As we were waiting, we were not sure how long it was going to take so we decided to just buy a pair of shoes and so an evaluation some other time. We went looking for the person that greeted us and she said she still couldn't help as she is not authorized to ring someone up. So I asked, "I just want to buy shoes, so I have to wait until they are done with their customers? She said yes. I walked up to a guy and asked, can you just ring me up? He stated, "I'm going to ring up this customer and you will have to wait until one of the associates are done as I have 3 other customers. So, I just walked out and they didn't get a sale. What that associate could have done was - "I can ring you up after I ring up this customer!" I wish they had someone hat can just ring up customers that just want to buy and go. I was not going to wait for who knows how long just to buy a shoe. I won't go to this location anymore and just order online since I have a discount with my membership. I will weigh my options with other running stores when my membership is up.

When we used it in November for the first time everything was fine until we tried to use the handle, after all the clothes filled up the suit case, the handle wouldn't not pull out. We went the entire trip pushing around the suit case without the ability to use the handle. I waited until January and decided to take the suit case back to the store after only using it once. I just wasn't right. The store could do nothing and recommended calling customer service. I called customer service and they asked for the date of purchase, my tjmax credit card number, my name, address, phone number and E-mail address. They said that they would research it and get back to me. 5 days later they got back to me and said since it was past the return policy date they could do nothing. Really! Why didn't they tell me that up front when I provided all that information. What a waste of time! Never did the customer rep. or store say anything regarding the return policy until they decision was made. Now I'm stuck with a suit case with a handle that doesn't work. They just lost a customer and they don't care. I have other choices like Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club or Kohls. Not Sierra!

There was never a text telling us to come back because we were next in line, only a 10-15 minute warning message. Given the false estimate from before, we were quite weary of this. Since it was 90 degrees, we decided to wait in the car til we were in the #1 spot in line to avoid the heat as I have a medical condition that causes me to faint when overheated. Here's where it gets worse. We watched this worker allow 2 people in the store after they told him they were #6 and #8 in line. Which made us have to wait in the scorching heat. I'm shocked I didn't pass out. Tell me again, blondie, how you are being fair? Then, to put the icing on the cake, blondie decides to leave his station at the door. A random lady, who was not in line, walks in and begins shopping! No one said anything even though the other workers saw her. Turns out this whole trip was a waste. The selection was completely lacking and I didn't get the item I wanted as it is sold out online. Guess I'll go look on the Nike store instead!
