I highly recommend Luggage Pros. the price on my rolling backpack was 30% less that other sites. the quality is excellent. I have only two suggestions. one is that each so called carry-on piece be rated as to acceptability by specific airline. My Piece is 1/2 inch too tall for Canada air over seas flight but ok on other airlines. I know that would be a hassle but a great service. Secondly the delivery time should be made clear before the order is accepted. Yes it only took two days in transit but the supplier(eagle creek) took 5 days to process the order before the shipping. In my case the delay was not an issue but it might have been if I had an airline ticket in hand. read more

Two complaints where they were intentionally unclear and not transparent when placing order on their site: 1.) I ordered a piece of Rimowa luggage. Their order confirmation screen listed everything was good and immediately charged my credit card. Later, they sent an email stating product was back ordered for 8 weeks. When I called them and pointed out nowhere on their site or when placing order did they mention the product was back ordered. They criticized me and said "incoming" was listed by product (but it shows the word only once when add product to shopping cart with no date) That is a purposely vague and uncommon on-line shopping term and they only print "incoming" one time briefly with no date. Plus they get your money for 2 months+ before you get the product. I checked with other stores that carry same Rimowa luggage: Neiman Marcus, Berfdorf Goodman, Zappos and if they did not have the product in stock thet were all crystal clear on their sites and clearly said "back ordered" and listed expected ship date. Plus these other stores won't charge their customers until they ship. 2.) When you first go onto Luggage Pros site it prompts for new customer email before even placing order promising a 10% discount. Next, they send email with promo code with lots of info about great brands they carry with an asterisk. And then customer has to read thru fine print at bottom and then additionally click to another link to find what is not included in their 10% promo. That is wasting a lot of customers' time to click thru links and read fine print after they inititated it all with their pop-up prompt. So annoying! When I called they scolded me and said to read all the fine print and click on the links. Even though I aleady had. I called Luggage Pros to cancel my order which they did immediately accept and confirmed. Next, I ordered luggage with another store, no problem. Why not just conduct your business in a transparent, clear, and honest way in the first place as other vendors do? read more

They e-mailed me back and bluntly told me that they would not honor the price at all, much less give me 15% of the difference on top of it. I contacted luggage pros once via e mail prior to delivery. The responce to my e mail was quick, and the delivery arrived within a few days. Everything was in perfect condition on arrival. Do not use Luggage Pros! Go to Google Shopping and find another retailer if you are ever considering buying something from them. I was ripped off for a $150 Patagonia bag last summer that was allegedly signed for by someone at my old office that claims they never signed for the package. Luggage Pros did not make good on the situation and I was out $150. Also, their price matching policy is bogus. I had submitted a claim but didn't take a screenshot the day of, and the price fluctuated so they did not end up honoring the match since they weren't able to verify it the day I submitted it. I wrote a letter to their president who didn't not follow up on my reply. Customer service at all levels of the company was sub par. Please do not make the same mistake I did; use a reputable online retailer and stay far away from Luggage Pros. read more

BEWARE! I bought a suitcase from Luggage Pros, used it ONCE - from the airport to the hotel room and back again - and the wheels fell off!!! I called Luggage Pros and they told me they "just sell 'em" and that I should go to the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer of Travel Pro in FL and they told me I have to bring in the bag to a local retailer and they will "assess" the bag to see if they will cover it or I have to pay out of pocket. Terrible. Placed an order 11/28/16 for carry-on luggage as a Christmas gift. The item was labeled "in-stock." After I placed the order, I received an email saying that the item I ordered was being produced and assembled and was in production to be finished by 12/16/16 and shipped out immediately. The timing seemed fine for a Christmas delivery, so I didn't worry about it. The item never showed up, leaving me with no gift to give. The company then continued to tell me that the item was in production but was delayed. In January, I received an email saying that the luggage would be available 1/27/17. No delivery was made. I called Luggage Pros irate today, 2/28/17, and the company finally told me that they do not have the piece and will not be getting it and confirmed that they did not have the courtesy to let me know.
