Otherwise, you have a very nice waiting room with an easy chair and regular chairs. They also have TV. If you don't like the channel, ask someone who's passing by if they can change it. If you know you're going to be there for a long while, bring your phone charger to plug in there while you wait. Otherwise, have someone pick you up.

I got 3 used tires from him, and about a month later I returned to get a patch in one of my tires. He told me he noticed my tires were damaged/no good. I reminded them those were the same tires they sold me. At first, Omar denied even selling that brand, but after speaking with an employee, he agreed to replace them. However, he replaced them with mismatched tire sizes on my Honda Accord. He put two 215/55 R17 tires in the front when the Accord requires 225/50 R17, and on the rear driver side replaced it with a 215/50 R17. Once again i pointed out there was an issue with these tires, he told me when he had the correct sizes in i would get a call so that he could replace them. To this day the issue still is not resolved. In February, they diagnosed my car as needing a water pump replacement. I brought my own part from AutoZone, so I understood the labor would not be under warranty. I was given a great deal, but after getting my car back, I immediately noticed damage/scuffing on the passenger side bumper. When I brought it up, I was questioned about whether the damage was already there and was told the cameras would be checked, and he would get my paint matched to fix it, but nothing was ever resolved. Even worse, only one day after getting my car back, the engine began misfiring. I returned to the shop, and the mechanic admitted a hose had accidentally been left disconnected during the repair. He put the hose back on and sent me on my way. However, the car was still misfiring so I YouTubed it myself and the computer board needed to be rest because of the lose hose so i got under the hood and did it myself. Wouldn't you know, it fixed the problem. How could they not know this needed to be done or did they simply not want to take the time to complete their work. Three months later, I went back again because my car was leaking coolant. I didn't go back because I thought their work was any good but because they were the ones who installed the water pump in the first place. He let me know he could replace the water pump, but there would be another labor charge because I brought my own part. However do I know that the hose they left disconnect did not cause the part to fail after only 3 months. I needed my car, so I paid them again. Of course, I got my car back with more damage, now there are also cracks in the paint on that same passenger-side bumper. I'm done going here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO…read moreBUTCH'S! My experience with this shop was nothing short of a nightmare. The mechanics are completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I initially brought my car in for overheating issues. They diagnosed the problem and charged me $500 to replace two hoses and a thermostat. I was told they drove the car for 100 miles and that everything was working fine. I picked up the car, drove just a block, and it overheated again. I brought it back, and they admitted to installing the wrong size hose. After supposedly fixing that, I picked the car up again--only for it to overheat yet again on my way to work, right before getting on the freeway. This was now the third time I had to bring it back. They said they'd re-diagnose the issue. Later, they called and told me the real problem was now the water pump and timing belt, and quoted me $3,000 to fix it. At that point, I told them I'd be picking up my car and wanted a refund, as they had failed to fix the issue from the start. The employee was defensive and only apologized after I pointed out how unprofessional and careless their service had been. I explained that driving a car while it's overheating is dangerous, especially since I have children in the vehicle. This place is shady, dishonest, and lacks any accountability. I truly hope the Better Business Bureau investigates them, because businesses like this are what give San Pedro a bad reputation.

My expectations of this place were exceeded and now I'm back out on the road! Will return for any of my car needs and if anyone asks me for a recommendation, I'll mention this place and my experience. Thanks Cruz!
