Basically if you are familiar with false lashes, Susana gave me the red cherry wispy lashes for my extension, except they look as if they are my real lashes - Very Pretty!!! I have slept on it overnight and it's super comfortable, unlike other extensions that I had done in the past, Susana nailed it! She makes sure each lash of the extension is not placed too close to the eyelid or touching the eyelid - she applies each lash precisely onto your own natural lash without being too close or touching the eyelid; that's what made it so comfortable for me. With the extension she designs for me, I feel glam & girly even without any makeup on. Susana is talented, she will make you look pretty! The boutique itself is chic, polished, super clean and very relaxing. Super hygiene throughout the whole process. I'm going to paint the picture for you it's Saturday evening 7:00 p.m. there's nobody in the salon when I walk in. I sit down to get my nails done another lady walks in about 5 to 10 minutes after I sit down. There's about four to five other employees sitting on pedicure chairs in the back just chit-chatting. The woman that is doing my nails barely speaks English that's important to know. There was a short man doing the other woman's nails, there's two TVs in that business one had music on and the one on the right had football on. Now I work overnights so I looked over at that woman that was getting her nails done and I asked her if she liked to watch football she said not really I'm more into basketball but only on Sundays she made a joke. I smiled at her and I said okay I'll take care of this and I looked at the short man and I asked him politely if he would mind switching the channel over because I personally was kind of falling asleep. He looks at me and says what sports isn't good enough for you I said not really I really don't care for it and we are at a nail salon anyways he goes in the back comes back about 5 minutes later with the remote sits down beside me and starts scrolling through the channels. After about a minute or two he lands on The History channel mind you he's sitting right beside me at this point he switched with the owner at this point so she was doing the other woman's nails. Now normally I don't let this type of stuff get to me I looked at the owner her name was t and I said this is disgusting behavior no? She didn't really say anything, and honestly neither did the woman sitting in the chair beside me. So I spent the rest of the time and what I wanted to spend good money with this business because I wanted to get my Halloween set done It was really excited My children I have three children they love seeing my nails once they're done so I had a really cool design in mind and the reason I told you the woman that was doing my nails couldn't speak English was because she couldn't even follow the concept of the picture I showed her on my phone. She couldn't explain to me anything and she pretty much just kept laughing at me when she couldn't explain herself. I honestly just left with half the design done, I was going to spend a good $120 over there but after everything was said and done the total came to like $75 I tipped even though I probably should have not but I was really really pissed off I can honestly say. Anyways a couple days later my eyelashes started falling off something that I had gotten done two weeks prior at that business anyways I made an appointment online because honestly they're the cheapest ones around and I just like getting my eyelashes done I'm sorry.. anyways do you know this business owner had the audacity to tell me that she didn't want my business anymore. She used to be at quincy center, at the back of the skincare studio, but have moved to Braintree on the 2nd floor in the 1604 Salon & Spa. Just take the stairs right when you walk in to the left. Very comfortable room where they do the waxing- very clean. You can actually pay in card and tip as well which is very very convenient for me! Unfortunately, Braintree was a bit hard to for me to get to, but if you have a car or live in Braintree it's quite easy to get around. There's always some sort of parking behind the house.

I hate to give bad reviews but I have had quite a few not so great experiences at this location…read more The front desk staff are hit and miss but multiple times I have witnessed pretty unprofessional behavior (bad mouthing their team in the hallways while we can hear them in the wax room, gossiping at the front desk). In addition, this last visit was the worst. I got a huge burn on my face. I thought it would die down after the first night but it looks pretty bad now and I've had to go into work for big presentations trying to cover this up. I've had burns before but this is by far the worst.
