I chose this salon because of its rating, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I came in for both a manicure and pedicure. During my manicure, the nail technician soaked my hands in a bowl of acetone to remove my old polish. Afterward, instead of properly disposing of the used acetone and dirty water, he dumped it directly into the pedicure tub. When it was time for my pedicure, the technician told me to put my feet into that same water. I refused and asked for the tub to be cleaned and refilled first because I was uncomfortable with the sanitation practices I had just witnessed. What made the situation worse was the attitude I received after requesting clean water. As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect basic hygiene standards. I was also unhappy with the quality of my manicure. There was nail polish left all over my fingers and around my cuticles, making the finished nails look messy and unprofessional. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and overall service. I specifically chose this salon based on its high rating and reviews, but my experience did not reflect that rating at all. Between the sanitation concerns, poor customer service, and the quality of the nail work, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and improves both hygiene practices and service quality moving forward. read more

Two weeks ago went in for a new set and had a young girl give me awesome nails. Did pay $95 total for them but I was satisfied with the work. Just now went in for refill and had a different tech just butcher my nails. i asked to take them down a bit and he left me with super short nails and looking thick and ugly. so disappointed. what a big difference it makes when you don't get the same nail tech and when others don't take pride in the work they do. I'm very particular with my nails, and unfortunately I was not impressed with what I got. I gave them 3-stars simply because the customer service was really good. Everyone was super kind but the work itself I was not impressed with. Here is what I got: Services: gel pedicure (Premium foot treatment), a fill and a fix on one nail (left hand pinky had broke off). What I paid: $127 plus 15% was like $150 total I think. First off the nail they fixed is not straight. I told him when he was shaping it but he said not to worry because he would shape it more once he put the acrylic. It did not work out. It's still not straight, and the nail itself is visibly different from the other nails. I even asked my husband to make sure I wasn't making it up in my head and he noticed immediately that it was crooked. Additionally, I asked for a Christmas inspired design which I will attach below and it didn't come out the same. The snowflakes in my middle fingers look different and their placement is different on each hand. That may not be a big deal to a lot of people, but it was to me. I think the biggest thing I was upset about was I paid for the most expensive pedicure so I could get hot stones and a 10 min massage in addition to all the basic pedicure stuff. I never got the hot stones and the massage was definitely not 10 mins. Tbh it was just upsetting because I was trying to splurge and getting a nice treatment and I didn't get what was paid for. The pedicure alone, with gel polish was $70 which I find a little much. As much as I appreciate good customer service, I was definitely not impressed with the work itself and unfortunately I will not be returning. read more

A great experience taking my girlfriend for her monthly nail excursion. I got her a set of French tip acrylics and a pedicure w/ matching French tips on her feet. She says it's the best she's ever had, a relaxing experience, and this is compared to shops that charge 50% more than this place. Prices are a bit much. But the service is nice and they have great hospitality, most definitely make you feel welcomed! I waited 2+ hrs, while in the process of getting acrylics, the acrylic got hot and was burning my nail beds and I had to cool them in front of a fan. My nails are crooked and slightly thicker at the tips. They didn't bother to clean up my cuticles, which helps prevent lifting btw. I paid $70 for barely decent work. The last time i go to this place. I really love how they do my nails after every service I've gone. But NOT NO MORE ! Last night i removed my nail after the 2nd fill . Just wanted to get new ones. I went into this place for the first time last month and I was really nervous because I've been trying multiple places to find my spot out here and I couldn't find any that could do my nails right! It started to become upsetting because I had to drive all the way down to SGV just to go to my original lady, which was not really working out for me because i work so much, it's hard to get out there. So the good news is I tried this place the first time and they came out SO NICE. I was constantly getting compliments of the shape, the color and the length. I was so impressed. I came for a second time just to make sure like, "YES, I finally found my spot!" Sure enough they took care of me and made my nails so nice and the ladies and men that work there are super nice too so that's a added bonus. In a little plaza in San Bernardino is probably one of the best nail places I've been too. I've been getting my nails done for the past 10 years and I honestly am in love with the work they have done. My nails had grown out from a previous place and I was in a rush to get these filled. I ended up replacing the nails altogether falling in love with this design (and of course the coffin nail shape). The ring finger had more intricate designs but for work reasons I asked to keep it simple and they delivered! My cuticles aren't dry or cracked, and my nails feel strong. The little decor they placed feels secure and it's not going anywhere. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great manicure or full set of acrylic nails. I'm now a loyal customer! My middle finger nail was shaped slanted and didn't filed my nails correct so the side of most of my nails have dents. My sister and I have always heard good things about this nail salon and I would always see their beautiful nail designs on Instagram so we were excited to try them out. My sister went on 2/4/21 and to say she was disappointed is an understatement. I didn't get to go with her but when she came and showed me her nails and told me how much they charged her I was shocked. Her nails were so badly done and it was such a basic design I can't even begin to understand why she was charged $75. We never complain and we never have issues paying for our nails, we know it's expensive and know how hard they nails techs work but this time the work was really not worth the price. For 60$ base( medium) and 20$ extra for French tip im not gonna lie I was expecting something better. Not gonna bash, but here is a review. I was in and out 45 min max, once she was done she applied the oil it all looked great. I hate my nails bulky as I have tiny hands, she dismissed my request to keep them thin, so there is that.
