I love reading other reviews and marvel at how easy it is to place the blame on a vendor when the buyer does not do their due diligence or plan in advance. It's always someone else's fault that their shopping experience wasn't satisfactory. I do a lot of research before I make a major purchase and for me, new luggage is a major purchase especially if it is name brand and presumes to be quality. And while a vendor does try to offer a wide assortment of prices and styles, it really is the manufacturer who should be liable for faulty products, not the seller. My husband and I are planning an overseas trip this summer so the first thing I did was find out what size International carry-ons must be. The information is out there, folks; take the time and trouble to look it up. A competitor of Luggage Pros had the exact same product at the same price and both offered a 25% coupon. However, the competitor's website did not decrease the price when I entered the coupon code so Luggage Pros got my business. I did note that both items showed to be In Stock but when the shipping notice came, one was on backorder. No big deal since I'm planning in plenty of advance that I can allow a little waiting time to get what I want at a great price. In fact, both pieces arrived the same day, much to my surprise, and it was not a long wait either. Packing was excellent and I received a personal, follow-up email. The merchandise arrived within the time frame indicated, and was exactly as described. The luggage sets itself apart from just about all the other manufacturers. It looks many times more expensive than it cost. I suspect it will attract professional thieves at large airports. If this carry-on always travels in the hold, I don't think it would long withstand the bruising it would surely get. If traveling by car or by train, I'm sure it will give years of good service. The carry-on will fit into the overhead bins of a plane. I'm not sure about the separate bag. Until I know it's measurements, I can't say if it would fit in the foot well of the plane. If it doesn't fit, you may be charged an excess baggage fee, in which case the airline will insist that the bag be transferred to the hold. This set is so handsome that I think I'll buy a duplicate set, then wrap it in something like sail cloth. That will help to protect it when I have to check it in to the hold of the plane, and professional thieves won't be able to see how smart this is. Points to consider: 1. I don't like the padlock system for locking it; I always lose the key. Some manufacturers of this kind of bag have a built in locking device which requires a code. If you forget the code, you're in trouble. 2. I would rather have paid extra in order to have a matching toilet kit (a large one). 3. I should have liked a separate compartment for hanging things like suits, jackets, trousers, shirts etc. All in all, this is a very impressive set which I would recommend. read more

I needed an international-compliant carry-on, which is smaller than the size allowed on U.S. domestic flights, and I was having trouble finding a place that had them in stock in the U.S. Ordering from the UK would have taken too long for our trip, and I wasn't familiar with LuggagePros, but they came up in a Google search. They were very prompt and helpful on e-mail with giving an accurate timeframe for when our luggage would arrive, and it did arrive when expected. Then, we realized that we had forgotten to order theft-proof lanyards for our backpacks, which they also had in stock. By this time we had only four days before departure, and I didn't see an option to expedite on the website, so I called to see if it was possible for the lanyards to arrive in time with regular mail. The person I spoke with was SOOOO wonderful: he told me Fed Ex was coming to the shop in about 20 minutes, and that he would personally pull the lanyards and prepare them for shipping immediately to get them out with the Fed Ex pick-up. THEN, he called someone in billing and had her send me a separate e-mail invoice to expedite the shipment with FedEx (which was not overly expensive). The lanyards arrived in 2 days, just as FedEx said they would. I wanted a certain brand of luggage and I have searched on Amazon, on eBay. and my local stores, practically everywhere trying to get the best price, but non has them better than Luggage Pros! I almost gave up and purchased the luggage with Amazon but luckily I saw Luggage Pros as one of the sellers and wanted to checked them out. I went to their website and wow the price is (not was) awesome! I purchased them right away with Luggage Pros! Their shipping wasn't Amazon's prime but not too far off. I got my luggage in a few days. I deducted a star is because of a couple of things. When you first go Luggagepros.com there is an Ad that pop out right away "Receive an EXTRA 10% off" when you subscribes to the mailing list. So I signed up and was excited to get the extra 10% off. And the luggage I wanted was eligible for a FREE 3-Day shipping! How sweet is that!? Awesome price, an extra discount, and fast shipping, right!!? Well, let me tell you... , NO 10% off and NO FREE 3-day shipping! Fine print said the brand of luggage I wanted is not on the list for the discount! And then, if you wanted the "FREE" 3-day shipping you have to pay $45 for "oversize handling"! What!? I got annoyed for a bit, but hey! I still got the best price and the shipping was fairly quick. My husband and I travel a lot now that we are close to retirement and wanted light weight luggage that is durable and fits a lot. On our recent trip to Alaska we saw someone with just what we have been looking for and it was by Eagle Creek. We asked the people where they got it and they said REI. So when we got back we went to REI and saw the price of the luggage and said no way were we paying over $500 for two pieces of luggage. The luggage is Gear Warrior and has a whatever lifetime guarantee (if anything happens to it for ANY reason, they will fix or replace it) so basically it is the last luggage we will ever buy but we thought there has to be a place we can get it for less. We ran a google search and Luggage Pros was the answer. We got the same two Gear Warrior pieces, 32 inch and 29 inch, for 20% less than REI and got free shipping. They arrived in less than a week and were in perfect condition. They sent a follow up email to make sure we are satisfied. How nice. Luggage arrived on expected date.  The Travelpro Maxlite 4 International Carry-On Rollarboard was just what we had hoped it would be -- lightweight, easy to pull around, and sturdy.  In real life, the blue color is a bit darker and richer looking than on the website pictures.  While it looks maybe a bit feminine on the website, the real-life darker color would also be suitable for a man.  If you want to know more about the outside dimensions:  the height of the bag itself is 19.5 inches, but with wheels and handle it is 21.5 inches.  If you don't smash the handle down, it is close to 22 inches.  At the widest point, the bag is 14 inches wide.  However, from outside of wheel to outside of wheel, it is 14.5 inches.  The wheels also add about 1/2 inches to the depth, making the outside envelope between 8 and 9 inches deep depending on how full the bag is.  If you unzip the expanding top, it will add another inch, to give the bag a maximum depth of 10 inches.  And if the compartments in the lid are stuffed, you could get it up to 11 inches. read more

My Eagle Creek No Matter What Flatbed Duffel 28 stood up to a marathon 28-day trip through Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. During the trip, I traveled to 16 cities, stayed in 13 hotels, and took 8 flights. The bag held up magnificently through all that, which required LOTS of packing and unpacking, and trudging through airports, a ferry across the Straits of Gibraltar, trains across Spain, and numerous taxis. The wheels were tested on cobblestone streets and bump-pulled up many flights of stairs. It holds a lot and stands up to the rigors of travel. Great value! Beyond the luggage piece itself, am very impressed with firm's customer service. I actually bought two pieces in two sizes, knowing I would return one. I was working on a project for a booster club, and we had a hard deadline to get some luggage tags for our students. I had previously given this company an excellent rating. I am updating my rating because the first time we used the duffle bags one of them the zipper broke open and our stuff was all over the airport baggage conveyer belt. My husband lost a very old and dear pocket knife. I contacted the company thinking they would let me exchange the bag because we just got it and it broke on the first use. He told me it was past 30 days and I would have to contact Samsonite. It was like day 31. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Doesn't care about the customers. Also do not recommend the bag at all. The zipper isn't strong enough so when the baggage people grab the handle it can't support the weight. It only had about 35 lbs in it. There are clipable straps that go around the bag probably because they discovered this problem, but they were clipped and the zipper still broke. read more

In 2017 I was able to purchase a 3 piece set of Izack Mirazhi luggage from Bon Ton's, a wonderful local dept. store in PA that has gone toes-up. It was a hard-shelled designer black and white flowered set...and I used the 29" piece on two trips...one on a Baltic cruise and once to Disney World. First trip: airline handlers crumpled in a corner, and second trip, filled case pushed one of the "tiny" wheels through the shell as it came off the bed. Yeah, I had a warranty...for faulty materials. You know what that means. So, I went online to find another 29" of the same set. Not only did Luggage Pros cost 1/3 the price of the exact same case as on Amazon Prime, but the new one came in two days and the newer year's version now has larger 4 wheels for weight. Purchased Travelpro Crew 11 International Carry-on from Luggage Pros online. My first order with them and I inadvertently ordered the rollerboard (2-wheel) rather than the spinner (4-wheel) model. When I realized I had ordered the wrong model I thought, "Oh no, this is going to be an ordeal to return it and order the correct model." I was SO wrong!! Called them and within 2 minutes of telling them what I had done they had emailed me a return shipping label (pre-paid) and placed my new order for the correct model. Best customer service EVER!!!! Placed an order for a Travelpro Maxlite Carry-On, which was shown on the website to be in stock, and a cable lock. Several days after confirmation of the order, I received an email saying the Carry-On was on backorder, but the email did not state when it would be available. I had to send an email to Luggage Pros to ask when they expected to ship the Carry-On and was told it would be shipped by the end of June. I subsequently received another email from Luggage Pros saying that the Carry-On would not be shipped till sometime in July. In the meantime, however, Luggage Pros billed by credit card for both the lock and the Carry-On. I am now trying to get Luggage Pros to credit the amount for the Carry-On back to my credit card, since after reading other reviews, I doubt if I will every received the bag. read more

Excellent service and answers their phone. Good price and prompt shipping. Their competitors do not answer their phone nor return a call. Their competitor's website routes you to Amazon. Bought the Travelpro Magna pro 21" spinner to match our 26" spinner. Our favorite bag with the magna trac wheels. This makes it easier to roll in a straight line. Less stress on your wrist. We also have the Travel pro Crew 11 spinner with the magna trac wheels which we liked a lot. Compared the two and found the wheel base of the magna pro to be slightly broader translate to better balance and less likely to tip. We have other bags like Tumi, Andiamo, Skyway, Delsey, Samsonite. Best is the Travelpro which has a lower center of gravity on their spinners. Much better balance especially when you place a carry on bag on top. read more

The product arrived earlier than expected, packed well, and is still servicing me in a grand fashion after 5 years of hard use. I have ordered All of my needs through them since then. No hiccups, great service, no baloney excuses, just a gigantic selection that is "in stock" for immediate delivery, most of the time shipping charge free. Why would you not want to do business with a company whose focus is the customer and the best way to treat them fairly, honestly, and with respect. My experience was with the website online. I could not get my new login to work so I had to try different browsers (does not work on Firefox- for Mac users who tend to default to Firefox). Anyway, I got it to work on Safari and the ease of browsing was great. I needed luggage for flight attendant work and found Luggagepros had the best deals on 2 Travelpro pieces I needed. Ease of ordering was good and I was ecstatic when my order arrived on my doorstep 2 days later! I checked everything over and both pieces appeared well but I am going to test them out this coming weekend, since I otherwise won't be using the pieces for work until early 2017. I ordered it about 10 days before I would have like to have it, but I could live if I didn't get it in time. Well it got to me WAY before I expected and it was awesome! I bought the McKlein W Series McKlein W Series Winnetka Leather Ladies Briefcase with Removable Sleeve SKU: IID85395 Color: Fuchsia. This was a college graduation gift my my son's girlfriend. She will be attending graduate school beginning this fall and I felt she needed something special and more professional than the ol backpack. She LOVED it, was so excited and I could tell that she felt very "adult". The color is so saturated and vibrant. I will say (as you can see above) the description said it had a removable sleeve but it did not. Other than that, great purchase! I was actively shopping for a new purse. I wanted leather,compartments, and convenience. I found it in the Piel Bloom bag. Luggage Pros was far less expensive than the other "E" bag sites. The leather is rich and gorgeous. The bag is a larger bag with three separate compartment. Each compartment has a zippered pocket. One compartment has a full zipper and the other two a rugged snap. A very nice bag, I am very satisfied with my purchase. My reason for only four stars was the delivery, which was free but slow. My mistake for not paying for a quicker ship method.
