We had leaking in our basement and Gerardo came out for a consultation. He was super knowledgeable and thorough. His quote was reasonable so we hired him. He and his crew came out the next day to install a French drain. He always communicated on their arrival timing and gave me updates as the project processed. They all worked extremely hard and efficiently. Here's the best part, the next time it rained really hard Gerardo gave me a call to follow up about how the drain was working. He truly cared that their work was effective. We were out of town so we saw on our camera that there was a little bit of water still getting in the basement. So Gerardo made a trip out while it was pouring rain to inspect the property to see if he could find the issue. This was above and beyond my expectations!! Then his crew came back as soon as they could, added an additional drain, and did several trials to make sure the water was contained. He also sent a random individual to our property without notice or introduction, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When approaching individual he stated he didn't speak English and did not know Tony. Although Tony eventually agreed to issue a refund, he gave us a check we politely declined due to concerns about how he conducts business. Since then, he has been unresponsive and has made no effort to return the funds. We are now in the process of filing a civil suit. Unfortunately, it's clear that nothing has changed. Tony is still conducting business in a shady and untrustworthy manner. Save yourself the headache and the hassle -- stay far away from this company.
