Unfortunately, our interaction with our bartender, Sarah, was incredibly disappointing. From the start, she seemed uninterested in taking our order and appeared visibly annoyed by our presence. Every request we made was met with a lack of stock or an attitude that suggested we were a burden. The level of customer service was non-existent, and it escalated to the point where there was an attempt to have me kicked out for no justifiable reason. Thankfully, Brian stepped in, and he truly saved the entire night. He was the complete opposite of Sarah when professional, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely apologetic for the situation. He is a total class act and the only reason we stayed. We made sure to tip him $100 to show our appreciation for his service, but management should take a hard look at the service standards being set by other members of the staff. read more

Went for lunch on a Thursday and had not wait to be seated. Live music was cool and where we sat it wasn't too hard to hear each other talk even being not too far from the band, that was great. Our server was perfect, she was friendly and had great timing. I got the fried chicken sandwich which was a huge disappointment. It has cole slaw on it which made the whole thing a sopping mess. No crunch to the chicken because it was soggy along with the bun. Another in our party got it as well and was not a fan. My husband had the fried catfish and it was piping hot and delicious. Get that or something else and it should be fine. The menu seemed a bit limited also, would not go back for the food, but free live music I would! My wife and I went to Nashville in late September to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary and we stopped by Luke's. Our server, La 'Dairron was amazing. He was so good about checking in on us and brought us our food almost immediately. My wife ordered a chicken Cesar salad and I orders the beer can chicken. The chicken was so good but the outside/skin felt a little too over seasoned. Overall, it was the best bar food I've had the entire week. We loved this place! It is four stories tall with a live band on the 1st floor and most tables on the 2nd. The top two floors are half covered bar areas with more music pumping. The view from the roof is amazing, especially at night. Despite being kind of loud, service was great and our server was quite attentive. I had bison meatloaf with a great veggie and mashed potato base. My wife had a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and loved it. For an appetizer we shared some pork nachos on housemaid kettle chips. We came in for the novelty and the name. We noticed it was cleaner than most of the spots on Broadway, super new and lots of wood and brick. and more expensive too! Sorry I cant give a zero star. My adult son was carded 3 times while with us. No problem..he looks young. a security guard later put hands on him, demanding ID. We all produced IDs show we are family and have names and addresses matching his valid WI D.L. Nope- he thinks his actual DL is fake. Then I produce my police ID asking if he would like help with the DL security features, and I inquire about his training. His partner tells him. "Dude I think they are legit!" Nope. Kicks us out with 3 untouched beers on the table. Same clown tries to get in my face on the way out of the bar. He didnt need to follow us or kick us out as we werent going to spend one more dime in there. We had zero issues with every other bar on broadway over 3 days. Just this clown. read more

The band was good and bartenders were friendly. The mistake I made was reserving a table and paying a significant deposit and minimum. It would be very hard to meet any of the minimums unless you extremely expensive bottles. The front of the health staff was less than friendly especially the guy pictured here. The burger was so much that I could only eat half. Let me say that never happens. The drinks were also very delightful. We were upstairs but could hear the band playing just fine. It's so disappointing to go to a place sponsored /owned by an "artist" and the staff doesn't represent the "brand". This was a meh experience. I added a start because manager did tried to fix it. The industry needs to stop making the customer the problem because of their poor organization, planning and lack of work flow. They know they are going to be busy and VERY busy all the time. It's better to have extra help than not have it and need it. I know there is a lot of issues getting staff but there are so many solutions outside of just posting on your own. Think outside of the box. It was busy but they had empty dirty tables too. For how busy they seemed, they seated us fairly fast. My son was enjoying his time and watching the games on the big TVs. We were closer to the rails closer to the entrance downstairs so the live music was perfect. Food was ok. My son liked the mashed potatoes and green beans but just some of the chicken. My burger was ok. No bad just ok. I only ate half. I was saddened to know sushi has been gone for quite some time now. Our waitress was nice but some of their staff had an entitled attitude. My son needed to use the bathroom so I told one of their staff that we were not leaving and that we had food on the table and drinks still. She acknowledged and we went on. Came back after a little bit and table was cleaned. so I found my waitress and told her what happened and she acted like "oh, I thought you left"... honey, I didn't even get the check from you before that. Good to know people can walked out without paying... do with that info as your hectics allow you. I'm a local. Brought friends from out of town to show them broadway. Stopped in to get some food and drinks at 9:20- the bouncer said to head up stairs because the kitchen was closing soon. When we got upstairs, no one approached us. I walked up to a waiter who immediately said "you were sat at damn dirty table and this isn't even my section." Then he went to another waiter and asked if the kitchen was still serving. They said that they were seating their last customers at 9:30 and that the kitchen closed early. Such a blast at this bar with the girls! Bathrooms are clean, and on most of the levels... getting to the rooftop is brutal! They played great music, we danced on all the floors and a lot of the stages. Recommend sipping on some water to stay hydrated from all the dancing!
