Worst customer service! I have ordered from here the last 3 years and it took them over an hour and a half to get me 2 small pizzas an im only 10 minutes away with traffic! My husband got the brisket pizza and enjoyed it, so he went back a few days later and got one for me to try. Unfortunately, it was really disappointing. The brisket was good by itself but half the pizza barely had any cheese on it. Basically paid for bread. I used to love this place--I live in Atlanta now but would always stop by when in town. I'm giving it two stars because the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pizza was sort of free due to their "new to the neighborhood" coupons (we paid the $8 upcharge to make it a 20") I hate to say this is probably the worse pizza i've ever had. We got pepperoni, mushrooms, and green olives. There were hardly any toppings besides the green olives. Horrific, terrible, worthless. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel after a long days of travel. I filled out the online order delivery information and accurately stated the name and address of the hotel. An hour later, I called the store to ask if there was some problem and why my pizza had not been delivered yet. I was assured that the pizza was on its way and that they were shortstaffed. 25 minutes later no pizza. I called the store and told them to give me a refund. We had this delivered for our grandsons birthday party the pizza is the worst I have ever had, the sauce is acidic and tastes horrible. The cheese they use is like plastic and they are very stingy with the toppings not to mention when the pizza arrived it was cold and looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. The Meat Lovers was great. Salty yummy goodness. The other was a pepper and onion pizza, great red sauce and a thick dough crust. The staff was friendly and ordering was a breeze. Bad attitude experience when I walked in to place my order. He was take it or leave it, it doesn't matter to me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I've ordered here several times, and this place has gotten progressively worse. Today was the absolute worst. Straight garbage. So bad that it was disrespectful. The fact that you guys consider this a business is just very disappointing. You would think paying $50 dollars worth of food would translate to quality food. Definitely no. The pizza was cold. Tasted like garbage. Dry as cardboard. Delivery took 1.5 hours (was supposed to be 45 mins). Words can't express how angry I am. I hope this place goes bankrupt because of the way you guys do business. Do us a favor and just close down. Don't do business anymore. Save your money people. My review is based on what I witnessed at Luigi's pizza, 2243 suite A, Lowe's drive, Clarksville. I was waiting on my order, standing at the front counter, I observed 3 employees', (two males and 1 female) standing at the food prep area. One of the males' after scratching his hair placed his hand in the cheese bend, grabbing a handful of cheese, and letting it fall through is finger's, over and over again. I asked the manager while pointing to the employee; "is that normal"? She replied, "no it's not". After going over talking to him, the female yelled in a loud obnoxious voice, "everyone does that"! How disgusting. And they do not wear gloves. If would be nice if the health department would make a visit. read more

The absolute worst. They mess up my order every time. Every. Single. Time. And I know what you are thinking, "why do you keep ordering from them, then?" They are the only delivery pizza in my area with cauliflower crust. I keep swearing them off whenever I have to wait an extra hour for them to remake a pizza. But a month goes by, and all I want is a pizza so I give them another shot. I mean, statistically speaking, they can't mess up every time, can they? Yes, yes they can. Only gave 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. I have had consistent issues with this restaurant for the last few orders. Was attempting to give them second chances because they used to be wonderful and I do enjoy their food when it's made correctly. Even pre covid they were running hour long deliveries with cold food. I ordered through door dash, hoping it would maybe save some time as they wouldn't have to send their own people. I tracked it and the delivery person came straight from the store even though it was delayed. The app kept me up to date. I have no issues from any other place with door dash. I ordered two DIET pepsis. I cannot consume the sugar in regular soda. I was sent regular. The picture shows how much meat was on my salad. Maybe 3 or 4 cut slices not even a 1/2 inch in any diameter. And the wings were cold. I called luigis and they told me they could do nothing. Because I ordered through door dash. Uh....YOU gave door dash the wrong drinks. YOUR food was cold. This place is not what it used to be. I'm all for local restaurants but save yourself 30 mins and a headache and go to dominos. We placed our order last Friday- said 25 to 45 minutes.. an hour and half goes by with no food, I call and ask (nicely because I know they're busy) but they don't give me a time they just said it should be done soon. Then tonight we opted for pick up thinking it would get done faster.. WRONG. we ordered it at 6pm, said it would be done in 20 to 25 minutes, head up there were sitting there for an hour with them saying continuously it's not much longer and finally we ask for a refund AND THEY DIDNT EVEN START OUR FOOD! I used to like Luigis pizza but not anymore. I ordered a large cheese pizza cooked well done so that the bottom is crisp. This pizza took an hour and 45 minutes. Once we finally got it, it was cold. It was SO incredibly greasy, it was literally sitting in a pool of grease. The bottom was so soggy and floppy due to all the grease, and I guess they didn't cook it well done. So ridiculous, a frozen pizza would've been better than wasting my money on this. read more
