When we got there they'd given us an upgrade due to the "inconvenience" which I'd say it wasn't at all especially since everyone was so nice about it! The $1689 monthly paid to my BCBS, covered most of the crazy expensive charges last time. So, I walked out. Staff could not tell me approximately what the charge would be. My simple issue does not need their help. My regular MD referred me, but beware... They called me earlier this week, to sell me a new skin treatment. I said, No! Buyer beware!!! I called my BCBS insurance. She is in network, I only need to pay the $25 and this is not subject to ($1400. not $2800) the deductible.
