I usually ask questions and I will say that the staff answer promptly, with knowledge and are patient. It seems that the have more "advertised" combos for iced drinks and I tend to be a hot coffee lover. There are a few sandwich options but I felt they were a little expensive. The coffee is good....but I wouldn't say that the taste is so unique that I'd be intentional about going there when I want coffee. I feel it is more convenient for when I am on that side of town than anything. I politely explained that my drink had been made incorrectly, but instead of listening to my concern, Maggie rudely insisted that what I was given was what I had ordered. As someone with a milk allergy, having my order made correctly isn't just a preference it's a health concern. As a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the product I ordered. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but that should never come at the expense of treating customers with kindness or taking food allergies seriously. I sincerely hope Maggie has a better day in the future and remembers that customers are human too. A little empathy and professionalism can make a big difference.
