customer service 0/10. The guys in here are super rude and try to make you feel stupid. Their equipment is disgusting. Seems like they don't clean it ever. Not sanitary. My nail tech had a nasty cut on his finger with no bandage while working on me. Won't be back.
I chose this salon because of its rating, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I came in for both a manicure and pedicure. During my manicure, the nail technician soaked my hands in a bowl of acetone to remove my old polish. Afterward, instead of properly disposing of the used acetone and dirty water, he dumped it directly into the pedicure tub. When it was time for my pedicure, the technician told me to put my feet into that same water. I refused and asked for the tub to be cleaned and refilled first because I was uncomfortable with the sanitation practices I had just witnessed. What made the situation worse was the attitude I received after requesting clean water. As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect basic hygiene standards. I was also unhappy with the quality of my manicure. There was nail polish left all over my fingers and around my cuticles, making the finished nails look messy and unprofessional. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and overall service. I specifically chose this salon based on its high rating and reviews, but my experience did not reflect that rating at all. Between the sanitation concerns, poor customer service, and the quality of the nail work, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and improves both hygiene practices and service quality moving forward.
Two weeks ago went in for a new set and had a young girl give me awesome nails. Did pay $95 total for them but I was satisfied with the work. Just now went in for refill and had a different tech just butcher my nails. i asked to take them down a bit and he left me with super short nails and looking thick and ugly. so disappointed. what a big difference it makes when you don't get the same nail tech and when others don't take pride in the work they do. Don't think I will be going back.
I want to start by thanking them. The technician Kevin asked what I needed. Showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he did a way more great job. Everyone there friendly and kind. Definitely coming back for more. Thank you

I'm very particular with my nails, and unfortunately I was not impressed with what I got. I gave them 3-stars simply because the customer service was really good. Everyone was super kind but the work itself I was not impressed with. Here is what I got: Services: gel pedicure (Premium foot treatment), a fill and a fix on one nail (left hand pinky had broke off). What I paid: $127 plus 15% was like $150 total I think. First off the nail they fixed is not straight. I told him when he was shaping it but he said not to worry because he would shape it more once he put the acrylic. It did not work out. It's still not straight, and the nail itself is visibly different from the other nails. I even asked my husband to make sure I wasn't making it up in my head and he noticed immediately that it was crooked. Additionally, I asked for a Christmas inspired design which I will attach below and it didn't come out the same. The snowflakes in my middle fingers look different and their placement is different on each hand. That may not be a big deal to a lot of people, but it was to me. I think the biggest thing I was upset about was I paid for the most expensive pedicure so I could get hot stones and a 10 min massage in addition to all the basic pedicure stuff. I never got the hot stones and the massage was definitely not 10 mins. Tbh it was just upsetting because I was trying to splurge and getting a nice treatment and I didn't get what was paid for. The pedicure alone, with gel polish was $70 which I find a little much. As much as I appreciate good customer service, I was definitely not impressed with the work itself and unfortunately I will not be returning.
A great experience taking my girlfriend for her monthly nail excursion. I got her a set of French tip acrylics and a pedicure w/ matching French tips on her feet. She says it's the best she's ever had, a relaxing experience, and this is compared to shops that charge 50% more than this place. Ask for Khoa or Kha, these dudes are master of their craft!
Go to Peter for the best acrylic nails and designs! Great shape and length. Exactly what I asked for. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. I went to Chris for my gel pedi and he did a wonderful job. They are both amazing in what they do. Would go back.

Nails were Done by KEVIN, hes one of the best nail techs ive had. The service here is amazing overall the vibe here is friendly and great to be around. Im usually shy when i go to new nail places but they made me feel comfortable! Definitely coming back!!! read more

Such a waste of time and money. While the girl checking Everyone in was so sweet, I paid a small fortune for these nails. I waited 2+ hrs, while in the process of getting acrylics, the acrylic got hot and was burning my nail beds and I had to cool them in front of a fan. My nails are crooked and slightly thicker at the tips. They didn't bother to clean up my cuticles, which helps prevent lifting btw. I paid $70 for barely decent work. Yep SEVENTY dollars and 3 hrs of my day. The most I've ever paid for very similar sets was $55 and that had ombré, matte, AND holo glitter. Never going back here ): read more

The last time i go to this place. I really love how they do my nails after every service I've gone. But NOT NO MORE ! Last night i removed my nail after the 2nd fill . Just wanted to get new ones. Once i started taking them off i noticed FUNGUS ! Yes FUNGUS on my nail :( ive have never got this before , so this is so disgusting to me! So Disappointed ! So if you girls want pretty nails with fungus under neath, this is your place . So not worth it risking it. read more

I went into this place for the first time last month and I was really nervous because I've been trying multiple places to find my spot out here and I couldn't find any that could do my nails right! It started to become upsetting because I had to drive all the way down to SGV just to go to my original lady, which was not really working out for me because i work so much, it's hard to get out there. So the good news is I tried this place the first time and they came out SO NICE. I was constantly getting compliments of the shape, the color and the length. I was so impressed. I came for a second time just to make sure like, "YES, I finally found my spot!" Sure enough they took care of me and made my nails so nice and the ladies and men that work there are super nice too so that's a added bonus. They do get busy and that's ok if they keep doing my nails the way they do. I will definitely keep coming back. Little pricey but worth UPDATE: My new go-to place! Honestly it's well worth it here. I've even stopped going to my old lady because it just doesn't feel the same anymore and I fell in love with this place! read more

I was going to get my nails done elsewhere but they were not nice so I found v nails and called to see if they were available right away and I was told yes. So I went In with the hopes to spend about $40 for simple grey, short coffin shaped nails. Ended up spending $60 for this. The lady was nice but it's truly overpriced for the work. In a little plaza in San Bernardino is probably one of the best nail places I've been too. I've been getting my nails done for the past 10 years and I honestly am in love with the work they have done. My nails had grown out from a previous place and I was in a rush to get these filled. I ended up replacing the nails altogether falling in love with this design (and of course the coffin nail shape). The ring finger had more intricate designs but for work reasons I asked to keep it simple and they delivered! My cuticles aren't dry or cracked, and my nails feel strong. The little decor they placed feels secure and it's not going anywhere. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great manicure or full set of acrylic nails. I'm now a loyal customer! I love my nails so much, they were done by Jenny! She's so consistent with her work and always make sure they're on point! She has such great shaping skills and she always has the best gel Colors! Great customer service, everyone is so nice, Love love love it here, will always come back! read more

First time here based on the reviews, I am impressed. Jenny was honest in telling me shouldn't could not bring my nails to their original shape until they grew out some more. I appreciate her honesty. Everyone doesn't have a narrow nail bed nor do they want narrow nails. My shape has been lost due to this and dealing with inexperienced nail techs. Thank you Jenny. Well today my mom and I got our toes done. My mom was able to get her nails saved and I'll be back to get mine saved. Thank you for at least saving my toes, Jenny. Your work is spectacular. Please be prepared to wait if you don't have an appointment. The wait for us was worth. This is our new nail shop. Satisfied read more

Not recommend!!! One of the nail techs did my nails rushed and it was literally empty so I don't see why she didn't take her time. If I could give it zero starts I would. My middle finger nail was shaped slanted and didn't filed my nails correct so the side of most of my nails have dents. I just recently got them done and they look like I been already having them for more than a week. read more

My sister and I have always heard good things about this nail salon and I would always see their beautiful nail designs on Instagram so we were excited to try them out. My sister went on 2/4/21 and to say she was disappointed is an understatement. I didn't get to go with her but when she came and showed me her nails and told me how much they charged her I was shocked. Her nails were so badly done and it was such a basic design I can't even begin to understand why she was charged $75. We never complain and we never have issues paying for our nails, we know it's expensive and know how hard they nails techs work but this time the work was really not worth the price. I'm writing this review for my sister since she doesn't have Yelp but I feel like we needed to say something because again I'm shocked. See the pictures for yourself. read more

Dan, one of the female technicians... did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them."Natural" I did need to critique the shape a bit, but overall anything I pointed out she was nice and was happy to fix. After reading some of the GOOD reviews, I noticed people were not dropping names. I discovered Jenny and Tim (male tech) seem to have the best reviews. As for my experience I gave Dan five stars. For 60$ base( medium) and 20$ extra for French tip im not gonna lie I was expecting something better. Not gonna bash, but here is a review. I was in and out 45 min max, once she was done she applied the oil it all looked great. I hate my nails bulky as I have tiny hands, she dismissed my request to keep them thin, so there is that. We're on day two and the nail is near chipped on the sides. Im going to try magic nails in Rialto next. Good luck babes. read more

Jenny( I think that's her name) did my full set..she's amazing! I heard her brother does a good job too in acrylics!
