All of the technicians were professional and friendly, and the salon and all of the equipment and material is clean and well-organized. I came back to get the fixed and they were $15 for two nails. They claimed my nail beds were short for long nails - I always get long nails, those nails were actually short for me. The day after getting them fixed two more nails popped off. I decided not to go back because clearly they were done badly. Pretty irritated at the fact that I couldn't come get them fixed for free since I've been a long time customer and they were done so badly. No nails should be coming off the next day. The color I got was OPI tickle my france-y with a Chrome overlay. I only points were that I didn't get any cuticle, trimmings or lotion with the massage at hand, which I usually expect in a manicure service. And the price was higher than I'm used to. But otherwise, this is a really pleasant experience, and I am excited to see how this lasts and come back!

Some places don't take the polish all the way to the cuticles or don't take as much time on the cuticles as they do on the nails. She is super detailed and does both! When I called, I received a voicemail box that told me to make an appointment via the exact site I used. I left a voicemail stating that I was at a location that does not, in fact, exist and could someone please call me back. I never received a callback, and that was about 2 weeks ago. Fortunately, I opted to pay later and didn't have to worry about trying to get my money back. If the Whitaker St location is no longer a valid salon location, they need to remove it from their website so others don't get duped into making appointments and/or paying ahead for appointments that won't be honored.

I am giving it 2 stars though for convenient location & cleanliness of the entire salon. I personally would not recommend.
