As a business owner I stress employees on punctuality and being present. So it's a personal principle of lack of presence or communication of the lack of presence. I have very busy schedule and don't have time to be waiting to fit into someone else's schedule. To avoid scheduling conflicts he uses a user friendly app that allows me to book my appointment ahead of time as well as pay right after using my credit card. Very convenient and always on time with his schedule. The other aspect is that he offers many different grooming services to prepare you for any event.
