The lack of communication and the dismissive attitude made me feel that my time was not valued. Ultimately, I decided to walk out. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I will not be returning. I'm here for my monthly mani-pedi. I've been coming here…read moresince pre Covid, before they moved to this smaller location. It may be smaller, but the services remain large. Different technicians have serviced me, but mostly it's Linda who helps me. Of course there is a language barrier, but that doesn't stop the professionalism and care from shining through. This is a multi- faceted salon: hair, nails, eyebrows, lashes and I'm hoping they start doing facials. While I don't go there to get my hair styled or cut, I do see the ladies who walk out with a prideful swag, swinging their hair back and forth. Since I come regularly, Linda and staff know exactly why I'm there. No fuss. No muss. The price for a regular mani- pedi, for me, is $31-$35, maybe a little higher on the weekends. Of course, I tip. BOOKT (with a T) and with a little yelp search, I found Beautique. I booked online Thursday and was lucky to get an appointment the next day. The decor is modern. I love their approach to a very clean and sanitized place. Your temperature is taken once you walk in and there's sanitizer throughout the salon. The staff is super kind and friendly. I loved the way my pedicure came out. Definitely 5 stars there but my manicure.. was a nah son for me. It seemed a tad bit sloppy as a few parts of my nail wasn't coated in polish. Nonetheless, I'll return for a pedicure!
