The instant I walked into this place, I wanted to leave so badly but I was committed to getting a pedicure (and was on a time crunch) so I stayed. I wasn't greeted warmly at all, no smiles or anything. "What do you want?" Was screamed at me in a monotone, angry tone... "I'd love a pedicure" I said, with a smile. "Pick a color and wait." I should have walked out. Instead, I waited for 25 minutes. Then I was seated in a pedicure chair, and the water in the foot bath was filled to maybe a 1/4 inch and I was left for another 10 minutes (did I mention I was on a time crunch?). My brain kept saying LEAVE but I was officially committed because my shoes were off. My $40 pedicure wasn't relaxing at all. There was almost no foot massage involved and my woman cut me several times. The only reason why I'm glad I went here is so as to warn anyone reading this review... read more

I had super high hopes for this first appointment, I arrived on time but left almost 90 minutes later for a men's Mani Pedi Having gone on probably no less than 50 of these since I've lived in Georgia with my ex-wife I expected this would be at most a one hour process it wound up being almost 90 minutes. I guess I forgot the most important thing is to ask what they were going to charge me, I typically have been paying around $35-$40 for Jess the pedicure and I was quoted $60. Once I started the process. I guess I own that but $60 for a man's pedicure and granted I do go every four weeks so I'm kind of familiar with the going rate it does seem a bit steep. Now into the meat and the potatoes sort of speak LOL, they did a good job but was it worth 30% more than my other pedicurist I don't think economy to scale is there And I don't know so I'm going to rely on someone to respond outside of the salon I've been told not to use Dremels on nail beds???? I suppose some of that will take some time to figure out but it's been told me repeatedly that nail beds should be done by hand. Of course most everything I'm saying is based upon my married experiences and going with my wife and walking out with about $120 bill and yesterday I walked out with $74 Plus tip. Much like the dating site there are plenty of fish out there to check out in terms of nail salons Annnnd I guess I've only started my cuticle journey south of Atlanta LOL anyone have any other recommendations? read more

Not a good experience at all! I got a manicure & pedicure about a month ago. My service was NOT done by Linda. There was a severe communication barrier. I told the pedicurist several times that I did not want gel on my toes but she still gave me a gel pedicure. I also told her several times "Ouch"! My nails were very thick with layers of product. When I asked for them to be smoother, she attempted but I was not pleased at all. Please beware when getting services & pricing. read more

Requested pedicure. Had appointment. When arrived told to sit in chair, Linda and another Employee called another Employee from back room. I wanted to leave, and should have. Had her once before she filed my natural nails with file used for acrylics, filed leaving very rough edges and tearing the nails causing them to split and had to cut all the way back on my own. But silly me I tried again this time, Pedi only, Same girl, asked name, bla bla bla under mask. Rough treatment pulling and pushing on feet in and out of water and roughed up nails with high grain sandpaper with nails again, basically minimum leg exfoliant. Nails uneven, jagged, then the polish on the cuticles and skin. No effort to clean up. A mess, I paid and left. Will not return. That what I get for trying to have faith in people, and giving benefit of doubt maybe she had a bad day. Enough excuses. Beware. read more

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! If I could give a negative review I would. When I walked in the manager Linda was very rude all I needed was SNS removal and reapplication. As I sat down to begin the service I was told one price but at the end was charged another. As things progressed I began to notice Linda did not change her gloves, I saw multiple roaches, and she had a horrible attitude. I decided for her just to take it off and in the beginning was told it was $5 she charged me $10. I looked at the menu and it said $5 I asked her if she would honor the price she said no because it changed I asked to speak with the manager she said she was the manager. All and all save your money and go somewhere sanitary and with better service. I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER read more

Interesting reviews... I have been going to Linda's on and off for years. What I love the most is there is no up charge for certain items like other nail shops in the area. I'm amazed at some that charge me extra for buffing my nails!! This shop is nice. They are consistently good. However, I wear no polish except on my toes and appreciate business owners who smile and do the best they can. Literally the worst nail salon I have ever been too. I got 4 different prices from 4 different ppl Got there and there was no one there she started on my nails another lady walks in she stopped in the middle of doing my nails and starts doing the lady's pedicure. I also asked for the wax treatment on my hands. The only reason I came is for the wax treatment and they didn't even do it. They were very rude and gave us attitude about it the whole time. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. While she's doing my nails I told her the thumb looks like the top is broken she continued to put the sns on and ten min after I left my nail broke. I came in looking to get SNS with tips done. I was very upset with the way that it turned out. The shaping was uneven even after I asked for it to be fixed. I asked for pastel french tips. I brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. The very first nail was dipped all the way into the powder. The nail tech offered to do the rest with french tips, but who would want one fully painted nail and the rest tips? Despite not at all getting what I asked for I was charged full price. When you see the nail salon's name, it gives the the business with a good reputation and you expect something with a good service that make you want to come back over and over again. The staff are nice, apparently, I wasn't, too, please with their manicure and pedicure done on me. The work is like almost I can do-it-myself. No wonder, I don't see a lot of customers, while, sitting on their spa chair. The atmosphere was ok, but this place is overprice. Well, at least, I experienced their service. Nail polish selection: colors are similar and not a broad selection most look old half empty/separated. The ladies speak over you to each other in their language without regard of the people sitting in front of them. The only conversation my tech had with me "how are you" and "are you off work today". The people are nice, but the service performed was pretty awful, as was the nail polish selection. I felt rushed even though I was only one of two people in the salon. The woman who did my manicure "massaged" my hands and arms by cracking my knuckles and repeatedly punching my arms so hard I'm certain I'll have bruises tomorrow. Also, I asked for a very basic manicure, no polish, just a "clean up", and there is still dirt under my nails; they are different lengths, and don't look much better than when I came in. The man who did my pedicure applied the color I chose, but it was so old it just glooped onto the nail. I selected another color, and he began applying it without first removing the old glob of polish. I asked him to remove it and after doing so, he began applying the new color without a base coat. I had to remind him to apply the base coat first. Sigh. Saddens me to write a bad review but I don't want anyone else to waste their valuable time or good money. I'd go elsewhere. read more
