I took my fiance for a massage for his birthday. He is a big guy so it was nice to know this was a place where they can walk on his back. I asked for a couples room. Rooms were clean and the lighting was perfectly dimmed. My massage was great, I asked for more pressure and she was able to get to my problem areas. Came here because my usual spot was busy & I didn't want to wait 3 hours. I was able to walk in and get an hour massage. My masseuse was female and she periodically would ask if I was ok and if the pressure was ok. My massage was relaxing with just the right pressure. Came in for an hour massage. Probably the most basic massage I've gotten ever. She didn't apply much pressure. Felt like a 5 yr old was rubbing my back. She used the exact pressure I requested and...my favorite...walked on my back. I would highly recommend her to all of you. The facility was clean, sparse with low lighting. I honestly don't know how to rate this place. My friend wanted to take me for a Chinese foot massage as my graduation present. I am not one to generally turn down a massage, but I really had no idea what to expect. Based on what she said, and for $28 for the hour, a 2 may not be fair, but wow! So first she told me we were going to "Lucky Massage" and that she had to spell her name (Sara) 20 times. I was like, "Duh! Because they don't get women there." Then we went, and the lady had us sign in. Sure enough, we were the only women on the sign in sheet! She told us that women get a discount on full body massages. I was not surprised at that since we don't get any kind of special massages (which I am only ASSUMING they do). We opted for foot massage. Sounded safer anyway. They took us to some pretty sweet chairs in what would normally be a waiting room. Then they brought out a basket with a white trash bag filled with a dark liquid and told us to put our feet in it. I assumed it was a tea bath, but I never got confirmation. Then we were tied in with the trash bag. The music was reminiscent of music from Happiness of the Katakuris, which made me have to suppress laughter. While my feet were soaking, my therapist started on my face and head. I felt like she was trying to put her thumbs through my skull, but it was fine. Then she started pushing on my arms. I would say massaging them, but there was no massaging going on. She sat with me on the chair while massaging my hands, and then went to my legs and feet. I heard her tell the other therapist in a slightly panicked voice, "She's so tall! She's so tall!" I guess my height and her height didn't match, and trying to massage my legs was overwhelming. The legs and feet were pretty normal until she started punching me. That's right... Punching me! Ha ha! After that she told me to turn over. I was very happy about that because my back was experiencing shooting pains for the position I had been in. The other therapist had to come help her lay down the back of the chair. So then I was on my stomach, and she got on top of me and dug her knees into my feet. While pushing her body weight into my body, she slid up my legs and back on her knees. It was... interesting. When she was pushing on my back, it was so hard that I was choking. After she was done with that she stood up and went to my head. She intertwined my fingers behind my head and stretched my back into a cobra position, which would have been fine if my face wasn't buried in her cleavage. I wasn't really planning on motorboating anyone that day. She did that twice and finished up with some punching. I was cracking up! It was quite the experience. read more

First off, yes, this is an ORIENTAL owned business. Excuse the fact that their English may not be perfect. Also, in the previous review, it was "ASSUMED" that they give "special massages" to men. Well, you ASSUMED WRONG!! So the name Lucky did NOT imply they offer a happy ending. Believe it or not, the majority of men seeking a good oriental massage are doing so for the therapeutic benefits and relaxation properties. I once paid big bucks for a massage at a nearby fancy resort only to have the experience ruined by the male technician's extremely coarse arm hair. From that day on, I have only gotten massages from a female. While it is true that most of their clients are male, they serve women equally as well as men. Finally, FYI... punching and Karate hacking are age-old massage techniques and are commonly used for a brief period at the end of the massage. Enough with that; on with the review.... This was an excellent full body massage from an obviously experienced technician. Just the right type of kneading of the muscle tissue to break up tension and release toxins. The hot stones feel great and are also a great tool to stimulate circulation for hours to come. I have an old shoulder muscle injury that keeps recurring, but since going here, it has not given me the slightest problem. The rooms are clean and the massage table very comfortable. The music was Destination: Spa Radio from 1.FM and was very relaxing. The full body massage was $48 for an hour, which is very competitive for the quality of the massage! read more

I have had five one hour massages by a therapist named Tina and all have been excellent. I was told by my doctor that massage therapy would be beneficial for my arms and fingers for improved grasping. He was right. Tina is very professional and courteous. I was very impressed as the therapy was much better than my experience at Massage Envy. As I went there for about a year and then gave it a rest for two years. went here this week and found it to be so-so. There are 3 Chinese massage places in Camarillo that I have been to, and this was my least favorite. Atmosphere was fine, but masseuse was not skilled. Had a firm, strong style which I like, but she did not really know how to give a massage. In addition, I did not particularly like that where you put your face is just covered with a paper towel slit to allow your face to go through. Not particularly professional. read more
