Worst experience I've ever had at a bar, as I was assaulted for not being forced to drink a opened bottled water from some employee having a power trip, name is matt hamlinz. Alll I had the entire night was 3 beers over the course of 3 hours and didnt cause any disruption whatsoever. I literally remained to myself the entire time until he told me to drink the water bottle and I said no I dont want to. At that point he grabbbed my neck and picked me up in a chokehold and threw me outside aggressively on the pavement withi my bare hands guarding my impact. All because I wouldnt drink his water from some random stranger? I have spent hundreds of dollars at this business, but I will never go again, due to Matt Hamlinz 'the security guard' assaulting me while sober and have done NOTHING of harm to anyone. Let my cohererence in this paragraph be a testament to the trustworthiness of my story. I have never meant any harm and this is a dangerous building to enter. I will never be back read more

So my son was there on May 4th and was way over served,all bartenders are supposed to be certified so they know when to cut someone off, unfortunately they did not cut my son off or take his keys they let him leave and drive away , unfortunately my son is lucky to be alive , So maybe you need to train your bartenders better, Money is not everything but a life is. So if you have a kid in college and or visiting Knoxville please beware this is not a joking matter my son almost died due to being over served something I will not tolerate and it's not safe and something needs to change so ppl can be safe ...STOP OVER SERVING read more

Ok so this is a cool spot! Great vibe. Pool tables are well maintained, straight cues. Juke box, food really good and service was great! Live music after 9:00p. Had a great time. Drinks are a little strong! We had chips, queso, salsa, fried mushrooms, and potato skins, plus a Swiss mushroom burger! Pool table rental was 8.00 per hour but they have quarter tables and darts as well. read more

Order delivery from Bite Squad which came pretty quick. I got the patty Melt and fries for myself which was delicious! Burgers where cooked just right, it had American and Swiss so it was nice and cheesy. It had a good amount of onions all sandwiched in between two golden brown toasted pieces of rye bread. I chose fries as my side (other options are chips or tator tots), the fries were good, but I like them a little crispier. That's just me though, I loved how they were seasoned which was perfectly. My husband got their 2 chilli & cheese dogs with fries and finished them before I could get a picture, LOL. We will definitely be ordering again, and possibly going there soon! read more

I went to Peyton's Place before it was officially opened to the public and I wholeheartedly believed this would be the #1 place to play pool locally, they updated the establishment regularly and soared in the ranks of hangouts especially for pool players. The food has always been great and not outrageously priced, the service has always been subpar though. The tables were well maintained as far as I have been concerned. My last visit was officially my last, as usual it took me about 10 mins to actually get a pool table and pool balls, I was there pretty late and asked a fellow whom is either the manager or owner if he minded if I moved to a 9ft table next to where he was playing, he scolded me and stated they were closed (rude body language and tone). I immediately apologized for bothering him and that I would leave, he continued to scold me as he said "I didn't say you were bothering me" I immediately paid my tab and left, he has had multiple instances of being rude to people for wanting to play pool on a table he didn't want you to play on. (He has barred one of the most respected members in the pool community that I know for a fact) If you just go there for a bite to eat you will have good food with subpar service but as soon as you add the manager to the mix things will go downhill fast. What use to be a welcoming atmosphere is somewhere I don't feel welcome anymore and I sadly will never darken their doorway again. read more

Love coming here for both soft and steel tip darts, john is amazing , the food is plentiful and it has a bigger menu then a lot of similar places. The major down side is service has a tendency to be very slow and the bathrooms are forever in need of something. The up side is they have more then one ladies room, the down side is your lucky if they all have toilet paper. Someone needs to be assigned to check in them a little more often. DO NOT EVER GO HERE my fiancé & our friends ( two other people ) had gone out to peyton's place last night to play pool and get a few drinks , its never been bad before so why would it be bad this time ? or so i thought . the service was AWFUL . there was a red headed bartender who was an ABSOLUTE bitch . so was the long black haired girl . they told my whole party that their tab hadn't been paid & we had already paid for our half . we explained that it was paid bc we went drink by drink ( my fiancé & i ) i guess that was an issue for explaining how they already got our payment . it came time for our friend to pay , she went to close out their tab & the redheaded lady refused to have a care in the world , she argued with my friend and was being beyond hateful . all of the bartenders were telling customers that they strictly work for tips & do NOT get a check from this place . anyways , the redhead ran the card . twice . then said it declined , my friends bank account showed their were two charges on her card & the bartender shrugged her shoulders and said it needs to be paid , we couldnt speak to a manager bc there wasnt one . we were denied TWO LIMES BC WE DIDNT TIP 100 DOLLARS . my fiancé went to ask for some and all of the bartenders said " we work for tips , we dont get a check . if you want limes you have to tip heavily . " my fiancé explained " oh okay .. uh i understand " and the lady with the black hair said " Nah you dont fucking understand " . i was charged over 100 dollars for like 4 drinks . My friend was cut off after one drink because she wouldn't flirt a regular at the bar, who was apparently 'buddies' with the bartender. We used to get great service here and spend lots of money (including big tips), but we will not be back to be treated like garbage. Have ordered from them 4 times with Uber Eats! 2 of them were way wrong! You give them a break because everyone messes up on occasion. But 2 out of 4. Not worth the trouble! I just paid $86 for us to eat and couldn't eat half of it because they don't follow instructions, also had a bone in my chicken tender ??? Never had that happen ANYWHERE else! I've been here several times since they opened and it has gone extremely down hill ever since. Their male manager is rude to guests and their servers and bartenders. Been there twice in the last few weeks and the first time couldn't play pool because they were having some big tournament. Called yesterday to make sure that we would be able to play today and when we arrived there were maybe 8 people there. I picked out a table and the manager said no we had to play on a badly stained one, because he had a tournament coming. Guess they don't need our business! We were going to make a day of it and have food too. We played pool about 40 minutes and left. Needless to say I won't be going back! This place is just a great place to go , hangout, throw some darts , shoot some pool and EAT!! They have food for everyone!! By far they have the best salad in town!! My daughter loves their buffalo shrimp and my son and husband always get the BLT!! The kids love coming here on the weekends.
