This is specifically about the tent sites, T13, T14, & T15 - we had T15 booked and showed up late…read moreand couldn't even find our tent site because we didn't realize you have to walk through the other two tent sites to get to T15 - for some people this might be okay but I didn't feel comfortable staying here, the site itself would have been nice if you weren't crammed in right next to two other sites. We had it booked for 5 nights and they wouldn't even give us a partial refund so we're out a good chunk of money. Extremely disappointed in the lack of photos and information because had we known we never would have booked this site, and now we can't even afford to stay anywhere else and have to cancel our trip entirely.

The check in was easy, our host attendant , gave us clear instructions to our airstream. We were a bit confused the first day and evening about how to contact someone after hours. I kept getting the bot when I went on to the website. Finally when I googled Bay Point Landing General store, I found that part of the site. From then on it was a breeze to getting help. The airstream was well stocked. Dishware, glasses, utensils, cookware and cooking utensils. Linens were clean, we even had lovely doggy baskets for our pups. Complete with towels, dishes, treats, leashes and sheets to cover bed and sofa. They have activities everyday to attend. We did the happy hour the first night, it was very nice sitting looking over the water and enjoying a glass or two of wine. I was grateful for the broom that was in the airstream, sweep out the RV multiple times a day. The airstream comes with dish rags and dishes towels, but no dish soap you can purchase that at the General store. This is not glamping, as some reviews seemed to think. But it is a step above RVing in a state park. There are nice amenities and can make as many improvements as you want, but they cost. We were happy with the close proximity to the state parks, restaurants and grocery stores. We look forward to our next stay at Bay Point Landing.

It wasn't as big as I expected, but they had all of the slot machines I enjoy playing, so I was happy with the selection. I also appreciated how clean everything was. I constantly saw employees wiping down the machines, and the ventilation system does a good job of keeping the casino from feeling overly smoky, even though smoking is allowed. On the downside, the non-smoking room still smelled like cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. The slot machines also seemed pretty tight during my visit. I wasn't impressed with the rewards program either. New members only receive $5 in free play after signing up for a player's card and spending $10 first, which seems a bit backwards. It would be nice if the free play was available immediately as a welcome incentive. Despite those drawbacks, the clean casino, great machine selection, and waterfront location made for an enjoyable visit.

Wide spaced sites, with hookups and picnic tables, all under wonderful trees! We felt so lucky to have wound up here for a few nights...We found a gem that we wouldn't have otherwise known about! Belinda and Brian have built a tremendous place and are so clearly putting their heart into keeping it clean, tidy, and hospitable for guests. Also...Belinda's 300+ rhododendrons would be a site to see when they're in bloom!

I had to replace the complete door lock and handle of my RV after…read moreit was damaged from a break-in that occurred on their property.($180) I notified them and they did nothing about it. I also had problems with the electrical breaker having to be reset constantly. unfortunately, I couldn't stop worrying about my RV being parked there. And when I called them to let them know that I had pulled my RV off of their property and asked for a cancellation/refund of my RV spot I was told there is no refund on rent. I notified them on the first that I would be moving out.One more great thing about alder acres rv storage. If you don't want to worry about your RV, I would highly recommend storing it somewhere else. There was also people staying in their RVs after hours, which is not allowed in the storage area from what I understand.

Manager is not a nice person, if she isn't harassing you over stupid reasons she's ignoring your…read morephone calls, won't fix things and you don't matter, only thing that matters with these people is your money coming in and that you jump thru her hoops! If she decides she doesn't like you she will make up things to evict you! I've seen it done firsthand to several people.
