Over the phone, he was able to answer all of my queries and gave me a quick run-down of all the different services they provide and an accurate quote for an inspection on the house. We learned later that stepping over and around the pump like this can skew the results and create artificially high airborne results. When we learned this and asked him to come back to redo the air sample testing - he denied that he stepped over the pump or that an error was made. Lack of integrity. Protect your pocketbook and go somewhere else. We now need to redo our testing with another company.
