They don't have YouTube Premium, so when songs had to be played through YouTube, everyone had to sit through ads before singing. That's not something I'd expect from a business that specializes in karaoke. To make matters worse, the restrooms were clogged, which was another disappointment during the evening. The staff knew we were celebrating a birthday. They brought in champagne and sang "Happy Birthday," which was a nice touch, but after that we received almost no service for the rest of the night. It felt more like checking a box than actually taking care of their guests. What made the experience especially disappointing is that Moonlight is more expensive than the other karaoke spots we usually visit. We chose it because we expected a premium experience for a special occasion, but instead we received some of the worst service we've experienced at any karaoke venue.
