I won a gift card and cane I to redeem it and was greeted with a very warm welcome by BEN...and a "How you doing" Very nice ambiance..dim lights..lots of wine options! This is the wonderful community of Bellevue!

Great food, great prices, great service! Did I mention the great food? The dinner rolls were delicious. Caesar salad is huge and it was enough for 3 people. That was some of the best Caesar salad dressing I have ever tasted. I had the fettuccine carbonara, but we also had the seafood damianca (sp) meatballs, and fried calamari. All of them were chef's kiss!

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for like 20 years. I finally went and was sadly displeased. I had a shrimp pasta with vodka sauce. I quite liked the sauce but the shrimp had their tails. So I had to peel shrimp with a piping hot pasta sauce on it. Horrible. Moreover, my wife liked her meal well enough, but the next morning was absolutely hurling chunks. Can't be certain it was Luigi's I guess but she's never sick, and no viruses or anything we're going around. None of the food we recently shared made anybody else sick. She's convinced it was Luigi.

Outstanding!! Food came out hot, fresh and amazing! I ordered the shrimp and lobster ravioli. I will definitely be back. Some of the best I've had.

Started destroying this Chicken Marsala before I could get a proper picture. Great little hidden gem with fast service. Had never heard of it and happened to be in the area. I'll be sure to come back. Thanks.

Amazing small Italian vibe with great service and even better food. When I say this is the best pasta I've ever had, I'm not kidding . Anytime I am in the Omaha area, I have to stop here ! The penne alla vodka is sooooo good!

6 years later I came with a different crowd. the margarita had a nice shot of amaretto but just like everywhere else, they cut back on the alcohol. Dad had the shrimp scampi- about 7 decent size shrimp, and he ate pretty much all of it. I had the sampler- lasagna in the middle with 1 ravioli on one side and half of a manicotti on the other. With a salad and complimentary rolls , we did have enough leftovers for tomorrow. My brother had spaghetti works and got one small meatball but plenty of Italian sausage. My SIL had sausage parmigiana, I believe. Love the murals on the walls with the led lighting. The service was prompt, accurate and plenty of follow up

Friendly service, comfy setting, and oh yeah - the food! Unfortunately for me, there is too much seafood on the menu but there's always something. People rave about the seafood dishes so I'll trust them and say it must be good. I'm just not into it. On this visit, we each ordered a cocktail. I decided to try the lemon martini which I never order and OH MY GOODNESS. It was awesome! They nailed it. The limoncello brought it home. My dining partner had a dirty martini and was satisfied as well. We enjoyed a Spezia salad which featured mixed greens, prosciutto, tomato, Kalamata olives, and a house vinaigrette. It all combined so well. The lettuce was wonderfully fresh, no need to pick out rotting leaves like some places. The dressing was simply light and delish. We shared a plate of spaghetti. You get several options to add to it. The grilled spicy Italian sausage sounded good. I'm not sure which was better. The sausage or the marinara sauce. Both were soooooo good!! The sausage was truly grilled and spicy and just amazing, and it was not greasy either. The marinara sauce challenged my own that I make at home. We devoured that plate of spaghetti which was big enough to share. I forgot to take a picture as it was served so I am sharing a tight shot of half the order after we divided it.

Spezia, you let me down!…read more Our waiter struggled to keep up with the dinner rush. We arrived for our reservation and were seated at 6:40 where we weren't greeted by our waiter for quite awhile. It took a long time to get our drinks and I had to ask for bread so we decided to skip appetizers and go straight to our entree. When ordering the entree our waiter said "and which salad would you like?" And then listed the salad options. Normally when ordering a main and the waiter says which salad do you want that's because the salad comes with the meal. Nope. We were charged $11 per salad that we didn't even really want. The salads were your average side salad, but thankfully had good dressings. We hadn't brought up salads, the waiter did when we ordered our entree. So we were disappointed to have $20+ in salads that we didn't request until the waiter offered them. Our salads were finished for at least 15 minutes before our main entree came out at about 7:30, nearly an hour after we had been seated. My shrimp scampi was good, the broccolini was a touch under cooked but the flavors were still good, and the shrimp was surprisingly large in size and cooked exactly how it should be. Had we been served quicker and not offered things that didn't come with our meal when ordering our meal we may have been happier, hard to say. The table next to us was sat about 10 minute after us and had a different waitress. They received their entire meal (including bread & apps) and left before we were offered dessert. The food is good, I won't discredit that at all. But when coming to a restaurant like this you are expecting a level of service that we just didn't get. I'm sure we'll try again in the future and if service is better I will definitely update my review but for now, this was a let down of a birthday dinner.

Right off the bat, we were greeted warmly and had the sweetest waitress. We ordered drinks and some focaccia. It came out warm with fresh parmesan cheese and oil. Light and airy, it melted in our mouths - absolutely delicious! Our pasta entrees were each perfectly seasoned and plated. Al dente. We both could have licked our plates clean! The sauces were perfection. And then the best part of an already flawless meal - the homemade tiramisu. If you come here don't order that, what are you even doing?! It was so good, I needed a cigarette afterwards (and I don't smoke). We will without a doubt be back, sooner than later. Thank you, Cibo Vino!

I've been here on multiple occasions and the consistency and service is unmatched. I think they do a really great job handling busy evenings because I've never had an issue getting a reservation here last minute. It helps the restaurant is large, but I haven't found it influences the quality. My favorite menu items are the vodka pasta and the brown butter alfredo. It's a really hard debate every visit. For $4 you must try the very large portion of rosemary focaccia. They also have one my favorite Caesar salads in Omaha. I also love to snag a spot on the patio if available -- great people watching!

I was delightfully introduced to this cozy corner by the ever busy Shannon, and she wasn't kidding when said her (Nicola's) Lasagna Mediterranean was to die for. I was gifted a few bites and let me tell you... what ever magic Nicola sprinkles on it, was DELISH. I'm hardly a red sauce fan but ok now.. I see you. Snagged their Tiramisu Martini... and it was just.. perfect. No where near burnt (martinis seem to trick a few up), with that cozy warm Kahlua kick on the back end. A definite will do again in my book! I was feeling a little appetizer-ee this evening so I chose the Bruschetta and Prosciutto e Melone as my meal, and it was plentiful! The sweet (melon) salty (prosciutto) combo, mixed with some tangy asiago was out of the park. I may even dream about this appetizer if I'm completely honest... never mind the pieces of delish bread, topped with finely diced tomatoes. Just everything paired really, really well and it's such a great summer eve meal - peep that patio folks! Not pictured, was a few bites of their Lemon dessert that was incredibly light, airy, fresh, the slightest hint of lemon (it won't smack ya in the face) and the best sponge to her cake. A LOT of love is included, and you can tell.
