I prepaid for a Clear + Brilliant facial package and, yes, I missed a couple of appointments. I fully understand that policies exist--but what's disappointing is how this was handled after being a loyal client for years. I've worked with Stacy across multiple locations and continued to support her business wherever she moved. After that level of loyalty, I didn't expect to be told I need to pay an additional $100 just to reschedule, while also being denied both a refund and the ability to use my remaining (third) facial credit. It's not about the missed appointments--it's about the lack of flexibility, communication, and customer care for long-term clients. I am amazed at how amazing I looked after my treatment with Stacey yesterday. For almost two years, I have been getting treatments to turn back the hands of time. I wanted to address things like dark circles under my eyes and loss of volume in my cheeks. I am grateful for some treatments that improved my skin tone, texture, skin elasticity, and overall brightness. However, I still had some concerns, so I asked to see Stacey. She listened to me without judgment and addressed those concerns with a treatment plan, one of which I had yesterday (see the photo posted, how I looked in 2021 vs. yesterday, 2024). Her skills are nothing short of amazing. I am so happy I cannot stop looking in the mirror, and I am not vain. I cannot believe it is me. So, happy! My plan involves Potenza with Sculptra, which both make your skin glow in a way I cannot describe (see picture for that). I have had EZ PRF gel and PRF injections and follow the skincare regimen they prescribed. I highly recommend this med spa. I recently started seeing Susan. I met with her initially to discuss botox and filler and she recommended I do the clear and brilliant laser before the filler. I really appreciated the time she took to learn about what results I am looking for and to recommend the appropriate plan. After my consult she did my botox which the end results I was thrilled with. I saw Susan to get a top-up for my forehead and talk about rosacea treatments. My results are incredible!! Even with the same number of units I've gotten in the past, the results are night and day. Her placement was clearly on point and I am so pleased with the results. Makes me wonder about the medspa I used to go to... On top of that, she gave me skin care recommendations for my rosacea that were within my budget and they worked in just two weeks! Scheduled my first session for laser tattoo removal, had been waiting about a month for this appointment, I show up and they said someone called and cancelled my appointment, the manager Cristina at the front desk said someone called and gave my exact name and even confirmed my phone number and supposedly cancelled my appointment, mind you my name is not very common so this is just bs for them to give me that excuse that someone called and gave my first and last name and provided my phone number, complete bs. Worst experience and worst impression of this business. Completely absurd, it was a waste of my time and money. Edit to add, they called back and apologized and gave me a refund. Still wouldn't give them a second chance. Unacceptable. read more

My wife has been seeing Stacy for the last 2 years because of melasma. Previously, she saw a different specialist who made her melasma worse. This person used the wrong laser on her face making it darker. She was never told why this laser was used and at the last treatment he said that it wasn't working and recommended she get a biopsy on her cheek to see if she had a skin disease from another doctor in town. My wife refused and six months later, depressed and with no hope of ever having clear skin she went to see her dermatologist and mentioned what had happened. He recommended a clinic, which then recommended Stacy who worked at a different location then. So my wife made an appointment and went for her initial consultation where she was told that there was treatment available for melasma using Revlite which was a different laser. Of course my wife was scared because of what had happened before but Stacey assured her that Revlite was the correct treatment for her condition. At first the treatment didn't do much because her melasma was so bad. But after time it slowly got better. Now my wife is excited to look at her skin and see how clear it has become! No it's not 100% gone. But she is very pleased with the results of the treatment and can go out without makeup for the first time in at least ten years! I cannot recommend this facility enough! Every one of my visits has been so wonderful! Bernadette, Marianne, Lauren and Carmen have so far made my experience incredible from start to finish. I felt listened to and cared about at my initial consultation by Bernadette. She is so easy to talk with and suggested some at home products to try before/after my recommended treatment. I did not feel pushed into scheduling and was given options of some procedures that could benefit me. As a front office receptionist myself, I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and kindness that the staff showed during my first call, my check ups and my check outs after each visit. Went in to get a facial peel and it seemed like I wasn't in quite as long as I had been the last time I had this procedure done . After I went home I waited about 4 days and nothing was peeling or flaking on my skin. I called them up to let them know that I paid 150.00 for this and have nothing to show for it. Also to tell the person who does these to let them know I wasn't pleased with the peel (supposed). I did not get a phone call back from them and they showed no interest to correct the problem. I cancelled my other appts.. with them after that. I felt like I didn't get a peel that I went in for and they had no interest of fixing the problem. These gals are amazing. On time to every appointment. They take their time during the appointment and are patient will all my questions every time. Plus the nurses have all had great suggestions for skin care at home. What I like best is they worked with me and products I already had to design a system for me at home, rather than just selling me on all new stuff. Went in for my first tattoo removal session and Bernadette did an amazing job throughout the whole appointment and addressed every concern I had.
