We stopped in here because...why not? A place we hadn't been yet. There was absolutely nothing special about this old place whatsoever....or so we thought. The day shift bartender- i think her name was Michelle, was a rockstar. She was inviting, fun to be around and truly defined the word hospitable. She's probably the only good thing they have going on there. Cant comment on the food, because they don't have any The very few people that were in there seem to like her as well, and they left shortly before her shift ended. All this flipped when a guy named Dan walked in. Dan, who "runs" this joint evidently recognized me because I wrote a negative review 5 years prior for another bar he worked at. Dan confronted me on this then kicked my wife and i out because of it. Hey thats fine... Your place you don't have to have anyone you don't like there.... Although we thought it was weird and petty, we went somewhere else. Dan, similar to last time, decides to send some interesting messages to me on Yelp. Again fine, weird but fine. I'm not a regular there. I don't live by that bar, so it's not like i'm going to be overly concerned about being asked to leave a place with nothing going on for it. Seems the common trend with bars he "runs" is that they are Sad & completely empty. Maybe that's why the couple patrons they had earlier left before he got there. So it's because of this that they absolutely earn this one star review just like he earned the last one I wrote. Same tough guy attitude, same poor handling of situations. Had the best time at Lucky Joe's Saloon! Samantha is a rockstar--she was running the entire place alone and still took the time to make sure we could watch the UFC fight. The atmosphere is top-notch and the regulars are so friendly. Between the slots, pool tables, and virtual golf, you'll never be bored. Our visit to Lucky Joe's was one of friendliest of the 87 Video Poker Bars we visited during our stay in the Vegas area in 2025. We collect Player's cards to keep track of where we've played. My buddy frames a poster of every card he get. I wear my Lucky Joe's ball cap I was given all the time back home to Maine, and everyone asks where I got it. I tell them that Lucky Joe's Saloon is a friendly, fun, and down home bar that needs to be enjoyed. We were treated as if we were locals, and we will return every time we're in town. I cannot stress enough about how Lucky Joe's is the perfect dive bar. The bartenders on morning, swing, and graveyard shifts are so personable and friendly. Ive lived across the street all of 2025 and been able to get to know all of them and I've really enjoyed chatting with every single bartender there. They're a really genuine group and make everyone feel at home. They are very generous with drink comps when you are playing and I have had a lot more luck on Keno & Video Poker than I have at other gaming bars as well. The bar itself has such a great design and there's plenty of tables and room in the space to host events and gatherings, as well as two free pool tables. The TV arrangement is GREAT for Sunday football and they of course have Sunday Ticket. The only downside is there is no kitchen but it is always welcomed to order delivery to the bar if you need a bite to eat. On multiple occasions, the GM Dan has ordered some pizzas for guests on his swing shift. Lucky Joe's is an awesome spot off the beaten path and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to find a chill local bar to have a few drinks and meet some awesome people. read more

I went there and the bartender was very rude . This isn't a place for people to go there and have a good time. I put 20 into a machine and the bartender told me that I played the 20 when I did not. I didn't ask for it back just what happened and the bartender started screaming at me. The ladies at this place are not acceptable. Please go somewhere else for your service . Definitely a neighborhood bar where everyone in there knew each other (except me & my bf) and we could tell it was that tight knit grp since they were fully on wrestling on the floor. At times I couldnt tell if it was still playing or if testosterone had gotten the best of them. anyway it has a few pool tables off to the side and a popcorn machine on the other. its an ok place, but just kinda divey and didnt have the best tasting beer I've ever had. . Today was my third time coming here, and each experience has been unacceptable! Their staff is rude and racist, bathroom is unkept and not stocked, even the customers (Who appeared to be friends of staff) were extremely rude to me and gave off very hateful vibes and looks. I left quickly today and I will not be returning ever again. I hope that others will not support this business because it is very unacceptable! read more

I'm a big fan of dive bars and Lucky Joe's definitely fits the bill. It's on the smaller side, always way too dark, almost always feels kind of empty, and the bartenders are always friendly. Plus, there's pool, video poker of course, and a snack machine featuring half chips and half cigarettes. Sure, this isn't a place to go out of your way for to grab a drink at, but it's a great neighborhood hangout. And the beer selection is decent. read more

This place was the first bar I have ever been to and it was great! So much fun, great environment to meet new people or just sit alone and relax. They have pool at 75 cents a game, which I played a bunch and it's really nice having a bar with games other than gambling. Our bartender was absolutely the sweetest, her name was Cortney and we got along really well! She helped me choose drinks and things I might like for my first be experience and she made it a great time. To be a patron of this bar, and for some time, I believe that Ms. Denise H. should get to know an establishment and the staff before spouting off her mouth. Sorry I am not one to be rude but the whole situation with her review was done on her experience walking in thinking she was owed something. The signage outside is found at many other establishments, we all are dealing with COVID and the re-openings, the decorations inside have nothing to do with that. Joe's continuously celebrates most if not all holidays. No staff in this establishment have ever, in the 21 yrs I have been a patron, ever given bad service and look after all and any patrons to have a fabulous time. I am offended by the fact that she took advantage of a small local bar without using her head. Try again love cause this bar has and always will be one where you are taken care of, feel like you fit in, and continuously have a good time, BUT will not stand for being taken advantage of......all are welcome and I am sure that Ms. Denise H. will not be missed. Been here a couple of times now, and it's a decent neighborhood dive bar. It certainly isn't anything fancy, but there is enough of a selection of drinks and some fun diversions that make for a chill evening out. There are some pool tables, a golf game machine, darts, jukebox, and occasionally karaoke, which I have yet to see. Also free popcorn! (but no food other than a snack machine). People are friendly enough and won't pester you if you want to sit off by your lonesome. I haven't seen it on the weekends, however. read more

I worked across the street and asknand was giving to ok to use the restroom .. Just for the two weeks while or bathroom was fixed Poop everywhere over the toilet for 3 days. So when I saw that. I really needed to use it.I approached the bartender it is nov 19 2017 at 9:30. I told I need to talk to her in private because my mother own a restaurant and I didnt want to do it in front of the customers. She was blonde wearing a grey sweatsuit.I told her that I have been coming over here to use the restroom and the whole situation and that the restroom has been like this since thurs and no one cleaned it.Now bare in mind its sat night. She said shes been off 4 days but she will tell the boys to get it. I ask her if she had something available that I would do it so I could just use the restroom. She just ignored me and walk away. I guess it pissed her off.I couldnt use the toilet like that so I was force to go to the womans restroom. Boy was that a mistake,when I came out she was there with a lady and she went in.OFF her rockers she said I had no right to use the other restroom and if I wasnt buying anything get f out I told her I will buy something if that was the case. I would give to someone at the bar. She said I don't want your f money just get the fuck out . She can get me fired and I shouldnt of use the women restroom loud to make a seen and the whole time lol the men restroom was still dirty and she had a woman that had to use it. tell me why didnt she just go in the mens lol . I believe she did this Just Because I called her on the filty bathroom a health hazard..
