Worst service ever! Took my car in originally because the engine light. Donna said it was spark plugs, so they replaced the spark plugs. I paid. I left. I returned the following Monday with a car that had no power above 30 MPH. Told them it had run hot, because of a leak in the tank. They ran a test and said that was the problem. Replaced the tank. Tested it, and it still had the problem. Tested it again, and decided it might be a cylinder head. My extra warranty that I bought through them would not cover it, because I still had a dealer warranty. Mechanic said that it would have to be taken to dealership, but it was too dangerous to drive further. Donna offers a complimentary tow after watching me freak out. I am disabled and have a cognitive disability. I don't handle stress well. Mechanic says, don't worry about his labor cost, he didn't fix the problem and it would only get more expensive. Donna left me waiting for Enterprise Rental for over an hour, and having to pay full price for a vehicle. But, at least it would go to the dealership. I was angry when more than a month later, Donna calls and leaves a message saying that I owe her money. I called her back, and asked how much... She did not know because she had never written it up! WHAT?! She said she would write it up and get back to me. Almost a month later she calls to tell me I owe her 160 some odd dollars! A month later!!! After a test drive Justen wrote down the total price of the car. It was $2500 more than I expected. I was buying through the USAA car buying service. When I asked to see the break-down of the cost I discovered that Justen had included a $1500 limited warranty and a $950 restoration fee. He told me those fees were required and non-negotiable. When I told him that I did not want or need a warranty from them, he told me that I had to pay for it if I wanted the car. At this point I was introduced to the general manager Orlando Vega. Orlando told me that the warranty was not required but the $950 restoration fee was to clean and "restore" the vehicle before it is sold. Because the price was still okay and it was the car that my wife wanted, I agreed to purchase it. This dealership is shady and I would not recommend them. A few days later we went on a family vacation. When we got back I realized that the car mats were still in the trunk. When I took them out I noticed that the driver's side car mat was used and had a hole in it. I sent a text to Justen Thompson but he did not respond. So I called the phone number on the reverse side of the paper. The message asked me to enter the confirmation code (3931013) which I did. The recording said "Congratulations, come in to claim your prize". Which I did, and when I did an elderly gentleman was leaving and told me that it was a trick to try to get me to buy a car. I however waited to talk to someone who told me that I didn't win. I asked her what the deal was, since the recording told me that I was a winner. She asked me if I read the fine print, and something about the odds. I told her that I did read the fine print, and I called the number which told me to come down to claim my prize. I then told her that I was being lied to, and she turned it back on me telling me that "you decided to come down here". Which I told her again the only reason I came down was that I was told to come down to claim my prize. Their "marketing partner" is committing mail fraud and their use of such a partner is knowingly making Koons itself a party to this fraud. The flyer I received, like others on here has a clear match to a prize and a phone number to call, which then points the "winner" to the dealership to collect. I found the whole thing so dubious that I called the dealership, which similarly directed me to the dealership. I tried this place because they told me they would try to work with my budget. I am a single parent, and because of that I don't have very much money to work with for a monthly payment. I also understand that my credit is not the best, but I feel that this dealership was not straightforward with me about the way that the financing worked. In the beginning they told me they would work with what I could afford. I looked at a couple of cars on the lot and found one that I liked. Then when we sat down to go over paperwork they switched cars on me and pushed that car on me saying that it was easier to finance. Then the deal they offered me was way out of my comfort zone with what I could afford. I ended up walking away because of the way the cars were switched out and also because they were not up front with me about how the financing worked.
