The treatment is meant to stimulate more collagen production and I did it on my face. Nurse Jazmin did my treatment and she was extremely knowledgeable, gentle and quick! She made sure to explain the process thoroughly and she always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I've been to Korea before and have done ultherapy so I came into this treatment comparing the two. Density RF was much less painful. I'd say it was a 2/10 in terms of pain. After the treatment, my face looked more lifted and my smile lines weren't as prominent as before. The salon was very quick to reply to my email and gave me a call. They asked what I was unhappy about with my hair and they completely understood and were very apologetic. They thanked me for reaching out and wanted to do whatever was needed so I was happy with my hair and experience. They booked me with the owner, Katlyn. I went in today and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and asked me multiple questions about my hair and what my goals were, so she could fix what I didn't like. She also had two people shadowing her, so she was able to explain exactly what she was doing to correct my hair which was helpful, because I was interested as well. Katlyn showed enthusiasm during my visit and was very professional. She was personable and friendly. I was only there for an hour and a half but I had such a nice experience, it honestly felt much quicker because she and the girls helping her were so engaging.
