When we went to close out, the server refused to help us because one person no longer had their wristband even though it was THEIR staff who took it in the first place. Instead of trying to fix the situation, asking questions, or showing any level of customer service, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like she couldn't care less. The entire issue was caused by the staff, yet we were treated like it was our fault. Then they still expected a 20% tip after providing terrible service and zero effort to resolve the problem. Tips should reflect service, and this experience was awful from start to finish. Management seriously needs to train their staff on accountability and customer service because this was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.
