should definitely include massage in the name because it's that good. I actually didn't even know they offer massage services, I thought it was a beauty spa. Price is really cheap, so I think the tip shouldn't be the standard 20% (instead, it should be $20 minimum). The masseuses work really hard and they should be compensated accordingly. This was a pro tip from my husband, who gets massages regularly. I have been to this center 3 times. Unlike other places which makes me somewhat uncomfortable by their attitudes, all the staffs here were friendly with good skills. What really stands out is that they really put in the effort to address the problem with my shoulder and back. The place is new and very neat. It is well lit as well. Massage takes place in individual rooms with doors rather than a simple curtain that many places has. Definitely recommend this place if you would like a nice comfortable atmosphere that offers a professional massage to get rid of that knot. read more

When I asked about this, I was repeatedly told it was "just for the refund," but that was not my understanding of what the document said. At that point, I chose not to sign anything. I left the clinic and accepted a partial refund of $97 instead of $100 because I was told a $3 Venmo fee had been deducted. After my visit, I reviewed Yelp and noticed several reviews describing concerns similar to my own regarding pricing, upselling, and treatment recommendations. It felt super luxurious and very natural. They have a small shop of organic and herbal goods for self care. They were super friendly and really walked me through the chemical peel process. I was thoroughly relaxed and even though I got a facial they even massaged my arms and hands. The results after the chemical peel were great! My skin is less oily overall and it just looks better! I'd definitely come back to do another

Been a while since I got a massage and was looking forward to checking this place out as I was…read morerecommended to come here. I did a walk in around 3pm on a weekday and I probably should've called ahead since there were no opening at 3pm but there was one at 4pm so I just waited a while outside. You can find parking on the street or there's also a small parking lot in the rear of the building. I opted for the 60 mins back massage as this was something I needed since my back has been tightening up. You're brought into a room with the lights dimly lighted. My masseuse was pretty strong. Though I could feel the pain a bit, it wasn't that much to warrant me to ask her to go a bit softer. She probably knew how tight my back was. Mixed with the arms, head, legs and back, she really worked on the tight areas and I was pretty happy with the experience. Definitely came out a bit sore but my knots were gone. I will come back for sure making sure I make an appointment in case.
