The delivery time was quick and this was some of the best pizza i've had in Clarksville. I'll definitely be ordering again.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I'm a terrible pizza snob who's eaten pizza in Italy, and that gets five stars. That said, it's my favorite delivery place in town. I don't usually love delivery places. All the national chains? Nope. But this is my new go-to. The thin crust is delicious and every time I've ordered, it's been super fast, hot, and my order has been 100% accurate. First off, I hail from IL so I'm used to Chicago style pizza. I also know that the South is hardly known for getting pizza right. So it's up to the rest of the Yelpers to decide to take my opinion into consideration or whether it's an unfair assessment. This pizza was served to us at a luncheon yesterday so I cannot vouch for the service or prices. PIZZA: Tasteless. Cheese is thick, rubbery, and fake. It was like gnawing on a cheap, grisly steak. Crust is equally as disappointing. Sauce? There wasn't even enough to taste it. Toppings had 0 taste as well (that includes sausage and pepperoni). Overall, it's nasty pizza. A Red Baron pizza from the freezer section of the grocery tastes better than that garb. What makes a pizza nasty you ask? Cutting corners with frozen ingredients (not at all fresh) and fake cheese to try to save $$. FINAL THOUGHTS: If you're Italian, used to Chicago, NY, or even Saint Louis style pizza then don't bother setting foot in this pizzeria. This pizza isn't worth the apparent reasonable price. I would give the location on 101 -5 stars if I could. Ordered my pizza for delivery and obviously being sat night their busy. When I called to check on it I was informed it would probably be faster if I come get it. So I go get it. After I arrive I find out one pizza wasnt made yet. Ok, they pop it in the oven and I get a fresh pizza. As I'm waiting a delivery driver takee one of my other pizza's and put a new label on it. It wasn't here on time so I called to ask where my order was and the Manager said it should be here any second... 1 hour later (Now we've been waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes) I call them back to ask where my order was and they said they already came to the house but no one answered the door and they tried to call us but we didn't answer so they voided out the order... No one came to my house... I have a ring security system that records and tracks every movement on my property and I sure as hell didn't see someone come to my door or even pull in the driveway... so on top of them being over an hour late... they lied about coming to my house and trying to call us and didn't even ask to remake the order... This is a really great local pizza place. There are 3 locations in town and this is the best. Delivery is free which is awesome but it can take quite a while, I'm sure because they're sonpoular. When it arrives it's always hot and fresh. The bbq chicken is great! My husbands favorite is the siracha steak. The just cheese is rich and so yummy. My kids love the huge Texas cheese pizza! Definitely recommend , it's my new go to pizza joint for sure. read more

Ordered online at 8 and if it wasn't for my mom calling the store to add to the order we would've never received it because the employee said, "sometimes the online orders doesn't go through" so they never received it! I ordered through the phone at 8:35pm and my order did not arrive until 10:45ish. Also, the wings i originally ordered online AND on the phone were not added to my order so after all that waiting for COLD pizza, i never received wings. I called back and the manager told me it was not added on my order and that I can order them now but the deliver time would take long. Seriously? Normally Luigis has been our go to. We placed an order again under the Covid restrictions. The pizza had almost no toppings, the calzone was almost bare and the salad was awful. Ordered pizza today from this location. We ordered a large cheese pizza, cheesy sticks, cheese cake, and drinks. Everything was delicious and not too expensive! The only downside was that delivery took about an hour, but they did tell us that when we ordered so it's not like they lied about that. I would recommend this place to any pizza lover! I ordered a sub and calzone at 430. They said 45 minutes. At 520 I called back and manager said order was coming out of the oven and would be on the way. Got our order at 6. 1.5 hours for our order. Called back the next day and manager said they had long delivery times and apologized. They lied to me and did not offer to make it better. We have been supportive of Luigis since our first time stationed at Fort Campbell in 2009. I have to say that our last pizza from them, June 2018, was horrible. We feel like we just don't have a pizza place anymore. We are highly disappointed in how the quality has gone down over the years to the point that now we won't even order from them anymore. We are new to the area and heard some good things about Luigi's so we gave it a try. The wait time for delivery (on Friday night) was very reasonable, the delivery guy was very polite, and it was cheap. As far as the pizza itself, it wasn't anything special. They offer large sizes, such as the 18 or 20 inch, and we ordered an 18 in. The crust is thick, so it can feel like you're eating "pizza bread." The sauce is on the sweet side, so if you are looking for a spicier sauce with a "kick", then this isn't it. The toppings were a little on the weak side as far as coverage, but the pizza was delivered hot. All in all, the pizza ranges between okay to good, depending upon what you are looking for in pizza. I ordered my family's lunch at 12:12pm. It's currently 2:35pm, and no food. I called Luigi's Pizzeria a total of 3 times and spoke to a woman named Doreen and ultimately the manager named Lia (?). She told me that the delivery persons vehicle broke down. That my food is ready, and waiting to be picked up by the remaining driver. I paid $25.71 for this order for my kids and I. When I called last and spoke to the manager, I cancelled my order that was still at the shop and asked for a refund. I asked for a cancelation confirmation number, and was told that there is no such number and that it would take up to 10 business days for my money to be put back into my card! I called my bank for assistance, and was told to call back for a "release of authorization" to be faxed to the number provided, only to find out that they don't have a fax machine. The manager was not rude, and she explained it the best that she could. But, now I have no food for us to eat on this "snow day/no school", and no money to use at a different place, either. read more

Great customer service as well, went to pick up a texas size pizza for the super bowl and braked late on a late and my pizza box fell on the fell and when we lifted the box lid it was all deformed like a accordion. We went back to ask if we could get refunded. They girl working the register was nice enough to give me a fresh pizza with a smile and said it happens all the time.
