We had a few issues with a girl that would shoo us away at the snack bar when we tried to buy two sodas. She would tell us to go to the bar or wait to find a waitress. Then the bar told us to go to the snack bar and the waitress was MIA. It was handled by other staff, pro tip, if this happens, you can go to the main desk for them to ring you up. Our problem was quickly solved. The food is good, I would recommend the cauliflower bites, the wings, chicken tenders, pretzel sticks, flatbread, and quesadilla. The cheesy bread and nachos aren't the best. As for the drinks, can't complain, they are good. I don't care for the Long Island Iced Tea Mix, they no longer pour in all the liquor, it's a mix...not the same, but I buy it! They do rock and glow and have music videos and shows playing on them behind the lanes. I have one complaint, I don't mind it for us...BUT...if you are advertising yourself as a family alley for people of all ages, don't be playing music videos of naked women with spread legs bent over twerking next to Bluey.

Once inside, you have Arcade, Bar/Concession, Pro Shop and of course Bowling galore. Never had to wait to get a lane any of the times I have been here and have all sorts of pricing package options. They also offer learning and league options for students and adults. Highly recommend this location for extracurricular fun times.

He never forgets my drink order, always makes sure everyone is taken care of, and somehow remembers EVERYONE'S order like it's second nature. His customer service is unmatched -- attentive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and it completely changes the experience. Adam is not just an amazing bartender, he's an amazing human being. If you're going to Frames, make sure you stop by the front bar and see Adam. People like him are rare and definitely deserve recognition. Thank you for always making every visit a great one!

To be fair, still prefer the booze, but health first. We got a package where we had two hours of bowling and a bit of karaoke. We got caesar salad, pigs in a blanket, nachos, and chicken tenders. All was good except the nachos. Skip it. After a game of bowling, some of us stayed and did some karaoke. Personally think this is a good place to bowl, sing, and do other things like pingpong and pool, but the location is not ideal. Port authority gets really sketchy after dark. Would not go out of my way seeking this place out.

I had about 50 guests and we rented the Billiards section & bowling area along with public access to the game arcade. We had their meal package of 5 apps + added the nachos bar. We also paid a bar tab + provided arcade game cards for our guests who wanted to play. It was honestly an amazing party. It was great to have a home base of billiards/bowling which is a quieter section, after being in and out of the arcade. Many people were impressed with the food. The areas were spacious & clean. Drinks were great as well. Karen, the events manager is amazing. She understood me and my vision for my son's party. She always responded extremely fast via email with great details. Owen, the manager of the party was fantastic- always present and everything I needed was easy for him to help with. If you have a party, request Si for your bar- he's super friendly and a great bartender. The server we had was so attentive and kind, her name was Marina, and she helped keep my party on schedule and everything was so neat & tidy. At first I was hesitant to have a summer birthday indoors at a game arcade with mostly adult guests. It was the best decision to do this. Adults had a blast, so did the few kids. I highly recommend Dave & Busters for your next event.

Vinimos hoy con dos amigos de mis hijos y usamos un Groupon para que pudieran usar el parque infantil cubierto y los inflables. ¡Fue una muy buena oferta! One area is solely for Bouncing, throwing balls, climbing and another separate area on the other side of the building for jumping and playing in ball pits. They also provide laser tag games. There is a huge arcade and what I enjoyed, a mini bowling alley with 2 lanes. Everything after you pay to walk in, must be payed for using a card they provide. So you purchase credits to play all the games! It's a money maker for this place. Also you have a small store where you can exchange tickets for prizes. I think you know how that works, spending a big price on tickets for a small prize in the end. : s My son enjoyed the Jurassic world adventure shooting arcade game and likes the jumping area. I was able to go in for about 20 minutes until I was told by a young staff member there that his boss told him that Adults aren't allowed in that play area. Your miles may vary. W walks enjoyed the bowling alley. Again paid by putting credits on your card using a machine that takes cash debit and credit cards to exchange for points on the plastic card give by the Person at the front after your check in and sign a waiver for your child to protect their asses from any injuries your child may receive while playing there. Was it worth it? Yeah. Would I go back again, probably not. It's good way to kill some time with your kids. But other than that I wouldn't repeat it. My son did get some good exercise in. He's currently 9 years old. Happy jumping !
