I purchased orthotics and inserts after numerous ads on social media so I went to see on how to relieve my feet pain. After being assured by the sales representative that they would help correct my under pronation as a runner and improve my overall foot condition, I was sold. Instead, my condition has worsened. I already had arthritis in my left big toe, but since using these products, the pain has become constant. I am now also experiencing pain in my right foot, which I did not previously have. Additionally, the orthotic inserts do not stay in place properly. I was sold special slipcovers and additional insert coverings supposedly designed to help secure the orthotics along with small velcro dots, but they have not resolved the issue. Despite following the instructions provided by the store, the products have failed to perform as represented. I was told by the sales representative that my HMO would cover the orthotics and inserts. I learned that this information was false. Another concern is the apparent practice of aggressively pushing Brooks stability running shoes alongside their orthotics and inserts, regardless of the customer's actual running style or needs. As someone familiar with running and under pronation, I do not believe the recommendations provided were appropriate or based on proper medical evaluation. read more

My low rating isn't for the staff, cause they were very nice and helpful. However, their products are garbage, especially the Velous Hoya adjustable. In less than two weeks of wearing them, I started getting pain around my heels and ankles. Also, one of the shoe has gone completely flat, whereas the other one didn't. The top part of the shoe where the Velcro attaches is super hard and will dig into your skin causing additional pain. If you try to loosen the Velcro, the shoe becomes too loose and you risk tripping. I also bought some after surgery socks from them and after the first wash, they lost the elasticity around the ankle. $200 down the drain. read more

This review is based on experience not the product ! I can't afford the insoles sadly. The staff there were all men just an observation. They were all nice and professional! The downside it's comparable to a timeshare presentation :-( they don't tell u prices until the end and although u can buy items separately not the whole set they are still very high priced in my my opinion. They do offer CareCredit and now they can take payments if you use your checking account. I just couldn't commit to such a high price :-( I made appointment online, parking was tricky because it's near target so it's a bit congested. read more

TOTAL RIP OFF !!! I made an appointment to go to my local Good Feet Store. Before I went in for my appointment, I researched the Good Feet website to get an idea of how much I would have to pay for their insoles. The website said to expect to pay $399 to $500 for insoles. The sales associate who took care of me was nice and polite. The sales associate used some crackpot device to get an electronic imprint of my feet, to make sure my insoles were custom fit to my feet. The sales associate excused himself to go into the back room to get "my custom insole system." He was in the back room only a few minutes. It was no different than if I had gone to a shoe store and requested a size 10 shoe that the salesclerk had to retrieve from the stock room. The real shocker came when the sales associate told me the price for my "custom insole system." $1702.00 !!! Like an idiot, I paid the $1702 for my "custom insole system," after the sale associate assured me he would continue to keep in contact with me (at intervals of every 30 days) to make sure my insoles were working out and would fit me with new/different insoles until we found the system that works best for me. It's been 3 months since my visit to the store, and the sales associate has NEVER contacted me to follow up on how my insoles are doing. I wish the sales associate would follow up with me so I can tell him the insole system he sold me did NOTHING to alleviate my knee and back pain. I don't use the insoles, because they make my feet hurt, and I've never had foot before. I stupidly spent $1,702 on a totally worthless product! I have written a letter to the corporate office of the Good Feet Store about my poor experience, which I hope does something to change their deceitful sales tactics. read more

Polite and professional sales people giving an extended uneccessary sales pitch for a "system" of foot fitness. I've used Dr Scholls arch supports and tennis shoes built to reduce pronation for years now, and just wanted to see if there was something more available. Not ready to spend $1700, so I walked over to Target and bought another set of slip in arches for $20. These people are trained to deliver a fancy sales presentation for an expensive product (and they do it well) but NOT the place to go for simple advice or a variety of product selection. read more

We've been wanting to check this place out for awhile and finally decided to make our way in. My husband and I both have foot problems so we thought it'd be beneficial to see what they're all about. We initially thought it was a shoe store, but as we walked in, we realized it was more of an orthotic insets. Jason quickly greeted us. He was friendly and attentive. He throughly explain the benefits of the inserts and let us try a set in store. My husband and I could feel the difference in our bodies with the inserts in. Definitely less pain in our backs which was a nice surprise as we were mainly focused on foot pain. We knew these would be an investment and we felt it was worth it. They had a good deal going too so we both purchased the 3 set inserts. Jason was great and the only reason it was a 4 star experience is that he told us he would call weekly to ensure we have the correct inserts and how we're doing with them. It has been a couple of weeks and neither of us have received a call. Integrity is a huge part of customer service: follow through on what you say you're going to do. Other than that, it was a good experience. Worth checking out if you're having foot and body pain. read more

Wasn't very impressed with sales. Wanted to see what they had in comparison to Lucky feet. Went to lucky feet and staff were a lot more knowledgeable about in soles, arches, and very intuitive about what the customer needs. They know how to navigate conversations personalizing it to what the customer needs. The staff in good feet were very nice but just honestly sounds like he's memorized a script and trying to sell me a big package. Staff took a lot of time in the beginning entering my demographic on his iPad instead of explaining to me what the store is about. Just keep in mind that not all customers may have that kind of time. I think the whole thing took about 20 minutes, which is too long. Also, this was a deal breaker. Staff smelled like cigarettes. My clothes ended up smelling like cigarettes too by the time I left. He was very nice and friendly but unfortunately just was not good enough for me to be confident in spending $1800 for insoles. That was the other thing, the packages were ridiculous. I mean I get it, it's got comprehensive treatment plan. But you do have to consider another plan for customers that just want one simple thing, not a package of 4-5 items. I didn't need the extra socks or extra Velcro or multiple kinds of insole for when I'm sitting down and walking. He took too much time trying to sell me an extra insole that I supposedly need to use when I'm in the car on my 15 min commute to work when I'm not walking. Again, I get the benefits of that but it's not what I'm looking for. If he took the time to see that I just wanted one for my everyday walks and runs, I would have probably purchased something. Update on my review 2 months later, they suck and barely give any support. I've already had to go in for readjustment and those still do not work. I read if you refer a friend they will give you a maintainer for free. And if they can give these for free how much money are they really worth. They don't replace everything you get for free for life , they only replace the actual insoles. They also give you slip in support and those are $60 each and I wore a pair of mine for 30days and they were toast, those are not replaceable. But when I bought the package they said everything was lifetime guarantee. read more

I hobbled my way in to this store after going to another local shoe store where they "specialize" in inserts. The other store just left me hanging without any acknowledgment until I was hobbling my way out the door. I can tell you now, there is no competition. I was thoroughly blown away by the service I received from Edward. The store was not open during the posted hours, but Edward accommodated me and went above and beyond to help me and get me out of pain when he didn't have to. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. That is what customer service is about. I will be returning to this location. Make the switch. You will not regret it. So happy with this store. read more

To be honest, I had decided to go into the local "Good Feet Store" in Redlands, CA, after I had been seeing the tv commercials for quite some time. I had been suffering, for a long time, with some kind of pain that originated in my upper right hip area and right leg (thought I had sciatica for the longest time). Anyway, to make a long story short, the day I went into the store I met the store manager, Isaac Rodriguez. I explained to him about seeing the commercials and the pain that I had "put up with" for a long time. He had me try on a pair of shoes that had these special arch "strengtheners" and let me walk around the store for a few minutes. He asked me "on a level of 1-10 for pain, what was I feeling at that exact moment"? I told him I felt no pain, which was really unusual, since I was at a level of about 7-8 when I entered the store! I ended up purchasing both sets of arches (strengtheners & maintainers), along with 2 sets of inner soles. I was instructed how to use the arch supports in my tennis shoes & the washing of the inner soles. I wash my inner soles about every 2 weeks, because they do tend to get a bit smelly when worn every day! I wash the inner soles in a mesh bag with my bras, since I don't put my bras in the dryer. ** VERY IMPORTANT ** Do not put the inner soles in the dryer because they will melt! ** [Sorry, I don't have any photos to post]. read more

More like 'The Worst Feet Store' I don't know how you do business like this! We got my dad a gift card for Christmas and I cannot believe what a horrific scam this is! We went in for a two hour speal of garbage to find out these pieces of crap are $1900. My dad didn't want them so we decided to go with just purchasing a pair of shoes, just to be accused of stealing their garbage foot insoles. Why the hell would we want them? If you are going to good feet to get some shoes, don't let them talk to you went to getting some arch supports. I end up spending $700 when I should have just got shoes but they're great salesman and they know how to work a room. I got Caught up in the okey-doke only had the arch supports for three days, and I never wore them, the shoes is what I needed. Also, make sure to read the return policy. Once you take them out the store, they do not take them back. read more
