Had it inspected by another jeweler that showed me where it had not been soldered all the way through. They had just done the edges. Obviously, This happens to them a lot. They immediately told me it happens all the time. Just by clapping your hands or hitting it on a steering wheel. Can a ring break? Yes. If it's smashed or bent but not the way it broke straight off. Then they wanted me to pay for another repair that they hadn't fixed right in the first place for a "special" price. Why would I pay you another $160! for a job that you didn't do right in the first place? While at this jeweler I was warned by a customer that was in the store to not take my jewelry back to them as they had ruined precious jewelery of hers. Beware. The ladies here are very nice while trying to get your money but once they have it could care less about customer satisfaction.

We moved to Bend in late Nov 2025- DH took it to another jeweler on 3rd St to replace the battery. he said he had to wait some time and the cost was $20. I went to put on my watch about 4 days ago and found it was dead. So I called this shop and spoke to a really nice lady and she said come on in and that she typically would replace the battery while I waited. So I went by- it's in a mini mall with easy access, and three ladies were before me. The lady took my watch and told me she would work on it. I strolled the mall and came back to the counter where much to my surprise- maybe 5 minutes later- she had finished the work. The cost was $15, and she said there was nothing of a charge left on the other battery. In any case, I believe she said her name was Laurie, and I have to say it was a pleasure meeting her and having such personal and professional service.
