The experience was a little odd. I was approached and asked if I was there for a 130 appointment. I replied that I had a later appointment, but I think I was misunderstood. I was later asked if I was just there to get a haircut, which I thought was peculiar since I signed up for a specific service online. The haircut was largely what I expected. There was some conversation, but communication was difficult due to a language barrier. I was able to communicate what I needed, but if you are picky about the outcome you may find that you don't get what you expected if you are unable to effectively convey what you want. After the haircut was done, I left as I had pre-paid. When I was walking to my car, the barber got my attention because he thought I hadn't paid. I showed my receipt via email. From what little I could understand, I believe he confused me with someone else and the person who cut my hair was not who I requested online. My request was based on availability so this wasn't a concern, but highlights the likelihood of misunderstanding. It was an odd experience. If your primary concern is just getting a haircut, I am pleased with the style. However, the experience left a lot to be desired. It is possible that I would feel differently if I tried again, but the first impression was not overly positive for me. read more

My hair grows crazy. I had a cool barber where I came from but we did more visiting than paying attention to my hair. I was driving around and saw this big clear Sign said Lucky's Barber Shop. I thought lemme try it. Christine came to the rescue and really spent a lot of time messing with my hair and actually styling it. After I got home I noticed it should have been much shorter on the sides. I called her and went right back in the next day and she peeled it the way I wanted it. She's very nice, great conversationalist, professional, skilled and all was good. Just went back for my second cut the other day and she was even more tuned in this time. They also wash your hair if you like and that is a very nice touch. They are super busy but their wait isn't very long. And they make appointments so they have my Vote! Took my 14 year old son to get a haircut at this place, honestly went to the closest (barbershop?) from home since we just moved to this area didn't know about their service. I went inside with him to see if they had an available time and he showed the stylist a picture of what he wanted (fade haircut). To start with the person was kinda of a "bad mood type of a lady" and she was the one that would do his hair, so I had to go back to the car since my youngest was sleeping. After 25 to 30 minutes he came out and I looked at his hair and couldn't believe the job that was done there! So I went inside with him (took my sleeping baby with me) I knew it could take a while, when I asked her what she has done she said the picture he showed her was just like the haircut she did on him and I said no no no, not a bit like it so I asked her to get it right..she was all confused not knowing what to do messing things up even more, ended up that a colleague of her had to step up and finish the horrible job she was doing. Sincerely I never write reviews, but this one I couldn't let it pass, hair is something really important specially for teenagers..go to school feeling down or even be bullied by others can play serious consequences. I referred my boyfriend because I had taken my son in the past and had a few guy friends that love this place. My boyfriend is NOT happy. Besides the $100 hair cut and beard trim (it is also $40 to die a few small beards hairs so you might as well do that at home). The barber was talking filth the entire time he was trimming his hair. Basically, the entire conversation between the barber and his coworker was about banging hoes. I get guy talk but its a business and that was disrespectful and disgusting to discuss disregard for feamles and your body count and sexual details in front of a client. Especially when they are NOT participating in the conversation. The barber couldn't line up his beard and the hair cut was average. The barbers are very professional and get haircuts done quickly and to the style asked for. This is my go to barber for my son's haircuts! Their wait time is very short from walk-ins to scheduled appointments. I've only spent under 30 minutes every time and their pricing is so much better. Horrible experience, STAY AWAY! If I could give a zero star ratting I would. Walked in as a new client today for a haircut and a beard trim. The lady that cut my hair hacked my beard off, called me by the wrong name on three separate occasions, and wouldn't let me look in the mirror so see her progress. The cut needs to be cleaned up but after she hacked my full beard off contradictory to my request I didn't want to hang around any longer in fear that I may loose an eyebrow next. I hope to hear from ownership so we can have this addressed, I feel sorry for the next victim that lands in this hacks chair... and the part that pisses me off the most is she tried to charge me for the beard work that was preformed but not asked for. This is a very good place for a men-only hair salon/barber. They do many things, like hair spa, shampoo, cuts, beard trims and straight razor. Wether I actually need a beard trim or a haircut or I just want to feel good surrounded by great people who actually know the skill of barbering. I've tried other places out of convenience and been disappointed every time. The first time I searched for Luckys online I was actually tricked by an Google ad made by the gents place that actually had the name Luckys barbershop in it. When one barber finally said (begrudgingly) that he'd fit my 7 year old son in "quickly", I asked him to put his mask on because 1) my son is not vaccinated and 2) the barber had just had a cigarette and he smelled horribly. He shows up with Bob Hairstyle (Bob is when the hair is round on top mainly for females) and for a 18 Years old teenager is not suitable at all. He made and appoint (After 4 Days) to go back so the bob can be changed to a more masculine cut.
